Rikiya gets kidnapped by Endo’s older brothers in order for him to come back to the demon world and with the help of Verde and is butler Mark, they save Rikiya from an awful death.

In this volume we finally see Endo’s true form and I literally squealed when I saw that he was a tall red-head demon! I just happen to love red-heads without any shame He fights against his older brother who is quite an asshole. Fortunately, after a few months, Endo and Rikiya finally become a lovely couple!

I think this was the perfect ending for them because through all the chapters we could see how they cared for each other and how they slowly fall in love. Like I said to my friend: it’s the small things that make you fall in love with someone without you even realizing it.

I would totally recommend you to read this series! It has two beautiful pairings, healthy romance, top comedy scenes and as usual, it is a fast read! I honestly can’t wait to read the story that happens right after this volume!

I agree with Sherry that this felt way too rushed, especially towards the end. It's too bad, especially because it started out so cute.. it wasn't a bad manga, but it wasn't as good as it could have been.

This was a great final volume!! I loved it.

In this finale we get a look into the demon world and Endo’s brothers. We also get to see Mark & Endo in their true forms as Verde & Endo team up to save Hiriki.

At the end of volume two Hiriki is kidnapped by Endo’s brothers who are determined to punish him for running from his marriage. However Endo isn’t letting Hiriki go without a fight and it’s one heck of a showdown. I loved everything about this volume. The art was done beautifully and the details of the demon world were amazing. I felt the story, though a little rushed, concluded well and I’m looking forward to the spin off.

Overall I loved these mangas. The romance and character growth were done well and Endo was such an interesting character. He’s defiantly my favorite. Hiriki & Endo have such an interesting relationship, the love is defiantly there but also friendship. It’s pretty obvious that Endo cares for Hiriki even when he doesn’t show it. Mark of course, is also brilliant. Mark is Endo’s familiar, who takes the form of a talking bird in the human world. There’s a lot to love about this manga, from the characters to the art. It’s entertaining and I defiantly recommend.

In the final volume, we got to see Endo’s true form. Which I personally like way more.

Though, the ending felt rushed & I’m a bit unsatisfied.

But overall, I liked this series & will be reading the sequel. Hopefully there will be more Endo & Hiriki in it!

And thus the main series comes to an end but not before dragging Hiriki into the demon world! And revealing Endo's demon form, which, tbh, i'm not exactly drooling over. I mean, i really like that he's always using these traditional flowy clothes (tops) and the pretty ballet shoes but i STAN black and short-haired Endo. but i completely adore the way he looks older and is taller, except that then he looks sooooo different to Hiriki! Like, in his smaller form, I feel like the two compliment each other, but in his bigger form, he really does look like he's older. like, age gap older

anyway, off topic, this volume is darker than the others, at least at the start since it does require a rescue mission from the despicable demons, but Yamamoto's works aren't usually very dark so the details aren't graphic. if anything, it's very to the point and i'm glad things get resolved rather quickly.

El hermano de Endo quiere que vuelva al mundo de los demonios para enfrentarlo y quedarse con sus terrenos y de paso el reino; como él no va a volver por voluntad propia, qué mejor que secuestrarle al novio humano para enojarlo.

Este último volumen se desarrolla en el mundo de los demonios y llegamos a ver la verdadera forma de Endo, wuuu. Aunque es el volumen final, la historia no ha terminado porque existe un spin-off de altísima calidad.

Endo y Rikiya son de mis parejas fav, pero verde y Gorou no se quedan atrás. Tontos tórtolos.

Even though I was hoping for a more epic battle scene with mind-blowing visuals, oh well, I’m still pretty satisfied with volume three as the final chapter of this manga.

Der letzte Band von "Schlaflose Nächte" hat mich ein bisschen enttäuscht, er ist noch immer sehr gut aber es gibt ein paar Kleinigkeiten die mich gestört haben.

- Ich hätte gerne mehr von Verde und Goro gesehen, ich mag die beiden.

- Die Story wirkte etwas hastig erzählt (besonders wie der Konflikt zwischen den Brüdern aufgelöst wurde war... naja - unspektakulär).

Aber ich habe auch einiges super gefunden:

- MARK in seiner richtigen Form. MAAAARRRRKK!

- Endo macht sich am Ende des Manga endlich größer und sieht nicht mehr aus wie 14.

- Rikiya und sein Rettungsversuch für Endo. Es war zucker.

- Verde hilft Endo und Rikiya. Dafür dass er Rikiya im letzten Band noch ertränken wollte, hat er wirklich Fortschritte gemacht. :D

Generell mag ich die ganze Reihe sehr gern, ich finde aber auch dass einiges an Potential liegen gelassen wurde. Ich wünschte die Serie wäre 2-3 Bänder länger wäre, dann hätte dieses Potential sicher besser ausgeschöpft werden können. (Wie steht es um Verde und Goro? Wie geht es mit Endo und Rikiya weiter? Den Konflikt in Endos Familie könnte man besser heraus arbeiten. Wird Mark jemals seine Dämonenform in der Menschenwelt haben? Wird Mark Federn verlieren? Hat Mark auch noch andere Hobbies außer Endo zu babysitten? Mark?!)

Dennoch ist Schlaflose Nächte eine Kaufempfehlung, besonders wenn man was fluffiges, süßes und lustiges lesen will.

That was surprisingly quick. The power hungry slash jealous siblings were easy to fight. Hiriki valiantly tried to save Endo who apparently did not need any help at all. Endo, n demon form or human form still maintain a level of cuteness. I like him with short hair by the way.
