For Luke and Signy, things have settled. Mostly. The blizzard that left them snowbound moved on. The sun is back out, and the world is slowly thawing.
Now the time has come for the next hurdle in their personal journey of apocalyptic survival. Traveling to the nearby town to strike a trade deal, the pair are saddled with an immense responsibility. With most of the town out of commission thanks to illness or injury, Luke and Signy will need to scavenge for crucial resources to keep everyone alive...
Alternate universe, post solar flare apocalypse, survival, romance
Luke and Signy work together exploring nearby buildings. Adventure and bonding. Above average editing.
Selling what could be a longer novel piecemeal does net more money for the author. Some good comments on intelligence, and will point out there are many useful tools to supplement what lies herein. First, the Meyers-Briggs test has withstood the test of time, and his useful for personality typing. As for intelligence, Howard Gardner had books on various types of intelligence, and are relevant as starting points for future insights.
Could have gone longer, but okay where it ended, too. All things considered, they had phenomenal luck. But, that's an author's prerogative.
What a wonderful addition! The sad thing is is this just came out so I'm going to have to wait for the next installment. I will be looking out for it though. This is a good story. And while I realize this is a survival romance for men. I'm a chick and I really dig this story.
This is a fun series, gritty with action, adventure and spice. Good character development as we watch the pair grow closer together through their trials and adventures. Looking forward to the next book!
