I found a book that describes what my brain is like. The author’s story mirrors my own in so many ways. The suggestions for developing and implementing routines and strategies are laid out in a simple, step-by-step manner. This is definitely a book that I will read again as I continue to make progress with my own ADHD. Thank you so much to the author for making this so easy to understand. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who has similar tendencies or who wants to understand people in their lives who deal with ADHD.
