I think Joe Pye Weed is my all time favorite flower so it is no surprise that I would love this book. Berry does a great job highlighting all the common super tall perennials that will add drama to your garden.
Giant Perennials: Star Performers For the Garden by Susan Berry (Firefly Books 2003)(635.932) is just what it purports to be: a simple overview of some of the easiest to grow giant performers in the home garden. My rating: 5/10, finished 11/17/11.
