This book was a 4⭐ and I am still in shock. This book follows Leila that wants to solve her friend Ava's murder, while her sister is also suspected dead but this story had other plans. I finished this book in ONE sitting and the writing is beautiful and flowy, doesn't bore you which is amazing 🤭
This was such a page turner, I was so eager to know what was going to happen next, and every single plot twist I guessed...I didn't do so correctly. The characters are impeccable, the writing to describe feelings hits deep and the mental health representation was done beautifully.
This was an emotional book, with twisty mysteries, humour and honestly, you start questioning yourself about YOUR life when you start trying to guess certain things.
The plot was amazing, so entertaining, if I had to criticise since I didn't give it 5 stars, I wanted it to be longer. No joke I was glued to these pages and if the story was stretched out more, all the incredible twists would've probably been MORE shocking. Because when you write more about the events, add more emotion and put more pages in there thoughtfully, the book becomes your best friend.
Of course that's my stupid opinion that the author might not agree on and neither do you, possibly I'm manipulating myself into thinking I needed more because I loved it so much. (you will feel like this constantly when you read this book, I'm prepping you with some appetizers!)
G, you are remarkably talented. At this moment you are a teenager and this book is going to pop off, I already know it. Please never give up despite how hard things might get. You are going to be immensely successful and the potential is there, ready to be put into new stories! Thank you so much for this copy, I am so utterly grateful to become one of your biggest fans before you're famous 😏

This book is amazing!It touches very sensitive topics for teenagers and teaches that u do matter and ur story matters!I absolutely enjoyed reading and I read it in one breath!The story felt like home at the end when everything finally came in place,and the characters also!Cant wait for the next book by this amazing author!

There are 2 things I love in this world: cats, and a good plot twist. And this book really has a jaw-dropping, eye-widening, fist-clenching twist. BUT it is also so much more than that. I fell in love with the characters first. They each have distinct and unique personalities that bring them to life. I really got to emphasize with the mc through the beautiful writing. Speaking about the beautiful writing, I love the way that it shows that choosing yourself for once isn’t a bad or selfish decision. Sometimes it’s the key to solving life changing problems. I adore the way each character has their own story to tell and conflicts to face. Each one played their part into solving the mystery.
The plot itself was amazing. It gripped me from the start. I was making theories all the time. You really don’t know what is actually happening until the last few chapters when everything starts to make sense and the pieces fit together. I can only describe it as you know something is suspicious but you can’t put your finger on it. It’s really a story that makes you wanna immediately pick up the next book!
I will forever thank the author for bringing this book to life. I can’t wait to read more from her.

Amazing. The author perfectly embodies the feeling of losing someone close and dear to you. Speaking from experience as someone who has also lost their best friend to unfortunate circumstances... this book perfectly captures the grief, self-doubt, anger, and overall pain that comes with this loss.
The character relationships are interesting and at times, left me giggling! #LilsXJosh

A powerful and emotional mystery that dives deep into grief, friendship, and self discovery. Leila’s journey to uncover the truth about Ava while healing her own hidden wounds is both heartbreaking and hopeful. Blood, Blades, Clues is a beautifully written story that lingers long after the last page.

ONE OF THE MOST BOOKS I ENJOYED READ IT SO MUCH!! AND THE PLOT TWISTES?, THE ENDING?, THE CHARACTERS?, WVEN THE MYSTERY AND PSYCHOLOGY COMBINATION?, IS SO FREAKING GOOD!! I WISH THE BOOK BE MORE RECOGNISED!!
