Hilarious. A Christmas Carol meets The Inspector General. A struggling midwestern theatre company is mounting it's annual production of A Christmas Carol when they learn their NEA grant, and their future is on the line. They mistake an aspiring actor/accountant for the inspector and let him take over the show. Hilarity ensues. - I saw a great college production of the show 10 years ago and bought the script then and re-read it before the holidays every year.

I had seen this play years ago, but never actually sat down and read it. I'm very glad I did! And now I'd like to perform in it. :-)

UPDATE, JUNE 2017: I'll be playing MJ McMann this Christmas. Come see us. :-)

The funniest play I have ever had the pleasure of reading/working on. Delightful.

very funny...difficult stage craft, set construction...not for the faint at heart in terms of producing but Olympic Theatre Arts in Sequim has it scheduled for a mid November opening.
