Nice summary. Too bad I couldn't get to the end.

I liked the writing and quick summary of the horse, Sargeant Reckless. It made me want to read more. Which I did. Plus, I also ordered a children's version for my niece. However, I don't know what caused the problem, but I could never get to the end of the book. It always showed only 72% and if I tried to go beyond that, I got ads for other books. Not a good thing at all!

This isn't actually the book I read. The author of the book I read is Robin Hutton.

The story about this little horse is inspiring and endearing. However, the format of the book is disconnected and strange. "Chapters" can be a few lines, or several pages. The are sometimes chronologically out of order.

OH well. Glad I know the story
