A very basic LOW FAT COOKBOOK but the remainder of the title is not fulfilled, IMO. This book was written 10+ years ago and is currently being offered for free on a variety of book lists, (Book Bub, eReader Cafe, etc), and Kindle Unlimited.
Each chapter is short and contains 2-3 recipes; that’s it. The entire book is 43 pages minus publisher stuff. Directions are simple but will drive Americans crazy with the use of grams to measure bigger ingredients. Small amounts use teaspoons and tablespoons.
I was hoping to find one or two decent recipes but the only positive thing I found was an interactive table of contents. I do have questions, however. Are kale chips really considered a breakfast food? Can four servings of a frittata really be made with only two eggs?
