I've read a couple of other sports psychology books before, and this book has a lot of the same information in it, but it's nice to see it tailored to roller derby. I also like this one because it has more things I can do, and put into practice than the other books, and I felt it went a bit more in depth into some subjects.
It's nice to see the comments in it from other roller derby players on their thoughts and feelings when they're playing or training.
I've marked it as finished only because I've read it cover to cover now, but this is a book that I will keep using. I want to give a copy to everyone on my team!
