The middle of the story of Winter and Summer Woods along with Jack as they discover what the small town they live in is hiding and what their lives have to do with in the end.

Great story as it picks up from that first (The Spirit Board) and continues on. You have to read all three books to get to the end of the story. Well worth the read.

This is the second book in a fictional trilogy by author Joni Mayhan. I read it through beginning to end without pause, eager to see which way the puzzle pieces would fall. I read each word deliberately trying to assemble the various nefarious secrets held by an elite group of town leaders in Harmony, Indiana.
This book builds upon the research, and questions Summer Woods and her friend Jack discover by quietly digging for information and exploring a group of hidden tunnels beneath the town. Other secrets reveal themselves and previously held opinions are turned upside down as Woods twins and Jack try to unravel their roles in this mysterious town.
