මෙම පොතේ සඳහන් කතා පුවත කතුවරයාගේම නිර්වචනයෙන් පහත දැක්වේ.

ඕමානයේ ජාත්‍යන්තර පාසලකට ඇතුළුවන සුරංගට, විවිධ රටවලින් පැමිණෙන, විවිධ සංස්කෘතීන්ට අයත් මිතුරු මිතුරියන් රැසක් ආශ්‍රය කිරීමට අවස්ථාව සැලසෙයි. සමාජ අධ්‍යනය විෂයය සඳහා නයිල් ගංගා නිම්න ශිෂ්ටාචාරය ගැන ද ඊජිප්තුවේ පුරාවිද්‍යාත්මක තොරතුරු රැසක් ද ඔවුනට අසන්නට ලැබේ.

This should be one of the most addictive books ever. Growing up I just kept reading this book over and over again. It is a book for all kind of seasons. Specially for kids who are growing up, they get their own adventure and a little bit of history lesson of Egypt.
