What a cute read!
I know I read this longggg time ago, but honestly had no memory of it except the very opening! LOL!
Honestly, it took me a little bit to get into it, and I think it's because I thought she was more of a witch in theory and didn't realize she had actual abilities? Though please sign me up for some of the stuff she makes, because sugar cubes that get rid of fatigue and mood-lifting candies?! Anxiety-relieving chocolate?! I don't even like chocolate and would GLADLY eat those in a heartbeat!! I do not blame anyone and fully agree with everyone that our sweet Miranda truly is a blessing to everyone who comes to her shop!
Funny enough, what really got me invested outside of the art is that somewhere halfway, I made this connection that Heinrich reminds me A LOT of Silver from Twisted Wonderland, who is one of my faves. I fear that after that, my heart was done for because I adore Silver's character and therefore felt the same about Heinrich. Hehe!
Speaking of characters, Miranda is so wonderful! I loved her love of cats, all her expressions, her gusto for making underwear (LOL), and how caring she is. My heart hurt for her that she really felt she wasn't at the same level as her master, because maybe she's not on the exact same level, it's obvious that she IS high up there!
The mystery in this volume was very fascinating, and I was very surprised by how the lore/magic of the world is. It's anything but simple, and I am very, very curious as to how she is going to help Heinrich because it seems there is no easy solution, especially when you have the cliffhanger hinting that bad news is right at her doorstep…
Overall, this was a very cute volume, and I'm so glad we have it physically in English!!

The story feels like a fairy tale or Disney movie, I am so sat! And the art is just breathtakingly beautiful!! I really like all of the characters so far and I really, really want to see what happens next!!

Review to be adjusted once series is complete
Miranda is an introverted apprentice which with a love for cats. After being invited to attend a royal tea part, a white cat from the palace follows her home. Her cat familiar Bern insists something is wrong with the white cat in question, in fact, it is the prince under a curse.
This is such a cute premise - animal shapeshifter love interests can be a hit for miss for me but this one was handled well. Miranda is likely a great and relatable character for people who enjoy fantasy - she's shy, loves cats and is clearly passionate about learning new magic. It has a cute feeling with Miranda's shops and the cats, but there is also the mystery around who cursed the prince and what they can do about it.
This is an all around charming series that ticks off so many boxes of things I enjoy. My only concern is the seemingly slow progress of the series (two volumes since 2023), but I liked this a lot so I shall keep my fingers crossed that we shan't be waiting for too long.

So cute and cozy! Witches, magic, and cats! Say less.
Miranda is a witch apprentice with a little kitty familiar she can turn into a boy. One day, she goes to the Royal greenhouse for tea and after a bit, a cat from the greenhouse follows her home. Lo and behold, that cat is the third prince who was cursed to turn into a cat. She brings him in as a familiar to extend his hours as a human and they're gonna figure out what happened.
The art is cute! The pacing isn't too fast because it's more cozy. And I'm invested!
Recap: opening, regular who prefers her magic over the main witch, main witch is awol, invitation to the Royal greenhouse for tea, apparently the third prince is looking for a woman, cat hides under her skirts, three days in the greenhouse and when she's home, she realizes the same cat followed her. she figures out that cat is the prince, awk naked scene, turning him into her familiar, he can now talk in cat form like Salem in Sabrina the Teenage Witch, ending with the regular showing up in witch robes asking for her help.

When a specific cat is kissed on the head, he is transformed back to a human!!! I don't know what you would call this other than "The Princess and the Frog Syndrome" or something to that effect. It is an interesting story. I do not know how far this can be taken but probably longer than I am projecting...but good start.

I'm getting to the point where I'm paranoid about collecting new manga series' because I'm worried about space (It's not a problem NOW but I'm in the middle of collecting a LOT of series that I don't know how long they're going to go on for so it's GOING to be an issue at some point)
But after hearing things about it this manga is definitely going to be an exception!
(aside from the overall story sounding interesting, the ML being a lot like Silver from Twisted Wonderland... except he doesn't have RBF... was what mainly got me. )
This volume is mostly the story setup, with a lot of info dumping for world and magic lore. Not complaining because it's all fascinating! I so want to go to her shop and buy candies!! Oh and also to have the prince get better and find out whodoneit. GAH I'd complain about July being too far off but honestly that's not too terrible of a wait...

The art is great but the story has some issues.
The manga description says "she meets the Royal family's third prince, only he's been cursed to be in cat form." Literally, the cat is already out of the bag. So why are we spending so much time figuring out that cat is not a normal cat. Plus the first pages shows him as a human. And there is nothing spotting them from going to the King while he's not a cat, yet they don't.
So it's fun story if you dont think about the logic at all.

Cute and with a lot of potential. The witch is cute and I love her familiar. She finds a strange cat at royal palace and the next thing she knows it shows up on her door. She suspects there's more to thus cat and performs a spell. Come to find out it's the prince. He's been transformed into a cat somehow and they need to work together to get him back to his old self as quickly as possible. Really cute with the with the possibility of a lot of intrigue. I think I'll continue.

This was cute, but it is a template that I've seen before and it didn't really do anything different with it to intrigue me past the first volume. Cute art, cute story. To the right person this would probably hit pretty hard, just looking for a more original series right now. I may come back at some point.

a little bit of a clunky start, but overall a solid beginning to this series. the art is a little choppier than I usually enjoy, with a few star panels mostly during the cat -> human transitions. I'm enjoying the prince and the witch's interactions, and her little cat familiar is so cute!

The characters seems very one dimensional, but it could be because it’s just the 1st installment. I’m hoping we get to know Miranda and the Prince better and on a deeper level as the series goes on. The plot definitely has me intrigued to read the next installment.

It's a cute book, but it feels too much like too many other shoujo manga I've read. It's a really, really slow burn, in that it takes most of this first volume to just set up the basic premise. We don't even see the prince until the second chapter.
