Wrapped Up in You : A Holiday Romance

Rate this book
Losing the only family member I had left in my life hasn’t been easy. Ever since my mom left this earth, I’ve had a gnawing feeling in my gut to live out one of her dreams, a white Christmas.

So, I packed up my bags, booked a dreamy, picture-perfect cabin in the woods of Northern Michigan and left with no real plan in sight. I was expecting a quiet, snowy Christmas by myself.

I wasn’t counting on the owner of the cabin to be a grumpy lumberjack straight out of every woman’s fantasy thinking I broke into his cabin. I paid for this place fair and square.

New plan: warm up his grumpy exterior to let me stay, not send me packing.

Holiday Romance: Logan and Wynn. This is a forced proximity, “enemies to lovers”, grumpy x grumpier, single POV, not-so-meet-cute, age gap (42, 30), amazing banter, holiday romance.
This was such a great read! First of all, the banter! Both were able to give it as well as the got it and it was all throughout the book.
When I say I DEVOURED this book! I finished it in one sitting. Stayed up until 4 am to finish it! I absolutely loved this book. The banter in this book was absolutely top tier, the forced proximity arrangment was perfect, the spice was amazing, and the emotional pull was real. I went into the book fairly blind, just with a few of the tropes known and it was even better than i expexted it to be.
This is the second book I have read for D. Vessa, both being ARCs and both being incredible. She is now for sure an instant read author for me!

Omg what a sweet cozy Christmas read! Their introduction was so cute! Loved the grumpy/sunshine vibes! The FMC was so sweet and sassy and the MMC was so stoic but with this sarcastic playful side. I really enjoyed the slow thaw (things started out icy and then heated up haha) and how they blossomed together. The author created such a cute small town, I want more!
I would have like an ending that felt more polished but besides that and a few too many “wrapped up in you/wrap me up in you” lines, I throughly enjoyed this book!

Wrapped Up in You by D. Vessa absolutely stole my heart! This Christmas romance was everything I wanted and so much more — the cozy vibes, the swoony moments, the spice, the chemistry… I devoured it and somehow still ended up craving MORE. 😭❤️🎅🏼

D. Vessa has never missed. Every single one of her books is an automatic 5-star read for me, and this one just proved it all over again. Her storytelling? Immaculate. Her characters? Obsessed. Her holiday magic? Elite. ✨

And listen… that ONE chapter in Logan’s POV? Not nearly enough. I am begging for more. I can only imagine how spicy those extra chapters could be 👀🔥 Logan’s mind is a place I need to be for at least… oh, I don’t know… a full novella? 😌

D., thank you SO much for the beautiful physical copy — it means the world and I’m still squealing over it. 🎁💗 This story wrapped me up in all the warm, festive feels and left me wishing for just one more chapter… or ten.

I ate this up. You need to read this Christmas novella 🎄

I love Wynn and Logan SO much. If you can get past the absurdity of staying in a cabin with a stranger and the constant eye rolls - can I get a count on how many times Wynn rolled her eyes? - then this is the coziest most perfect Christmas novella. Wynn finds her person to spend the holidays with and like they say... when you know, you know. I can personally attest to that, and the scene where they watched the Christmas lights? My heart. Logan is the epitome of the perfect man and he treats her like a princess. They both deserve the love they found and I honestly hope this story turns into a full series because I connected with and loved the characters so much. Also, the spice was literally perfecttttttt.

Wynn and Logan are full of banter and spice from the start and I loved it!

Wynn roped Logan into helping her celebrate holiday traditions so she could feel close to her late mother again and he did without complaint which I adored about him!

Wynn’s obsession with lumberjack was cracking me up - I loved all her inner monologue especially her best the GPS game while driving 🤣

Logan’s dirty talk game is 10/10 - no notes 🫡

My only “dislike” is that it’s not dual POV and we only got one chapter from Logan’s perspective - I wanted more of his thoughts!

Thank you D. Vessa for this ARC copy for my honest review!

Wynn is doing her best to keep Christmas magical while honoring her late mom, and that emotional thread added so much heart to this story. Watching her hold onto those traditions made this feel so meaningful.

The chemistry between Wynn and Logan (the rugged, hot lumberjack we all wish would randomly show up for the holidays 😉) was chef’s kiss. Their romance was warm, comforting, and ridiculously cute. I flew through this book smiling like an idiot the entire time. 😍🤣

If you’re craving a cozy, feel good Christmas romance with swoon worthy chemistry and all the festive vibes this one is absolutely worth the read! 🎄🎁

This was a great holiday romance! From the start Wynn and Logan have the best banter. I loved their story. Logan was so grumpy but he eventually came around and started taking part in Wynn’s holiday traditions. They also had the best chemistry! The spicy scenes were perfection. Logan was my favorite. I mean who doesn’t love a grumpy flannel wearing man that chops wood! I also loved the way he cared for Wynn. I was here for Wynn’s sassy, loved her!

I received Wrapped Up In You as an ARC and I absolutely LOVED it! Logan is the hottest lumberjack, and he completely falls for a strong, sassy FMC with zero filter. She’s chaotic, hilarious, and definitely more than just a pretty face, she makes the whole story shine.

This book was fun, festive, and surprisingly relatable. It’s a holiday read without being overloaded with Christmas jokes or holiday references. Instead, it captures the real, sometimes lonely side of the season while still delivering warmth, heart, and so much charm.

If you want a story that brings the holiday spirit and delivers some seriously hot mountain-man spice, this book is a must-read!

Wrapped Up in You immediately draws the reader in with a theme that feels deeply reflective of the modern holiday experience: the need for solitude amidst the chaos of the winter season. The plot opens by establishing a deeply relatable motivation for its main character: escaping the intense pressure, noise, and obligatory cheer of the holidays, often amplified by missing family or companions. The author beautifully sets up the protagonist's journey as a search for peace and space.

The choice of setting—a beautiful cabin surrounded by pristine snow and towering pine trees—is instantly evocative and provides the perfect backdrop for this escape. It's an ideal sanctuary for anyone needing time to simply be alone. This choice grounds the story in a realistic, almost therapeutic motivation, making the initial premise immediately compelling, even if holiday solitude isn't every reader's preferred "cup of tea." This focus on quiet, internal reflection sets a charming and cozy tone for the romance to unfold.

The close of the first chapter is brilliant in its ability to quickly signal the delightful tropes we've all come to love in cosy holiday romance. The story doesn't waste any time preparing the reader for a specific, heartwarming experience:

The "Grumpy Meets Sunshine" Vibe: Our main character immediately presents as stressed and anxious, perfectly fitting the classic "grumpy" archetype. This sets the stage for a wonderful dynamic when she inevitably encounters her more cheerful and optimistic counterpart, promising that satisfying clash and subsequent softening.

Forced Proximity: The setting itself is a character! The thick, constant snow and the sheer isolation of the cabin strongly hint at the beloved "snowed-in" or "forced proximity" tropes. This guarantees that any connection that develops will be intense, focused, and inescapable—a staple of cosy holiday romance.

The Rescue Romance Hook: Finally, the character's profound sense of isolation and her desire for simple festive comfort in place of missing family lays the groundwork for a potential "rescue romance." Whether it's a literal rescue from the snow or an emotional rescue from her holiday loneliness, the premise sets up a scenario where companionship arrives precisely when it's needed most.

While the initial setup suggests a typical 'grumpy meets sunshine' romance, the central tension is actually much more interesting. It's a delightful clash of priorities: one character is relentlessly focused on making everything perfectly festive, while the other is grounded in practical realities—like making sure the furnace is actually working.

The book skips the tedious 'do they/don't they' phase by making it clear that both leads find each other incredibly appealing from the start. The conflict doesn't come from a lack of spark, but from their realisation of how different their lives and priorities are, which fuels their intense and very flirty verbal sparring.

As the book progresses, the tension and banter smoothly give way to rising heat! The turning point happens when Logan and Wynn step out of their isolated bubble. A few drinks—and perhaps a little extra 'Christmas spirit' shot—act as the perfect social lubricant, stripping away the characters' initial caution and letting their very real urges finally come into focus. Get ready for the cosy burn to become a full-on fireplace.

For readers who love a good slow-burn leading to a major payoff: Chapter Eleven is your reward! The sexual tension built from their very first interaction finally erupts in a scene that's not just a physical release, but a deeply felt emotional one as well. The author absolutely nails the intensity, making the pace feel perfectly earned given the electricity that's been crackling between these two from day one.

The story excels at showcasing that sharp, realistic moment when a perfect holiday fling bumps up against the reality of potential permanence. After a night of deep conversation and watching a classic romance film, a single word—'relationship'—acts like a sudden, unexpected brake. The wide-eyed reaction from both characters perfectly captures the realisation that their easy chemistry must now confront the difficult logistics of a future together.

The story utilises the age gap trope brilliantly, focusing on a major misunderstanding of language. Just as the connection deepens, one character dismisses the title of ‘boyfriend,’ creating an instant, heart-stopping rift. This isn’t a rejection of the person, but a rejection of the term, forcing both characters—and the reader—to realise that what they both truly want might be a life partnership, not just a simple, temporary title. This is where the real emotional stakes kick in.
The structure of this story echoes the themes of the first festive film Logan and Wynn watched—The Holiday—where emotional turmoil and distance must be overcome for true connection. The author executes this beautifully near the end with a climactic POV change. Finally getting insight into Logan’s internal struggle transforms the final act, ensuring the resolution isn’t just a reconciliation, but a profound emotional breakthrough. The build-up is fantastic, and I have a feeling the HEA is going to be incredibly satisfying!

Favourite characters:
Logan: introduced in a wonderfully chaotic and memorable way, providing a delightful subversion of the typical holiday “sunshine” character. Logan is immediately described as “burly” and undeniably attractive, fitting the classic romance hero physique.
However, his initial reaction to the stressed-out guest is anything but cheerful holiday sparkle—he’s genuinely shocked and slightly chaotic (as proven by his immediate call to the police!).
Logan’s combination of initial chaos, determined kindness, and rugged appeal makes him a deeply endearing and authentic character who promises a satisfying romance arc.
Wynn: perfectly embodies the stressed and anxious reader who just needs to hit the reset button on the holidays. She arrives at the remote cabin not because she loves rustic living, but because she is desperately seeking solitude and an escape from the unbearable, obligatory cheer of her typical holiday environment.
Her character is defined by a beautiful contradiction: she is fleeing the chaos of her life, yet she is determined to create her own brand of ordered, perfect holiday festivity in the quiet sanctuary she finds. She is the ultimate “Festive Planner”, driven by a need to meticulously control and decorate her environment as a way to soothe her internal stress and grief.

While she starts as the “Grumpy” half of the dynamic, her mood is rooted in exhaustion, not malice. Her focus on garlands, twinkling lights, and the perfect holiday ambiance is her armor against the world. She’s looking for comfort, and she seeks it through aesthetic perfection, which immediately puts her in conflict with Logan’s practical, firewood-focused mindset.
Favourite quotes:
““I want to go shopping with you as much as I want to stab myself in the eye,” Logan says, giving me a deadpan look.””
“Every time it gets to the part where Cameron Diaz has to leave to go back to the States and she runs back to him and they live happily ever after, I lose it because I didn’t get that.”

Favourite part:
Beyond the immediate cabin setting, the author beautifully uses the surrounding small-town atmosphere to amplify the holiday charm. The contrast between Wynn’s fast-paced city life and the quiet, friendly country culture—where neighbours wave simply because they see you, and everyone knows the shopkeeper’s name—is deeply felt. This detail is simple, but it effectively wraps the whole story in a delightfully festive, relaxed, and genuinely friendly blanket of community.
Rating out of 5:
Wrapped Up in You is a masterclass in modern, spicy, holiday romance. It earns its five-star rating not just for its flawless execution of classic tropes (Forced Proximity, HEA), but for its clever subversion of them. The author elevates the typical “grumpy meets sunshine” dynamic into a more nuanced “Festive vs. Practical” debate, fuels the slow-burn with immediate, palpable chemistry, and delivers a stunning emotional climax through an expertly executed POV change. The book is the perfect blend of cosy, witty, and deeply romantic, offering both escapism and genuine emotional depth. It is, quite simply, the ideal read to curl up with this holiday season.

Eeek! I was so honored to get to Beta read another book for the wonderful D. Vessa!! And let me tell you, this one is a MUST READ for the holiday season!

I loved Wynn and Logan so much! Their back and forth was so fiery and fun to watch, just as much as their jaw dropping sinful times 😉 I loved watching them try to “make the best” of the holiday season together as a couple of (hot) individuals who were all but forced to be together for the holiday. Their forced proximity, one bed/cabin adventure was the perfect set up for this novella!

I loved how Wynn was trying to recreate the Christmas magic her mom used to create when she was alive. I, of course, felt bad that Wynn had no family to spend the holidays with, but I loved how she took control of the situation and was going to have the best Christmas she could in her mother’s honor. It was so incredibly sweet and I really felt the connection to her mom throughout the story.

Of course, I loved how no matter how grumpy of an exterior Logan had, he fully supported her goal and had a lot of empathy for her mom and what was driving her goal. I loved watching this gruffy guy have his teddy bear moments!!

I’m curious if we will get more stories of Logan’s family, being he has quite a few brothers and a very involved mother hahaha. I would totally read more stories of this family!

Thank you to D. Vessa for the opportunity to read this book. The thoughts and opinions expressed above are honest and my own.

4.25 stars!

I am completely obsessed with this book! I literally read in one hour and that's tell you how much I enjoyed this one. From the very first page, I was hooked, and I honestly couldn’t put it down. It was utterly adorable, heartwarming, and packed with all the holiday vibes I didn’t know I needed. Wynn is an incredible heroine, sassy, smart, sarcastic, and completely relatable. I adored her from the start. She has that perfect mix of vulnerability and strength, and her inner dialogue had me giggling out loud more times than I can count. She’s the kind of character that instantly earns a spot in your heart. And then there’s Logan. My gosh, that man. Sexy, rugged lumberjack/farmer who is just chef’s kiss perfection. His combination of charm, masculinity, and heart had me swooning nonstop. The banter between him and Wynn is electric, funny, flirty, and full of that playful tension that makes you want to throw the book across the room and then immediately grab it again. Their chemistry is off the charts, and watching them navigate forced proximity in a cozy snowy cabin made my heart race. The story itself is perfection for a holiday romance. The way their relationship builds and kept me hooked until the very last page. D. Vessa delivers the perfect balance of spice, emotion, and holiday charm. The ending was pure perfection and gave me all the feels I could’ve hoped for in a festive romance. Thank you so much to the author for giving me the opportunity to read the book in advance, I received this for free and I'm leaving an honest review.

Y'all. My new favorite holiday romance right here. This is the story of Wynn and Logan. Wynn is grieving the loss of her mom and living a rather lonely life in Virginia that just really isn't meeting her expectations. Approaching Christmas with no family, she decides to book a cabin in remote Northern Michigan, planning to enjoy some real snow, Christmas decorating, and trying to carry on the traditions she had with her Christmas-loving mom, even if she has to do them alone. Only one minor setback to this plan, and that's the hunky Logan she surprises when walking into his cabin. Logan decided last minute to spend Christmas alone in his cabin after his parents decided to book themselves a Christmas cruise. He failed to take the listing down (well, to ask his mom to take the listing down). After a rough initial meeting, the two decide to share the cabin rather than booting Wynn out. What follows is a lot Logan and Wynn both trying to survive each other and getting to know one another and it really is a great time. The banter is top tier, and the sparks really do fly. There were moments I cracked up just picturing the scene. The story is paced exceptionally well, and the emotional parts mixed in with the sass and humor is just excellent. I ate this book up and fell in love with Logan and Wynn. Highly recommend picking this one up for the holidays (or anytime really). Like all of Vessa's books (seriously, at this point I'm convinced she can write anything and make it amazing), this one is hitting the will read again shelf for me.

I just finished this novella and I’m genuinely obsessed with Wynn and Logan. Their chemistry was so strong that every scene felt electric. The banter, the tension, the push and pull — it all came together in such a natural, addictive way. And when things finally got intense between them, it absolutely delivered.

The forced-proximity setup was everything I love in a holiday romance. Two people who barely know each other stuck in a cabin — and sharing a bed — during the holidays created the perfect mix of chaos, tension, and slow-building feelings. It felt like the ideal backdrop for their relationship to unfold.

What really stood out to me was Wynn’s emotional journey. Her effort to recreate the Christmas magic her mom used to bring was incredibly touching. Even without family around, she decides to make the holiday special in her mother’s honor, and that added so much heart to the story.

Logan completely surprised me too. He starts off with this grumpy, guarded exterior, but he supports Wynn in such a quiet, genuine way that it’s impossible not to love him. Watching his softer side come out made their connection feel even more real.

I also hope we get more stories about Logan’s family. With all his brothers and his very involved mother, there’s definitely room for more, and I would absolutely read them.

Overall, this novella had the perfect mix of holiday charm, emotional depth, and romantic tension — exactly what I want in a cozy winter read.

10/10 D. Vessa does it again! She never disappoints.

🎄My Thoughts 💭🎄

When I say the amount of banter in this book had me kicking my feet straight up giggling. I would wholeheartedly say read it because it's like a Hallmark movie and it's so cozy.

Lumberjack Logan is so grumpy so delicious and he has a way of saying the most naughtiest things but in the sweetest way.

Wynn is trying to find herself again she's trying to do the traditions while being haunted by the memory of her mother and I truly believe she finds that peace within Logan.

The way that Wynn doesn't take crap from Logan is straight up female power like she puts him in his place just as much as he stands up to her.

The spice in this book there is so much tension and I believe that truly builds the spice because of their like connection and they both are so into fighting it in a way because of both of their like lives.

I did love all of Logan's family and I truly hope that they each get their own books.

There are a couple scenes that were like oh so Sweet moments but then there were some that were like hilarious.

I can say the amount of quotes that were in this book that stood out to me was astronomical because they were just unique in their own way.

So ladies buckle up get yourself a cozy blanket sit by the fire and wait patiently for lumberjack Logan to let you have the keys to his cabin 😏

This cozy, spicy small-town story won my heart over. With tropes like forced proximity and age gap, I knew it would be amazing but even more so, knowing D. Vessa wrote it- it would be phenomenal. And it was!!

Our main characters, Wynn and Logan, are a perfect for one another. D. Vessa writes some of the best FMC and Wynn is no different. Wynn is grieving and lonely during the holidays so she decides to take a trip to Michigan to have a snow-filled Christmas where she can decorate and have the whole shebang like she and her mom used to do. The angle of this for Wynn touched me deeply. Having lost my mom, and Christmas being a big time for us, Wynn's ache and loneliness resonated deeply. As did her zest and vivacious take on making the most of these memories and living fully. What Wynn wasn't ready for was the hunk of a man at the cabin she had rented for this get away. Logan and Wynn have some laugh out loud moments together along with some heart warming takes. The bumps along the way make the story so fun and the dialogue is just amazing.
This book was a quick read that I can, and will, read over and over.

Thank you to the author for shining a light on the reality that sometimes holidays can be lonely and for giving us a strong FMC that shows us to find a way to make the most of it.

Wrapped Up In You
By D. Vessa

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tropes:
🎄Perfect Christmas Read
❄️Forced Proximity
🎄Holiday Romance
❄️Age Gap
🎄Small Town
❄️Vacation Romance

I picked up Wrapped Up in You looking for some festive fluff, and D. Vessa delivered exactly that! This book is the perfect quick read to get you in the holiday spirit, complete with a grumpy "lumberjack" hero and a determined heroine seeking a white Christmas.
The premise is simple but effective: after her mother's passing, the heroine books a cabin in Northern Michigan to experience her mom's dream of a snowy Christmas. She was expecting a quiet getaway, but instead finds the grumpy, unexpectedly gorgeous owner already there, thinking she's a trespasser!
I loved the dynamic between the two main characters. The grumpy/sunshine trope is one of my favorites, and it was done so well here. Watching the heroine work to warm up the hero's icy exterior was a delight. The chemistry between them was sizzling hot, and the remote, snowy cabin setting added the perfect cozy atmosphere.

If you're looking for a sweet, steamy, and charming holiday romance to curl up with, Wrapped Up in You is an excellent choice!

10/10 Would recommend to family and friends.

ARC Review 🎄

Wrapped Up in You is a quick, cozy holiday novella with a grumpy-sunshine dynamic that works right from the start. Wynn heading to Michigan to keep her mom’s Christmas traditions alive gave the story a heartfelt grounding, and the rental-mix-up that forces her to share the cabin with Logan sets everything in motion fast.

Logan is properly grumpy—quiet, blunt, a little rough around the edges—but in a way that feels grounded instead of over the top. Wynn’s sass bounces off him perfectly, and their back-and-forth banter kept the story moving in a really fun way. Even in such a short format, their chemistry comes through clearly.

The spice fits the tone: warm, intimate, and just enough heat for a holiday novella without overshadowing the emotional pieces that peek through. The story balances cozy winter vibes with a few tender moments, especially around Wynn’s grief and her determination to keep her mom’s memory alive.

It’s a fast, festive read with sweet chemistry, a great forced-proximity setup, and a satisfying blend of humor, heart, and heat—all wrapped up neatly with no loose ends

“Love to watch you go almost as much as I love to watch you come, princess” Mr. Logan…. Sir, it was way too early to be sweet talkin a lady like that! Hold on sir, my girl Wynn wasn’t ready! Give her a minute to wake up. I swear she will be a much happier camper then! But like Wynn, he was chopping wood… Honey, that be a nice way to wake up. What a dang good view!

Y’all should know by now that I am straight up addicted to D.Vessa and will be shouting about her books forever. She literally has the absolute best writing style that is also very versatile. We go from two books that were dark and delicious to a book that was dark but emotional to Wrapped Up In You that is light hearted. Yet she doesn’t lack anything in each of these books. Each one grabs your attention and makes you so ready to cuddle up. It is an absolute favorite to curl up in a blanket and read D. Vessa. I have plans for a lot of this this winter.

If you are looking for a Christmas book this season and haven’t tried D. Vessa just yet, I highly recommend picking this one up! Also just look at how cute this darn cover is!!! The whole thing yet again has me in a chokehold.

Thank you to D Vessa for letting me read and review this spicy yet sweet holiday romance! ♡

Wynn and Logan's love story is one for the lovers of Christmas and lumberjack, flannel wearing men. This novella is spicy and sweet all wrapped in one! You get to see how Wynn celebrates every Christmas in honour of her mother as well as see the insta-lust between our grizzly grump and faux fur loving FMC.
I liked how this didn't start with the insta type of love but rather lust as it worked its way to the latter feeling. The romance is quick between the two characters, yet you can't help but fall in love with them falling for one another. The emotions and inner turmoil from them throughout the novel helps you stay in touch with what is going on. I felt what they were feeling. If Vessa decides to continue on with the other single brothers, I also wouldn't be opposed to that. Just saying!
Overall, it was a good read and makes me continue to love what this author releases for us twisted ravens <3

🎄ARC Review🎄

The amount of times that I giggled during this book was obscene.

Once again Vessa writes another winner of a book, making me not want the book to end because I loved it so much.

Wynn decides to keep her Mother’s Christmas spirit alive by traveling to Michigan and renting a cabin to have a White Christmas. When she arrives to the Cain, she finds out she’s not alone. In a mix up, Logan coveys he didn’t take down his rental posting and decided to stay there for Christmas after all. Deciding to share the tiny cabin, you can imagine where things go from there 😏.

I loved Wynn’s sass and Logan’s quips, constantly matching each other’s energy. I mean, I knew it was going to be good when this was the opener to the book:

“Have you ever felt like if you didn’t get away right this second, you’d have a full-blown breakdown and probably end up on a grippy-sock-mandatory vacation? Because that’s exactly where I am in life right now.”

So good. I really hope Vessa does another holiday one, but for Logan’s brothers.

This book feels like the universe saying “surprise, you’re snowed in with a hot stranger, enjoy.” Wynn just wants a quiet Christmas to herself and instead walks into a cabin that comes with a grumpy lumberjack named Logan. Accidentally adorable from the very first interaction.

Their vibes are pure chaos in the cutest way. She is sunshine with opinions and he is basically a human flannel who pretends he hates everything yet clearly does not hate her. The banter is one long flirt disguised as an argument and I ate up every second.

It is short, it is spicy, and it gave me that warm fuzzy feeling I only get when fictional men ruin the bar for real ones. Immediate chemistry. Zero dragging. Snow, heat, and one bed that deserves its own award.

A delightful little holiday treat. I am now accepting applications for my own moody cabin man. Please and thank you.

ARC Review: Thank you to D. Vessa for sending me an advanced copy to read and review

This book was so much fun and put me in the holiday spirit. This book has so much good stuff packed into it: a feisty FMC, a sexy flannel-wearing farmer, one bed, one meddling mom, and the best small-town vibes.

Wynn lost her mom and wants to get away for Christmas and celebrate the traditions they had made together. She chose Michigan for this little getaway. When she gets there, the cabin she booked isn’t exactly empty. Wynn starts out irritated by Logan, but it’s not long before she’s falling for him.

Logan starts out grumpy. However, he’s got it bad for Wynn pretty soon after she arrives. In fact, he finds himself chopping wood at the crack of dawn to fight his attraction. Logan is swoon-worthy. He’s the oldest of his brothers and a mama's boy. He will do anything Wynn asks him to do without batting an eye. I loved all of the little gestures Logan made happen just to ensure that Wynn had a good Christmas. I think this book is going to go in my Holiday Romance rotation.
