I have two questions after reading this book:
1. How does one manage to go on an adventure with a professional photographer, write a book about it, and not have even a single photo to include in the book? Even the cover photo is attributed to someone other than his co-driver!
2. Why oh why didn't someone tell Ed about ghostwriters?

Generally dislike the narrator. The adventure is fun, but he specifically send to try to make it hard on himself and everyone around him.
