Don't look here for objectivity - the author is my sister.
She has made a quite amusing story out of the people she came across while working as a researcher associated with Melbourne University. names have been changed to protect the guilty. She can be very critical sometimes - that's how we were brought up, I suppose, and the truth hurts, as they say.
