What is it about the nature of reality that makes it necessary to pray?

Open Theism is Biblical
Why Pray? If the future is already determined and we are just following a predetermined path, prayer is not necessary. What will it change? The idea that the future is predetermined suggest it can’t be altered and neither can the person praying. Based on Calvinism, some called it ‘the Gospel of Grace Theory’ in an attempt to get the focus off Calvinism. Unfortunately, this play on words doesn’t change the reality of the flaws in its theory. I personally recommend this book to any serious reader of the scriptures. Heresy might just be in the theory that the future is 100% predetermined.
