Cheese is the sixth annual anthology of work by the Writers in Stone, a supportive writing group based in Weston-super-Mare. The chapters of each anthology consist of the monthly writing themes tackled by up to a dozen of the group's members, displaying a wide range of styles and genres for each topic. Cheese contains stories on such themes as Cheese, Trials, What Happened to Mike, and 70, as well as responses to such challenges as Presenting a Character, Rewriting a Known Tale, and Creating a New Ending to a known story. The members of the group range from crime writers, horror fans, historical writers, humourists, and those who just enjoy the monthly writing challenges.
