Short & Sweet & Drama-Free….my favorite kind of book❤️
My only complaint is I wish it was a tad bit longer, but isn’t that really a compliment?
But seriously, it was too fast. I needed a bit more everything:
Character development, relationship development, maybe a bit more drama/ conflict?
FMC is told she has to marry to waive a debt. No questions, no complaints, no fight whatsoever…. She just follows along. Does she have a job? Friends? A life? We don’t know. She gets married right away, they fall in love and HEA, within a few days. Eh, I can’t believe I’m saying I want more drama, but something? A little spine from our FMC, maybe? Why they even like each other (uh, besides sex…)? 🤷♀️

Love it
For this author's first darker romance it was good. I can't wait to see this author explore the darker side of romance. I have many of Lenna Little's books. I am a huge fan of dark romance and hope to read more of this genre from this author. lena is always great for a short read. Whether it is a pallet cleaner or just something for a short afternoon she has a book you will love. I particularly love her breeding, stalker, and taboo romance books.

Xavier needs a wife to give his father his last wish, to see him settled. Marias father has a lot of debt and Xavier wants payment, but not money he wants Maria as his fake wife. What started as fake Instantly tuned into the real thing. Insta love, fake marriage, arranged marriage, sweet,short ,OTT, steamy and safe with a sweet HEA and no drama😍😍

What You Didn't Realize You Needed
This quick love story brought together Xavier and Maria out of love for one parent and obligation for the other. Love is an instant attraction that quickly burns hot, steamy and into forever😍😍. This us definitely a Lena Little signature book, enjoy!!

The author has given us a quick read that pulls us into the lives of Xavier and Maria. The heartwarming story keeps us turning the pages with an arranged marriage, connection, misunderstandings and steam.

A fast paced enemy to lovers romance with relateable characters and compelling storyline. Xavier and Maria were brought together by questionable circumstances, but that did not need to dictate the future they chose.
