This book is written in a warm, engaging manner and is easy to read. There are many simple and important ideas to help support your brain health that can be incorporated into your current lifestyle easily. Actionable suggestions, for every stage of life, are practical and backed by science. Simple, clear visuals add to the book's readability. It’s a great guide to supporting and improving memory and brain health for yourself and those you care about. Would make a great gift as well.
