The authors create an incredible blueprint that you can apply to your everyday life to feel God's strength. The Blueprint has many ties to the Bible and the Biblical truths woven in are very powerful. The Stength Code is a strong message that you can connect with your most spiritual self and though that self discovery you can connect to a divine power that can lift you out of the darkness and make you ready to tackle life in a clear and positive manner.
Anybody that has ever felt let down and emotionally weak can begin the steps to healing with the Biblical advise in The Strength Code. The authors are clearly very connected to God and their faith and you feel that on every page. The book is very uplifting and you feel a spiritual strength after you read it.
If you are very spiritual and faithful or just starting to find your faith this is good guide to read!

A Fascinating Read
I went into reading this book with a proverbial grain of salt. I am spiritual, but not overly religious. The first part of this book implies that the overly religious are the target audience. However, if taken in a certain vein, the authors present a book about healing, and taking control of one's life. It's clear that the writers are sincere in their attempt at self-help.
I'd recommend this one to a Christian reader, or possibly to open minded types who can grasp the core message and dispense with the exterior coating.
I'd be willing to look at future works by the Adebesin's.
