Big thanks to Cindy Dawson for this ALC! This novella landed on my phone at exactly the right time, and I devoured it in just a couple of hours.

This was everything I want in a quick MC romance: fast-paced, spicy, with morally black characters and that perfect “unhinged possessive MMC meets badass FMC who doesn’t need saving” energy. The chemistry crackled off the page and made it impossible to stop listening.

Robert Dodge delivered the entire cast flawlessly. His Harlow was surprisingly gritty and his female voices didn’t feel overdone, and his pacing matched the intensity of the story beat-for-beat. While I would have loved duet narration, his solo performance brought so much credibility that I never felt pulled out of the world.

If you’re in the mood for a quick, steamy, high-stakes ride, this is absolutely it. I’m already looking forward to more from this series.

Harlow is taking care of her best friend after she got beat up by her boyfriend. Harlow wants to do nothing more than do to him what he did to her best friend. She is sneaking out to go handle that "problem" when she hears something in her living room. Only then to realize that it is her best friend's brother Silas who she has had a crush on for as long as she can remember.

Harlow has been through it from being with a horrible step parent to now having her sick mother being taken care of hung over her head. She wants nothing more than to be rid of him because of everything he did to her and has put her through.

From the moment Silas follows Harlow sneaking out he decides that he is going to see what she is up too. When he shows up to her handling some business he helps her with it. He has feelings he is trying to push down but when he follows her somewhere else he steps in and claims "his wife".

While reading I couldn't put my kindle down because it had me on the edge of my seat. It was so fast paced and will have you rooting for Harlow.

I’ve been stalking this novella for a hot minute. I was so thrilled to get it as an ARC. I don’t do many of these any more. It absolutely did not let me down. I woke up at 4 am and annihilated it.

• Harlow, seriously Cindy. I couldn’t love her MORE. She’s so damn fiesty and strong. She really is a little baddie, and can totally handle her sh!t. The amount of times she made me smirk.

• The fem rage 🤌🏻

• Silas :clears throat: nods. yes. He is the definition of all consuming man. He is protective as hell, touch her and 💀, MINE. He made me giggle. Also the way he admires her when she’s bloody and doing her thing 🤭

• The two of them together? The matched energy is just perfection. Delicious chemistry and the spice was on point.

• I truly LOVED this one, I didn’t want it to end. But I was smiling like a goofball when it did.

• Recommend? Most definitely.

This was a fun read!! I’ve seen quite a few people talking about it and it did not disappoint!! It was also my first read by this author and I can’t wait to read another one!

This was definitely a fast paced read and very spicy!!!🌶️🥵 I was definitely hooked from the first chapter!! Harlow is definitely a badass FMC with lots of feminine rage and is definitely a strong independent female woman!! And I loved Silas!! Who doesn’t love a hot MMC who drives a motorcycle and supports his women regardless of if she needs the help or not!!

Age gap, brothers best friend, MC club, bada$$ FMC and an MMC that even made my panties want to melt off!!! Harlow and Silas are just IT!!!

I loved the story. It pulled me in right from the first chapter (btw Cindy….the putting of the special thing in the mouth 😂😂😂😂. Priceless lol)

It’s very fast paced, short and sweet novella that’s jammed full with action, spice and a sassy FMC who serves revenge on a platter and a MMC who supports her!

I highly recommend this read! Check TWs before reading.

God, I had wished this was longer! Harlow is a complete badäss. She ultimately has to be in the work that does. But she's basically being forced to do said jobs because of the situation she's in with her POS stepfather holding her mother's life, essentially, over her head. Then there's Silas. Ohhhhh, Silas!!! He's been a part of the Vipers MC since he was a teenager. He's a sneaky little devil! I loved every second of his little plan 🤭 I can't wait to read the next book in the series!

I've been eyeing this dark MC romamce novella since the first teaser the author put out and I wasn't disappointed at all.

Harlow is a fierce FMC who doesn't need a man to solve her problems but her best friend's older brother is going to help anyway, even if some of his methods are a little questionable.

I could happily read so many more stories from this world.

I loved this novella! There was so much action packed into these pages. It was a fast burn.

Harlow, I just love and adore her. She’s strong. She takes no crap. She’s stubborn. She’s strong willed. She’s self sufficient. She’s independent. And I love everything about her. She’s officially been added to the short list of FMC’s who I love. I have a hard time connecting with a lot of FMC’s (it’s a me problem, I know) but Cindy writes such strong women.

Silas, lawd. I love this man. He dove head first into Harlow and I’m obsessed. I also love when I know that there’s a significant age gap in a story, but it’s not the main focal point. The 15 year age gap is mentioned, but it’s not harped upon.

I thoroughly enjoyed this quick read, Cindy — I’m still mad about that one thing. But you already know what I’m talking about 🤣

I can’t wait to follow the next installment!

Loved the FMC Harlow she wasn’t no damsel in distress and could hold her own. Our FMC Silas was always a step behind her even tho she didn’t need him to be. Letting Harlow do what she needed to do.

And the “my wife” moments???? I was DONE.

This gave me major Sons of Anarchy vibes but make it romance and make it spicy.

Harlow is not your typical FMC — she is a full-blown menace in the best way. She serves revenge on a silver platter, handles her own battles, and refuses to be anyone’s damsel in distress. Anti-soft girl energy and I ate it up. She’s bold, reckless, bada$$, and completely unforgettable.

And Silas??? Enforcer energy. Possessive. Protective. Dominant. The kind of MMC that makes you question your life choices. The chemistry between him and Harlow was actual fire — fast, intense, explosive. The spice was SPICING and did not hold back.

What I loved most? He wants to keep her safe by his side… but he quickly learns he married a woman who can handle herself. That dynamic? Elite.

It’s a fast-paced novella packed with action, tension, banter, and heat. Short, sharp, and addictive. I flew through it in one sitting and immediately wanted more.

I love Cindy’s books so much!! Another fab read from her. This one kicks off a brand new series based around The Vipers MC.

Harlow (Lo to her friends) is strong, feisty & full of feminine rage!! And she knows how to use it (I think she just became one of my fave FMC’s)!! Then we have Viper, Silus & older brother to her bestie, Lexi. Oh, the sparks!!! These two hit couple goals on the very first sofa grind 😉.

Ties to Harlow’s past have impacted her present until a little revenge goes awry & then a certain possessive biker rides into her life on a more permanent basis.

I couldn’t put it down! It’s short, stabby & spicy! Just how I like them 🤭. I definitely recommend this read as I’m a sucker for a biker romance! I cannot wait for more from these characters & future books from this series. Not to mention, the cover is gorgeous!!! 💚

Absolutely amazing and great read.

If you like short, sweet and to the point books along with bikers, touch her and ☠️ a FMC who can handle her own business and such strong loyalty that it could and would literally kill to be protected, this is definitely for you.

Harlow is such a badass. I absolutely love her and her sassy attitude. She is definitely the type that says exactly what’s on her mind and doesn’t care if it hurts your feelings or not and if it does she likes it even more.

Silas is definitely that MMC that makes you want to rewatch SOA and drool all over Jax Teller 😂 he’s loyal and will absolutely make your life hell if you touch what’s his or harm his family.

I cannot wait for the second book to be released so I can see more of these characters again but from a different viewpoint.

I loved every second of this book. My only complaint would be the use of “him” instead of naming the villain, (this is a writing choice that always bothers me personally) I like my villains to be named once they are known. The relationship between Harlow and Silas is perfect, they both wanted each other and they are both bada$$ in their own right, they compliment each other well. While the story doesn’t focus on the spice the couple spicy scenes we get are fantastic. This is an action packed and spicy novella, if you love strong, independent, imperfect women, and strong, obsessive and protective men then this is the book for you. I was provided this book as an ARC by the author and above is my honest review.

Thank you Cindy for the honor of ARC reading this novella! I truly fell in love with all the characters, I can’t wait for book two!

I loved and enjoyed Harlow wasn’t a damsel in distress, she was a damsel and sometimes in distressing situations lol but man that first action shot of her with Evan!

Even though this was fast paced, it was still very easy to follow and make up a visual story in my head, Silas was exactly how I pictured him to be, he gave off Sons of Anarchy vibes; she’s mine, brotherhood MC, and will do anything to protect his family!

There wasn’t a whole lot of spice but when there was it was pretty dang spicy! But I loved it didn’t take over the whole story line, it was more action packed and small town vibes! Highly recommend!!!!

As soon as I started reading this book I was hooked! I am a sucker for a MC book and this book is exactly what I was looking for. It has a strong storyline, witty characters and banter, and smoldering SPICE!

OMG. I could not get enough of Silas. Every time that he called Harlow "Wildcat", I would melt. I could see and feel his smirk. The nickname is very fitting for Harlow. She is a "Wildcat". That scene where Silas puts Harlow in the trunk of the car. He was in big trouble. This is just part of the relationship that Harlow and Silas have with each other.

The chemistry between these two is HOT. The type that they can't keep their hands off each other. I look forward to reading the next book in this series.

I love when an fmc is sassy as H and has the power to back it up. This wildcat, is literally not one to be underestimated. I loved it. Sy is ugh everything you would want in a man, he knows what he wants and goes all caveman style to get it, the mouth on that man to, like yes! I feel like i wanted more, like i missed a part because we get to know the characters when they are older but there is already maybe some history there. Mostly from her side, but still... it was a quick read, not the easiest, my heart broke a little towards the end. Not all side characters get a happy ending, so keep that in mind. I can't wait to see who's book comes next... i am secretly hoping for Lexi and Pierce's but we'll see.

Sucked me in

This book had me sucked in. It was a quick read and I cant wait to read Lexi's story and see more character growth!! It helped get me out if a reading slump and got straight to the plot!! Sometimes you need a quick read to pull you back in!
Harlow is roomates with Lexi and Lexi is in an abusive relationship with the mayor's son. Harlow goes to take care of the problem. To get her out from inder her stepfather's hands, Silas (also Lexi's brother) has a brother file paperwork to say him and Harlow are married. But her stepfather had already promised Harlow to his boss when she no longer can take o I t their enemies as an agreement deal. And in retaliation, the boss strikes Silas motorcycle Famiky compound.

Let’s talk about Harlow first because… wow. Cindy, you nailed her. She’s fiery, fierce, and just gives total little baddie energy. She doesn’t need saving — she handles her own business and does it with attitude. Every time she opened her mouth, I was smirking. The fem rage was chef’s kiss.

And Silas… yeah. That man. He’s the definition of an all-consuming alpha — protective to the point of feral, “touch her and you die” levels of possessive. But the way he looks at Harlow when she’s in her element? Especially when she’s bloody and unbothered? Iconic.

Together, they’re absolute perfection. The chemistry crackles, the energy is wild, and the spice? Spot. On. I was grinning like a fool by the end and honestly didn’t want it to be over.

Silas!!!! Ahhhhh! Silas! Sir! I need an enforcer in my life asap!!!! He’s the protector you need, want, desire 🤭 the connection between Harlow and Silas is on another level. Silas understood Harlow to a point where he let her be but still stood in the shadows for backup, just in case.

This was a very fast paced, fast burn, action filled Novella.

Harlow is a bad ass. She takes shit from no one, knows how to handle herself, is sassy and very smart.

Silas is instantly obsessed and wants to protect Harlow. He learns very fast the she doesn’t need his protection tho and he loves that fierce, headstrong side of her even more.

I’m excited for the next story, and I have a theory on who it might be on and if I’m right I can’t wait.

What a fun, fast, and spicy read!! Unbound By You starts off full throttle and it doesn’t let up through the whole thing. Silas is Harlow’s best friends older brother, he’s also part of the Viper’s MC, and he’s got a thing for his little sister’s best friend even though she’s 15 years younger. Listen for a book that’s only 166 pages there’s a lot of shit going down, you’ve got murder, suspense, age gap, forced proximity, alpha MMC & FMC, touch her and die, forced marriage, and some great feminine rage. These two kicked ass together and I loved every moment of it.

This story blends the danger and edge of MC life with a heartfelt romance that feels both raw and deeply engaging. The characters are layered tough on the outside but vulnerable in ways that pull you in and the chemistry between the leads is undeniable. Dawson does a great job balancing the high stakes world of brotherhood, loyalty, and danger with tender, romantic moments that give the story heart.

Performance: Solo Narration
Robert Dodge delivers a strong narration that really brings the story to life. His consistency with character voices makes it easy to follow, and while his female voice could be a touch stronger, it doesn’t take away from the overall experience. Considering this is only his third book narration, I was impressed with how engaging and steady his performance was I really enjoyed listening to him and look forward to hearing more of his work in future audiobooks.

This is my first read from this author and whew was it a ride! This book is an intense, gritty ride that grabs you from page one and doesn’t let go. The story is fast-paced and packed with danger, secrets, and that perfect dose of chaos as Harlow’s carefully built life collides with Silas’s dark world. Both main characters are definitely morally grey, which makes every decision they make feel unpredictable and thrilling.

Harlow is a total badass FMC, strong, secretive, and absolutely capable of holding her own. The chemistry between her and Silas is always crackling; every interaction is loaded with tension and heat. While I do wish this one was longer to explore more of their world, it was done really well for a shorter read. I devoured it in just a few hours and loved every intense, addictive minute! Will definitely be reading more from this author!

Silas and Harlow together is PERFECTION and their hate sex is top tier next level goals! Harlow is a tough badass bitch that doesn’t need a man and Silas is a badass MC Enforcer with touch her and die protective vibes.

This short book is full to capacity with spice, action, heartbreak and twist that you will not see coming.

omgoodness Silas 🫠 i’ll take a man obsessed any day! he said Harlow? yeah she’s mine. and i ate it up! although Harlow is a badass who takes no shit, i love that she’s vulnerable with Si. they’re exactly what each other needs with the lives they lead. i can’t wait to continue this (interconnected) series with the next couple 🤭

Holy crap this was a roller coaster in the best way! I received the ARC for book two so naturally I had to start book one first and I literally read this in one sitting because once I started I could not put it down. Harlow is a freaking bad ass, I love everything about her and all the female range she’s got going on was everything I needed in a book right now. I also text a friend of mine about how much I was enjoying it just after chapter one and she started it and finished it with me lol The ending was absolutely perfection and now I’ll be starting book two immediately.

This is a short easy read that sucks you right in!!

Harlow is a strong independent FMC who has a hidden side. Silas is her best friends brother who also belongs to the Vipers MC. Harlow has always had a crush for Silas and though he retuned those thoughts the age gap kept things from ever progressing… until they do!!

From the start this story sucked me in!! I enjoyed the banter between Harlow and Si as well as the level of sass she always gave him. Though this is an MC romance, that part is not heavily thru the book or overdone which I loved!

This was a really fun read. It’s a fast paced novella with tons of action.

Harlow is not the kind of woman that needs a man to protect her or save her, she can handle things herself. She a badass! Silas is a protective man and just wants her to be safe and their relationship is cute.

For about half the book I thought everyone was saying yes in Spanish but they were just saying “Si” which is short for Silas lol. I’m looking forward to the next book in the series!
