This book deeply impacted me. I’ve spent years avoiding the “Pandora’s box” of unresolved trauma inside me, and somehow The Connection Code made me feel ready to finally open it. The reflection prompts at the end of the chapters were incredibly powerful and helped me uncover beliefs about myself I didn’t even realize I was carrying.
