This Series will cover a brand new set of characters that are ex-cons (Or can they be ex-cons if they escape from prison?) and the one true loves. This book will be King's book.
Lani Lynn Vale is married to the love of her life that she met in high school. She fell in love with him because he was wearing baseball pants. Ten years later they have three perfectly crazy children and a cat named Demon who likes to wake her up at ungodly times in the night. They live in the greatest state in the world, Texas. She writes contemporary and romantic suspense, and has a love for all things romance. You can find Lani in front of her computer writing away in her fictional characters world...that is until her husband and kids demand sustenance in the form of food and drink.
Denver is the president of the local Dixie Wardens MC, a rugged rancher, and a semi-newly divorced single dad raising teenage girls. When he inherits the neighboring failing ranch from a man he tried to buy it from for years, he’s put in an impossible position. Honoring the dying man’s wishes means evicting his daughter from the crumbling house on the property even if it makes him the villain in her eyes.
Holly grew up with very little, though her father always did his best for her. She worked hard, put herself through vet school, and planned to take over the family ranch someday. So finding out the ranch was left to the infuriatingly attractive biker cowboy next door? Yeah… that definitely wasn’t part of the plan.
This book delivers so many of my favorite tropes: enemies to lovers, age gap, alpha biker cowboy, protective single dad, and a strong heroine who refuses to back down. Denver and Holly’s chemistry is absolutely scorching, and their banter made the story even more fun. I loved how they matched each other with their loyalty, stubbornness, and work ethic they truly felt made for one another.
There’s also enough suspense woven throughout to keep things interesting, and it was great catching up with the rest of the MC crew. Plus, seeing Denver’s ex and Holly’s mom finally get what was coming to them was ABSOLUTELY SO satisfying!
The only reason this wasn’t a full 5 stars for me is because I’m such a sucker for epilogues with babies and growing families. I love when Lani gives her couples kids, and while we do get marriage and lots of sweet family moments here, the focus was more on future grandkids since the heroine doesn’t want children of her own. Totally valid for the characters I just personally missed the baby HEA element I usually love with Lanier book.
Overall, though, I absolutely loved this book and can’t wait for the next one in the series!
Forget That Guy is book five in LLV's Don't Date Him series. It can be read as a standalone, but as I always suggest, I recommend reading them in order just to have whatever back story there may be.
Denver is the president of the local Dixie Wardens MC, a rancher, and a semi-newly divorced single dad to teenage girls. He also just inherited the failing ranch that he's offered to buy many times over. Following the last wishes of the dying man, he evicts the man's daughter out of the falling apart house that's left on the land, and he's willing to be the bad guy to keep her safe. Holly did not have a great life growing up, although her dad did everything he could to make it better. She put herself through vet school, determined to take over the family ranch. Imagine her surprise when she discovers it was left to the burly neighbor that makes her blood boil and other parts tingle ;) ;)
Man, this story had everything I love. Enemies to lovers, age gap, Alpha biker cowboy, and a man that loves his family and daughters more than life itself. Plus, a smart, beautiful, strong heroine that doesn't take crap off anyone. There's always a level of suspense to keep you hanging on the edge of your seat, and the characters are always relatable. Denver and Holly have chemistry that burns white hot. Their banter is "chef's kiss". Made of the same work ethic and loyalty, these two were made for each other. We get to catch up with all the guys from the MC, plus a special visit from one of my OG favorite Dixie Wardens and his beautiful younger wife ;) But, the cherry on top is that Denver's ex and Holly's mom both get what's coming to them! YES! I believe it's safe to say I absolutely LOVE this series and I cannot wait for more to come!
If you’ve been following the Lani-verse for a while, Forget That Guy feels like a massive, heartfelt "thank you" to the fans. Lani Lynn Vale continues to prove why she is the queen of addictive, high-stakes romance, and Book 5 in the Don’t Date Him series might just be the most satisfying installment yet.
First —the Easter eggs! Lani has been sprinkling nostalgic nods throughout this series, but she pulled out a major one in this book that had me literally squealing. These connections to previous series aren't just cameos; they are expertly woven gifts that make this world feel interconnected to all that happened in Texas and other places we've been. Everything in this plot fits together like a perfectly machined puzzle.
In this world where things often feel upside down, there is nothing better than Lani’s brand of retribution. She isn't afraid to make her villains truly awful, which makes their eventual downfall feel all the more sweet. Watching the "bad guys" get exactly what’s coming to them is the kind of "deserved retribution" we all need right now.
While some might label these characters as morally gray, I see them as the ultimate good guys. They are principled and disciplined. They have a rock-solid internal compass, a fierce dedication to making sure their town is run the right way and protecting their women and families, and they know exactly where the line is between right and wrong, and they aren't afraid to cross it to protect what’s theirs.
If you aren’t reading the Don’t Date Him series yet, you are officially missing out. Five stars—and a loud cheer for that epic Easter egg!
Thank you, Give Me Books Promotions, for the eArc; these opinions are mine.
Denver has always had his eye on Holly and as Margery says the only time age matters is in grade school 😉
Denver was married to Juliana and she’s a piece of work and it’s not pretty , Denver did an awesome job of raising his girls and between us they’re better off without Juliana ! Talking about awful mothers Holly also didn’t score in the mommy department and again she’s better off without hers I don’t even want to name her as she doesn’t deserve any airtime she’s got a wicked selfish heart 🤢💔
Denver has a good heart and he was good to Holly’s dad and when he passes away and leaves the land to Denver I understand why Holly is bitter but even then he doesn’t tell her why and how things were they way they were but fret not she finds out the truth 🥰
Holly helps out at the vet with Boone , Denver’s brother and he’s also a honey 🤗 Holly goes on call outs when she gets kidnapped and just a dig fighting ring and even though she’s outnumbered she’s fearless and while I knew help would come my nerves were shattered and my heart was broken and the cruelty of it all and again I realise the Dixie Wardens may be an MC but they’re more about doing good for the community and standing together for what’s right , I love these guys 🥰
Holly and Denver find each other in a beautiful way and they make a beautiful family that fight together , laugh together and have each others backs , they define what family means naturally with all the add on non blood related family 🥰🤗
I laughed hard , cried even harder and I got as mad as a hornet at times and when I finished the last page it felt like I left a piece of myself behind 🥰
Lani Lynn Vale delivers yet another emotional, raw, heart-pounding read with Forget That Guy, the outstanding fifth instalment in the Don’t Date Him series. Once again, she proves why readers keep coming back for her intense, unforgettable storytelling — and this one sits right at the top of that emotional scale.
Holly steals your heart from the very first page. Abandoned by her mother at a young age by a woman who is truly difficult to forgive, Holly is instead raised by the father she adores. Growing up helping him on the family farm, the land becomes part of who she is. So when her father’s failing health begins to tear everything apart, the heartbreak is already building long before tragedy strikes. Holly’s grief after losing her dad is deeply moving, and the emotional weight of her journey will absolutely bring tears to your eyes.
But the biggest shock comes after his passing, when the farm Holly loves doesn’t go to her at all — instead, it’s left to the neighbour, Denver. President of the local MC and a father of three, Denver radiates every deliciously irresistible hot, grumpy biker vibe imaginable. Holly has every reason to be furious with him, yet staying angry becomes harder and harder the more their lives intertwine and the truth as to why her dad left it to Denver is revealed.
The chemistry between Holly and Denver burns fiercely from the start, and Vale balances the emotional depth with sizzling passion perfectly. Their connection grows naturally through grief, tension, healing, and undeniable attraction, making this age-gap romance impossible to put down. Add in touches of suspense, plenty of steam, emotional scars, and a hard-fought happily ever after, and Forget That Guy becomes another unforgettable romance from an author who never disappoints.
Forget That Guy by Lani Lynn Vale is book 5 in the Don’t Date Him Series and focuses on the characters Denver and Holly. Holly is struggling to make ends meet, especially after the death of her father and the reading of his will which has left her with nothing, or so she thinks. Throw in a mother who treats her like rubbish and not very much going her way. When circumstances means that she ends up sharing space with Denver and his girls, she starts to see a side of him that she hasn't before and there might be more to her losing everything than she thinks.
Denver is one of those rugged, handsome family men who just get the job done. Looking after his two young daughters and working on the farm from sunup to sundown, he doesn't have much down time himself. Throw into the mix Holly, what her father left him and a crazy ex-wife and life for Denver is just complicated.
The chemistry between the two characters is great in this book. It starts with a slow burn until it becomes a simmer to a white-hot flame.
Like all of the books in this series, this one is an easy read with some really good characters and a good storyline which develops more as the characters relationship develops. You don’t necessarily have to have read previous books in the series to understand what's happening in this one, but it is always good fun if you do.
ARC received for a fair, honest and sometimes long review. All opinions are my own. 😊
This one is the story of the president of the Dixie Wardens MC. Denver is not just a biker, but his a rancher and divorced single dad to teenage girls. We met one of his daughters in the previous book, Joe, who is pregnant from her high school boyfriend.
Denver thought he had a good marriage, but his wife wanted to party and not have the responsibility of a farm, so they got divorced. It seems like Denver is the guy that is the problem solver. As his neighbour died and left him his property and asked him to make sure his daughter is okay. Which in turn meant that Denver had to evict her from her house as it was falling apart.
Holly grew up as being a responsible young person, taking care of her dad and the farm. So when he died she assumed it would be hers. But then she finds out that he gave it to Denver and she was being evicted. She hated him, but she couldn’t deny that he was dangerously hot and she has had a crush on him since forever…
Denver was amazing. He was hot, sexy, a biker and a rancher and he was a single dad to teenage girls. Holly was stubborn, hardworking, but she had a soft heart and didn’t take anything laying down. The chemistry these two had was hot 😊 And I loved how they just easily fit into each other’s lived. And his girls accepted her so easily 😊
The story had everything in it that I love about a LLV story. It had laughter, fun, drama, suspense and romance. What more could you want.
This newest book in this series is a rollercoaster of emotions and events. There were times when I sat her gap jawed with what was happening in this small Montana town! Both Denver and Holly need each other in different ways. But there’s some obstacles in their way, but the way they come together is fantastic.
Denver as the President of the Montana Dixie Wardens, runs their small town and there some in this town that have forgotten that. I loved when there were power plays happening because it happened to all the right people. I wasn’t sure how I felt about Holly in the last book, but this story made me love her. She’s not had it easy for a long time and it appears to her that Denver has placed the final nail in the coffin so to speak. But as we all learn, there’s so much more to it than that.
Along the way to their HEA, there’s some very suspenseful moments that I actually said out loud WTAF! Connections and love was building between not only Denver and Holly but his kids and mom as well. She needs these people so much. They accept her for who she is and not expecting anything from her… trust me when I tell you, not everyone in her life is like that.
I experienced all the emotions in this book. This world that LLV has built is one I don’t want to leave anytime soon.
Forget That Guy grabs hold of your heart hard and fast in this one. Denver comes off as the bad guy but underneath that gruff exterior is a man with a heart of gold who will do anything for those he cares about. Holly is a young woman who has lost everything and sometimes it feels like she takes two steps forward and ten steps back. I loved the banter and chemistry between these two characters, and it radiated through every encounter with such an intensity. There is plenty of drama and a little chaos to have you on the edge of your seat and unsure whether these two will make it to a HEA that they both deserve. Denver's girls just added that little extra touch to the storyline showing their support for their Dad, the ranch and his relationship with Holly. Holly may have been knocked down a few times, but this woman will stand her ground and protect like no other. I loved the little cameo by one of our long time favourite LLV characters that gives this book an extra dose of heart and home. A storyline that is packed with emotion, ups and downs, push and pull and plenty of heated moments to leave your skin sizzling. I can tell you by the end of this story there will be no forgetting this guy, because Denver is just that memorable.
I was pulled right into this story. The story has pain, twists & turns, kidnapping, secrets, and heartbreak.
If you have not read the below I would recommend reading those books(s) first House of BS & Lies (Don't Date Him #1) People We Avoid (Don't Date Him #2) Not A Side Chick (Don't Date Him #3) Be The Full Problem (Don't Date Him, #4)
This is Holly and Denver’s story. After her father died, she thought she would get her family’s home, but it went to Denver. She is forced to find somewhere else to go. She has not had an easy life. She will figure it out. When she answers an ad about a place to stay, she is right back with Denver. Sparks fly after all the chemistry they have is strong. Can they resist? With all the crazy happening in the town they have to figure out who is behind it and who all is involved. Her father left Denver the land for a reason. When those secrets come out she understands. Can they build a future together once all the crazies get out of town?
A little side note was good that we got a peek at a character from a different series. Maybe a few more peeks in future books. I love popups.
Wow, what a great story that took a couple of unexpected twists I wasn’t expecting and also some cameos from some old favourites too😍
Holly has had a difficult life and every time she thinks she’s finally got her grasp on things - something comes up to prove to her that that’s not the case😳 She gets a break when she moves onto the Windsor ranch, but she’s not eager to do this purely because she thinks Denver stole her family’s home and land from right under her when her father died😢
Denver is the president of the Dixie Wardens MC chapter but he’s also a rancher and a father. He always tries to do what is right but life has a way of throwing everything at you all at once…and when Holly comes into his life again, suddenly things are starting to look up and a future he never thought he’d ever have, is now suddenly possible🥰
Loved the story and getting to know Denver’s girls and that ending…perfect🙌 I received an advanced copy and willingly leave my honest review❣️
Denver & Holly have a tumultuous history. He was kinda friends with her dad, and when her dad died, it SEEMED like Denver was doing things to make her life harder. Of course, we know that wasn't the case!
I liked the pacing of this story. Denver & Holly aren't immediately together, but the animosity isn't as deep as it's been earlier. She's working for his nephew, she's friendly with his family, and she keeps seeing - and allowing herself to see - the way he cares for his family & community.
Denver is going through some crappy situations, but still keeps an eye out for Holly. Slowly, as they keep getting thrown together in a way, they realize there are feelings going on. There's ALSO something nefarious going on in the town - several things, actually. Holly gets caught up in that & Denver helps rescue her - tho, Holly's a BA in her own way & does a pretty great job of also rescuing herself & others. 💜💜💜
I greatly enjoyed the way this story is told, with some humor, charm & emotion, along with just the right dollop of spice.
Denver is trying to balance being the president of the MC, looking after his ranch and being a single father to his daughters. He needs help feeding the animals however when he placed the ad the last person he expected to see was Holly. She has nothing but animosity for him due to what she believes transpired with her family ranch.
When Holly went to school to become a vet it was with the intention of returning and helping her father with the ranch. Now not only is she dealing with his passing but the ranch she loved was left to Denver and he has had her evicted. She is now struggling, emotionally and financially, so answering the ad will allow her to get back on her feet even if it means working for the man she wants nothing to do with.
Despite all the animosity between them the feelings they have for each other are undeniable. He is determined to protect her, even from herself, and she shows him that he deserves to find love again as they take us on journey that includes romance, a little suspense and all the feels.
This series keeps getting better and better and I am loving it!
This is Denver and Holly’s story, an awesome enemies to lovers romance.
Denver was put in an impossible position when Holly’s Dad left all of his farm and house to Denver and not Holly. He never told Holly, as her Dad didn’t want that burden falling on her, which caused Holly to hate Denver for years.
Holly put herself through vet school and returned to the only home she knew and loved. She didn’t want to work for Denver’s brother but it was an offer she couldn’t refuse.
Holly wants to stay as far from Denver as possible but when she gets evicted, the only place she can afford is the apartment above his barn.
The drama that enfolds from both Holly’s Mom and Denver’s ex, definitely keeps you wondering what is going to happen next.
I loved the suspense and how Denver is so protective of Holly and his girls.
I lied. This is my favourite. I just knew Denver would be everything and baby that man is most definitely one of my favourite males of hers period.
Denver is worked to the bone. Literally. The guy can't stop won't stop. Hes got all of the pressure on him and to make matters worse he's put in a rough situation where he's knows he's going to be the bad guy in Holly's eyes. But lord this man proved himself to be dependable, honest, sweet with his babies and a genuine good man to have. Not to mention hot to trot.
Holly, poor sweet Holly. The girl did not catch a break and just when life was getting more than just surviving something else crept up and hit her back down. She worked her butt off, was good through and through and had so little. It was a thing of beauty getting to watch her grow within herself but also her circle.
I love me an age gap and boy Denver and Holly did not disappoint. The tension is spectacular. The build up positively delectable. The moment of understand and acceptance of them... EVERYTHING. I rooted for them the whole way and was not disappointed. Was their journey easy? Nope. But that eas outside noise. These two are two peas in a pod. Both sp similar in personality and work ethic. Both worked together so seamless it was like they always were.
As always Lani kills it with the side characters. The crazy personalities, the hilarious and relatable moments of nosy family's. It was perfect.
This is definitely my favourite of the series and not just because my man Silas showed his delightful face too!.
I knew I was going to love Denver and Holly. After all the attitude she gave Boone previously I just knew her story would be worth the wait. She has long crushed on Denver from afar. But she doesn't realise he has been looking out for her. She gives off strong enemies without the lovers vibes after he takes over her family land when her dad dies. But she doesn't realise Denver was never her enemy and has protected her from so much pain and anguish.
Denver is book boyfriend goals. He is a family man who is raising his daughters mostly single handedly after he splits from his ex wife. His kids are the centre of his world. He is nurturing and confidence building. And this extends to Holly too when she finds herself needing a place to stay.
These two have undeniable chemistry and I love how easily they slot together. This has one of the most satisfyingly lovely epilogues. You can just feel the rightness between them.
I love Denver and Holly (Don’t Call Me Georgina). Denver is the president of the Dixie Wardens MC Montana Chapter and I have been waiting for his story. Holly doesn’t know it but he is her perfect match. In her mind, he is her mortal enemy responsible for her losing the only home she has known. Forget That Guy has all the elements I love in Lani Lynn Vale’s books. Found family (he is a single dad of three and I love the way they rally around Holly), crazy antics (Denver’s ex-wife and Holly’s mother) and some suspense. Oh, and Denver is also a cowboy. Irresistible! There is enough of the other characters to leave you wanting for more of the series while focusing on the main characters of the story. There is also a visit from Silas and Sawyer from Counter to My Intelligence. Silas is the national president of the MC. If you haven't read the earlier books, please find Boomtown and enjoy the ride.
4.5 Stars I couldn't wait for Denver and Holly's book! The little tease we got from the previous book I knew it was going to be good. Holly works with Denver's nephew at the animal clinic. Already off to a great start with the animals. Even better for me Denver rocks the single dad life. I love a little forced proximity. Not gonna lie there were two parts in this book that at me on edge about how they were going to play out. It's one thing done wrong in a book that's a hard no for me, but as I knew, I should have trusted Lani Lynn Vale to do it right. Denver needs someone with a backbone not afraid to stand up and Holly is that woman. She deserves a big family with all the love and chaos which Denver's fits the bill. I really loved the scenes with Holly and Denver's daughters. This book had me hooked and I finished it in a day. It's so good. A great addition to the Don't Date Him series. They just keep getting better!
Looking for a small town, alpha hero, mc club, rancher enemies to lovers, suspenseful romance? Look no further!
This one hooked me in right away! It was pretty much a one sit read for me! I have been enjoying this series so much and this one did not disappoint!
This one had quite a bit going on! There was never a dull moment that’s for sure! Even a surprise from a couple favorite characters from the original Dixie Warden series!
This author is one of my auto reads. Her stories are filled with love, family, humor and the feels! I’m not going to lie this one almost got me! I almost had to reach for the tissues but I held it together!
I’m not going to lie I wanted more from these characters! I wasn’t ready to say goodbye to them! That’s just me being selfish!!
This is a captivating addition to the Don’t Date Him series, showcasing her talent for delivering emotionally intense stories. The story follows Holly, a woman who faces heartbreak and loss after her father's passing, only to discover that the family farm has been left to Denver, a grumpy biker and neighbor.
Despite initial anger, Holly and Denver's connection deepens as they navigate grief, tension, and undeniable attraction. This plot is filled with twists and palpable chemistry, creating a compelling age-gap romance that keeps readers engaged.
The characters, particularly Denver's children, are endearing and captivating. They evoke a range of emotions, from laughter to heartbreak, making them truly special.
With elements of suspense, steamy scenes, and a hard-won happily ever after, Forget That Guy is a must-read for fans of heartfelt romance.
This is the fifth book in this phenomenal series, and this is Holly and Denver’s story. Holly knows what rock bottom feels like, as she and her dad have struggled for years to make ends meet, and when he passes away, he leaves everything to Denver, who is the gruff president for the Dixie Wardens, Montana Chapter. When Holly returns to Bear Pass, on a mission to avoid Denver at all costs, which is difficult as he seems to be everywhere, and he has unknowingly protected her for years. This is a well written easy to read story, with family, friendships, emotions, challenges, tension, romance, revelations, humour, witty banter, undeniable chemistry, and love, which leads to an entertaining, and heartfelt, addictive page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.
Holly Lorena Cain thought she had her life planned out, helping her daddy run the cattle ranch, but fate had other plans. Holly can no longer stay away from him, and their love is strong. They are both fighting a battle neither asked for, but when it comes down to it, they are there for each other. However, there is always a kick, and can the past stay there, or will it come fighting?
A heartfelt, thrilling and interesting story by Lani Lynn Vale!
The way I was FEELING for both the FMC and MMC had me on the edge of my seat while rooting for them both!
The FMC is struggling in life- making ends meet, dealing with tough family and just having terrible luck. The MMC is grumpy and working his ass off just to keep up with his farm and family while keeping secrets. Secrets from each other - hello enemies to lovers tension!
These two are fire against fire...life is life-ing and oh-so-complicated...and watching it all play out as the reader was amazing!
Age gap!? Grumpy MMC!? Enemies to lovers!? (Kinda) Forced proximity!? FMC struggling!?
This story is so good! Another amazing read by Lani Lynn Vale.
Holly grew up loving her older neighbor, Denver until her father left his ranch to him. Unbeknownst to her, there was a reason for him doing this, but she just can’t get over it. She takes a job as a vet in his nephews practice so she has to see him regularly because she has to tend to his animals. When his nephew finally tells her the truth behind her father‘s given him the land she softens towards Denver.
Denver comes with a whole slew of problems on his own. From an ex-wife that told lies to take away half of his ranch hands to a pregnant teenage daughter that he has to deal with on top of being the MC President of the Dixie Wardens. Will Holly get over her hate for Denver enough to let him past her walls?
The Rulebreaker by Piper Rayne The Dug Out - Book Three . Reading Method; 📱: ✅ 🎧: ✅ 📕: . Absolutely loved this book, and the full cast Audio definitely makes it that much better as well.
This is the third book in The Dug Out series and it’s everything I through Kyle would be and more. Penelope and Decker have known each other for a bit but their story is not really what you expect! And hazel 😍 she’s the best as well!
I only have a few requests for the next book so hopefully they happen! 🏆?
I loved this book and the audio, these books are the first set of full cast that I’ve read and I honestly love them. . I was lucky enough to receive an ARC & ALC of The Rulebreaker l and for that I am very grateful.
This is the fifth book in the Don’t Date Him series and Denver & Holly’s story. Denver is the President of the Dixie Wardens MC and rancher. Holly’s dad’s property was next to Denver’s. When Hollys dad passes away he leaves his failing ranch to Denver and also requests that he evicts his daughter from the rundown house which makes him enemy number one in Hollys eyes. When her new landlord evicts her she’s in desperate need of a new place to live. Finding an ad for a place to live that’s close to her job she sends the email that she’s interested. Boy was she surprised when she finds out who is the owner of the apartment. Their story will draw you in and take you on a roller coaster ride till the very end. I can’t wait for what comes next in the series!
Denver has all of the alpha needed to run a Ranch; be President of a MC; and to be the best girl dad to his daughters. Holly has all of the strength of a MC Presidents ol'lady; compassion to be the best step-mom/mom to three girls; and the grit to keep moving even when met with roadblocks to success. Lani brings the slow burn love story with adversity/antagonists; a touch of traumatic events; and the happily ever after. I've been reading Lani's books since 2015 and they just keep getting better and better. I can only imagine her writing room has a massive map of connections between characters and books and series to keep it all together! I highly recommend this book and all of her other books and series. I'm constantly doing re-reads of my favorites between book releases.
I am in love with Denver! I loved how he loved those around him so much. He got the raw end of it with his ex Juliana and she just wouldn't let go. I fell in love with Margary she was such a sweet and fierce woman. Then we have Denver's kids, boy did he end up with sassy girls. LOL. Holly what can I say about this woman, she got the crapiest mother ever known to man. She kept getting knocked down but she never gave up. I loved this story so much and I never wanted it to end. This series is truly one of the best I have ever read, it leaves me feeling so much and always wanting more.
My new favorite in the series! We were already familiar with Holly and Boone from the vet clinic from Boone and Nettie's story, but Denver's family stole my heart from the start. Holly's relationship with his daughters was a highlight of the story. Lots of secrets from various sources, some intrigue and a whole lot of heart throughout. I loved Denver and Holly together! Great characters and an exciting plot. I loved the cameo from an old fav!
I highly recommend this book as well as the entire series to anyone who enjoys a fairly close knit group of friends and townsfolk who watch out for one another as one guy after another finds his forever love.
