Embracing Love is the story of Lila, Liam and Evan. Lila and Liam have been dating for six months, she is going off to college and he’s joining the Army. Once Lila moves to New York, she meets Evan. Although he knew Lila has a boyfriend that doesn’t stop him from falling for her. Once tragedy hits, Lila finds herself in the arms of Evan. Not knowing what the future holds for her with Liam, she decides to act on her feelings for Evan. Once Liam returns, she is unsure what to do and where to turn.
Borrowed is Evan Martins point of view. He’s a country boy with a big heart and he falls hard for all the wrong girls. He has the worst luck when it comes to love. The one woman he wants to spend the rest of his is already engaged to someone else. He then meets Lila, but as always she is taken also. Although she is in love with someone else, Evan remains by her side, waiting for that opportunity. Once he gets his chance, and thinks he has truly found the one, things completely change in a blink of an eye.
Embracing Us, is the continuance from Embracing Love. In this book, we learn a lot about Lila and why she did the things she did in Embracing Love. We learn more about Liam and see how hurt he is from Lila’s actions. Can Liam ever move past what has happened and trust Lila again? Relationships are tested and love is on the line. Friendships are threatened and hearts are torn. Will they get their happily ever after?

Picked this one up for free. This is a crazy love triangle- Lila and Liam have been dating for 6 months, she is heading off to college and he has joined the army, he enlisted before they began dating. Once in NY Lila meets Evan. She doesn't tell him about her boyfriend for quite some time and is falling in love with him as he is falling for her. She isn't hearing much from Liam in the Army so her heart overrules her brain. I felt mixed emotions with Lila not being truthful and then I think about the fact that she is 18. I couldn't stop reading until I finished the book I had to know how it would all turn out and there are so many twists and turns and incredible things that happen it keep me hooked.

OMG!!! I wish I could've read this all in one sitting! I hated stopping at night, or to fix dinner. Ha! I also didn't want the story to end! Lila is a character that many women can identify with. I know that I have loved more than one man at a time, I have also made my feelings known so neither man got hurt. It's a human characteristic to love more than one person and that's why I loved this series. Liam and Lila are not your perfect couple, they have fights, they don't fall for each other right away, well Lila doesn't anyway. They are REAL even though they are not. Does that make sense?

My heart broke a little for Evan after reading his back story. That poor man falls so hard for women only to have his heart broken. I won't give anything big away but I'm glad it ended like it did!

Wonderful story

This series is fabulous and I loved it from beginning to the end I loved the love between all the characters. It didn't matter if it was happiness or tragedies the still together and stand up for each other

These books are amazing!! I was hooked from the first page! These are very well written and the characters are very well developed. This is one series that I know I will be able to read again and again.
