The stakes are higher than ever in Deception, the third book in the Shattered Sky Series. Mrs. Morrison must choose between the safety of her class or the desires of her own heart. Will she resist the temptations resting before her or will she become entrapped by the web of deception surrounding her?
I was born in Fort Oglethorpe, GA but only lived there the first three days of my life. As the daughter of a military chaplain, my life of travels continued on for many years. I have lived in eight different states and over fifteen homes. When I was sixteen years old, I started attending college. At the age of eighteen, I was accepted as a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Life circumstances challenged my completion of a degree, but alas I graduated from Northwest Arkansas Community College in 2013. I currently reside in my Fayetteville, Arkansas home with my two dogs and a leopard gecko.
After reading what I believed to be an excellent first two books in a series of three, I am most disappointed in this last book. I won’t spoiler, but the author knows better than to rush an ending; leaves too much unanswered. I really want to say more, but I’m just not feeling what I should. I’m just kind of hurt because the first two books were amazing and then this happened!
