This was my first book by W. Million, and I really did enjoy it. I love a second chance romance and this one had so much pining and realistic elements about the impact of time on a relationship and the people in it. There was (for what I’m used to) quite a lot of angst, confusion, and tension here and the dual timeline created quite the tummy ache at times. The HEA was definitely earned and oh so satisfying. The spice here was too.
👋 Therapist Take: this story was filled with realistic looks at the loss that comes with disenfranchised grief. As a reader it was challenging to learn the whole story and experience with the narrators the realization of what could have been. This was a journey through all the stages of grief really- the wanting things to be different, the anger and frustration, the bargaining, the sadness and the acceptance that there is no Time Machine we can access to take us back and do things differently sometimes. For me, this was a heavier read indeed-it still had great value, the love story was compelling and beautiful, and the realizations made by most characters were helpful reminders to hold onto people worth holding onto.
Be mindful of your own mental health when reading this one because it might be a heavier read depending on your experiences with healing from the impact of someone else’s addiction, abuse, emotionally immature and controlling parents, complicated grief, body image challenges and the impact of financial struggles.

This is such a good book. Its a second-chance romance with the poor girl/rich boy trope. I live for that kind of trope, especially if the FMC is the rich one. This story is about the FMC leaving the MMC when he wanted to marry her even his family don't want that. After 14 years, they met again. Personally, I'm not fan of second-chance trope, but I enjoyed this one. I felt like they never stop loving each other, even they were with other people. Their chemistry were everything.
It's a book that explores healing, hope and forgiveness. It's really a emotional story that at the end, has the happy ending everyone wants.

The second book in the Tucker Billionaires Series has finally arrived! It is Fierce Love by W. Million. The first book was Temporary Love which was released January of 2024. It was a wait but worth every long month of it. W. Million always brings us such delicious stories and Fierce Love is just as yummy.
This story is about Hollyn Davis and Nathaniel Tucker. Their story is a little like the fairy tale Cinderella. Hollyn comes from a poor family whose parents are criminals and Nate is from a rich family related to the royalty we have come to love in Bellerive. Now, who doesn’t like an adult fairy tale?
We meet some new characters and a few of the characters from the first book. Fierce Love does read as a standalone. You don’t have to read the first one before reading this one. You may want to go back and read Temporary Love after you get a taste of these books. They are addictive.
I also love that it is a small community on the island of Bellerive. The characters are great! Even if there are some of them you don’t like, you will love how W. Million has developed these folks. Some of them are so unique and some you love right away and there are those you would like to slap. Seriously!
Even though the Tucker family is over the top rich, you will enjoy their interactions. The siblings get along well and are a joy. Most of them have charities that they have developed and support. They are basically good people. Well, except for a couple. You have to have a scoundrel in the pack. Right?
The descriptions of the landscapes and the homes make the area come alive. I can see it in my mind and would love a visit sometime. It is truly a beautiful place. I loved the books about the Royal family. If you enjoy this book and series, go back and check out the Bellerive Royals Series.

Fierce Love by W. Million is an absolute must read. This contemporary romance had me hooked from the very first page, and I couldn’t put it down. It’s the second book in the Tucker Billionaires series, but it can easily be enjoyed as a standalone. The paperback version is 359 pages of pure emotional gold.
The story’s core is a compelling second-chance romance with a classic rich boy/poor girl dynamic. The banter between the characters is witty and the pacing is perfect, building the tension in the best way possible. For those who enjoy a little heat, I’d give this a 2 out of 5 on the chili pepper scale it definitely delivers.
Beyond the romance, the book delves into heavy themes, so be aware of trigger warnings for family member death, neglectful/cruel parents, and substance abusing parents. Despite these tough topics, the story is ultimately about healing and hope.
W. Million does an incredible job of making you feel the emotional weight of Hollyn and Nathaniel’s journey. Their struggles, though sometimes feeling small, are incredibly resilient, and their character development is outstanding. The lessons learned in this story about growth, forgiveness, and the power of a love strong enough to heal past wounds hit home for me. The plot twist and the unique, bittersweet ending made the story feel so authentic and true to life. It was a reminder that love isn’t a fairytale, but a choice to grow and face life's messiest parts together.

I loved it just like I did the previous one and the Bellerive Royals series!
The love and tension and suspense and history between Hollyn and Nate is addicting from the start. This read mixed both past and present. Delving in each of their lives and family dynamics.
Hollyn and Nate meet again, 14 years after she disappeared on the night he was planning to propose, breaking his heart and his spirit. When he gets a second chance at having her stay on the island, even if for just a little while longer, he is determined to show her what they had before was the love of myth.
Hollyn had her own reasons for disappearing the first time and 14 years to convince herself she is over the rich boy from the island. Unfortunately it was time to face reality but she has to choose between the boy the left behind before and the promises she made.
Their journey to rediscovering what was lost between them and uncovering the secrets, makes for a great read. Throw in some familiar faces from Bellerive and some snippets of how their stories have developed, ans you can't put it down.
Thank you Wendy Million for this and we can not wait for the next one, especially after you dropped those little easter eggs regarding who our next MFC will be.

I am such a sucker for a billionaire romance, and Wendy did not let me down! This had so many tropes that I love: second chance romance, he falls first, protective MMC. I ate it up! Nathaniel was the type of man who did everything he could hold onto Hollyn and never gave up even when their situation seemed extremely bleak. I will definitely be adding Nathaniel Tucker to my list of book boyfriends.
Also, the twist at the end I did not see coming! I can’t wait for the rest of this series!

I went into this with no expectations but came out so surprised. fierce love is a second chance romance that pulls at your heart strings and honestly makes you wonder if loving someone so helplessly is even healthy or possible. but nate and holls make it work, and they're just so in love with eachother that it's so precious. There's no one else I'd wish a HEA on as much as them.
Nathaniel Tucker is the dream man and Holls knows it. That's her whole heart. I wasn't expecting to love a male lead so much when I picked this up, but yes I do.

From the very first page, it felt like the words just wrapped around me and refused to let go. Nate had that perfect mix of protectiveness, sweetness, and stubborn charm that made me melt over and over. Holly felt so human, her insecurities, the way her past weighed on her, and the quiet strength she carried made me want to reach into the pages and hug her. The connection between them was pure fire. There were moments that made me laugh, moments that made my chest ache, and little details that stayed in my mind long after I finished. I loved how every scene felt meaningful, with emotions hitting in just the right way. By the end, I was smiling with those good feelings only the best love stories give you. Thank you so much to the author and Hambright for giving me the opportunity to read the book in advance, I received this for free and I'm leaving an honest review.

I really enjoyed the progression of this story. Hollyn is such a strong, likeable character, and Nate is the definition of a golden retriever guy (in the best way possible). The island setting added some really interesting dynamics, and let’s be honest, puppies are always a welcome addition! I also loved Kinsley’s character; she brought so much heart and personality to the mix. I’d definitely love to continue with this series!

I got this as an arc and I loved it! I need to read book one now!!! Fierce love is a billionaire romance where they fell for each other at 18 and she ghosts him before leaving for college! Then 14 years later she is back in town and they are forced to work together and all the secrets of why she left come out! Can’t wait for the rest of the series!

This book was heart wrenching and heart warming. Let me tell you these characters have been through it! I loved watching Hollyn and Nate rekindle their love after everything they went through. It was a beautiful second chance romance. Highly recommend for anyone who likes a little drama with their romances.

Hollyn and Nate have an immediate, undeniable connection that doesn’t fade, even after time apart and the changes they go through as individuals. One thing I especially appreciated was the body diversity in this book. The characters aren’t written as hyper-fit or flawless, but as real people which only highlights the depth of their connection. Their love goes beyond appearances and speaks to something much more meaningful.

Seriously, I love Nate and Hollyn so much. They're the epitome of "it's always been you" and their love is just so pure. I felt so sad for Hollyn and everything she went through with her family, and if I disliked the Tucker matriarch before, I absolutely hate her now for everything she did. I also absolutely adore Nate and the way he is with Hollyn and how once he got her back he was determined to not let anything take her away from him again.
This story has dual timelines. We have the present chapters, and then some past chapters thrown in sporadically where we see a younger Nate and Hols, how their story started, and what drove her away.

Talk about a relationship that has been through the wringer and back. They were truly meant for one another and their love was one a kind. The life Hollyn was given was horrible and Nate just wanted to give her everything. They both loved each other so much that they would do anything for the people they cared for the most, even if it would hurt themselves the most.

I am going to try and find the appropriate words for this review because I absolutely LOVED this story. I fell in love right away with Nate and Hollyn. I felt all the emotions possible and just became so invested with these characters. I really enjoyed how the book was written going by present day and the past.
Falling in love at a young age, Nate and Hollyn seemed to be a perfect match even though they came from different backgrounds. The development of these character was beautifully written. Definitely a 5star from me.

Once again Million has written a hit. I’m such a huge fan of the Bellerive royals. Nate and Hols story just amplifies the series. The Tuckers are interesting I can’t wait to read the others book.

4.5 I love Nate, he was protective and stubborn and he never gave up hope on Hollyn. Hollyn was strong or at least she tried to be with the cards she was dealt. Both mc's were written so beautifully, real and raw. I loved the connection between the two. There were so many swoony moments but also moments that just made my heart ache for them both. I love the back and forth from past to present so we could see what happened to end up where they are now.

This book was so enjoyable, and I love the connection that the main characters had.
Nate and Hollyn had so much chemistry, but Hollyn had done something in her past. She fears will make any future with Nate, impossible, even if she was young and trying to protect her family.
Nate was determined to win Hollyn back and would do anything to show her that they did have a future together, Hollyn loved him, but her past was holding her back, but I enjoyed reading what happened when the truth was revealed.
This book had everything I love, and I enjoyed the plot and the way it was written and how the relationship between Nate and Hollyn developed.

If I could highlight this entire book, I would. So many lines gutted me, made me tear up, broke me, but also pieced me back together. Hollyn and Nathaniel’s story is second chance romance done sooo beautifully.
You want an MMC who YEARNS? Who never stopped loving his woman? Who would literally put you above the entire world? Nathaniel is THAT man 😩 Like, nobody—not even his own blood—could take Hollyn away from him once he got her back. And the funniest part is kept saying he “wouldn’t chase her” but deep down you know he still would. Because the first time Hollyn left broke him, and yet he still loved her so damn hard. He loved her enough for the both of them. The minute she came back (hesitantly, but still came back), there was no way he was ever letting her go again. But sure, Nate, keep telling yourself you wouldn’t run after her 🤭
Now let’s talk about Hollyn. At first, I had a love/hate relationship with her. She always seemed to have one foot out the door with Nate. She did it when she was 18, and she kept doing it again when she was 32. And I’m over here begging for her to talk to the man. Because if Nate has shown her anything consistently, it’s that he would go above and beyond to protect her. The lack of communication on her part drove me insane sometimes, and the way she underestimated his love made me want to shake her. I understood her when she was young and backed into a corner, but at 32? She had a choice. She should’ve been honest with him sooner (which she eventually was). But honestly, that’s what makes Hollyn compelling—she’s not perfect. She messes up, lets fear control her more than love at times, but that’s what makes her human.
The dual timeline was. The way Wendy wrote it was seamless—giving us the beginning, middle, end, and then the start of something new. The pacing was perfect. From the rekindling of their relationship, to Hollyn hesitating, to Nathaniel being endlessly patient, to Hollyn finally choosing Nate, to their well-earned HEA, it was perfect. And let me just say that their HEA was hard fought. Fourteen years of not being together, with all those unsaid things hanging over them hurts. But it made it so much more beautiful when they finally chose each other and happiness.
Count me in as a new Wendy fan, because WOW. 🥹
