Although written more than a decade ago, there are many applicable skills and thoughts to remember as women form their career paths. Many of the lessons shared are echoed in current article today. As someone who studied business and the "gender" variable -- it's good to see that things are only getting better since this book was published as more women refuse the status quo when developing professional aspirations.
