So I haven't read every book in this anthology but have read Escaping Me, Girl with Guitar and Finding My Forever and they were each five star reads for me!
I absolutely adore the Beaumont Series by Heidi McLaughlin - I devour it and can't get enough of the Beaumont men and women and Jimmy Davis!!! Oh wow!!! The chemistry between Jimmy & Jenna is incredible and steamy. Their relationship was both heartwarming and oftentimes hilarious! Jimmy is a force to be reckoned with, for sure, but Jenna is definitely up to the task. She doesn't let him get by with anything and I loved her for it. This was definitely a five star read for me.

Girl with Guitar is just phenomenal! Kylie is feisty and I loved that she says things like it is. Trace is one of those delicious characters that you can't help but love and I adored their growing relationship! I absolutely loved this series and another five star for me.

Escaping Me was so refreshing! I must say I have a total affinity for country boys so Cole had my heart from the beginning. He was alpha in all the right ways and sweet and tender when he needed to be. Whitney was nothing like the spoiled brat she could have been which made me really love her. Their chemistry is beyond yummy!!! Five star for sure.

>Book Review - Sugar and Spice

>All proceeds from this anthology go to Love146. I am just reviewing one of the 8 stories

> Fever by Melissa Pearl - Ella travels across the country to go to college with her boyfriend of 3 years, David, and her best friend, Morgan. Ella is very introverted and has a bad habit of
sacrificing her wants to capitulate to David. Ella doesn't really notice this habit of hers until she meets David's roommate and best friend, Cole. Cole and Ella fight their attraction, while David continues to ignore the train wreck his relationship is becoming.

>I love how Ella and Cole interact with each other. Cole always noticing Ella and putting her first. It is so sweet. David is kind, too, but he is selfish in his inability to even notice Ella's needs. His carelessness in choosing restaurants that Ella can eat in, with her food allergy, is a huge sign of his inability to put Ella first.

>Ella's love for swing dancing and music was so fun. I love that type of music and enjoyed humming along! Cole understanding and sharing Ella's love for music was a huge plus for him! This story was a sweet, romantic read and another hit by author Melissa Pearl.

> This book is for an adult (18+) audience, due to descriptive sex scenes.

*I will update this review as I read more of the books

Fever, A Songbird Novel Book 1 by Melissa Pearl
5 stars

I absolutely fell in love with this book! Ella is a shy, meek young woman that has let life form her into someone comfortable with letting others make decisions for her. Although the more week type of character is not one that typically draws me in, there was something about her and her love for music that drew me in and I had to see if she was going to evolve as I'd hoped.
Cole, was a flawed guy with a big heart and a fairly good moral compass. I came to like him more and more throughout the story.
David was a really nice guy, but definitely not 'my type' of guy, as he seemed almost too perfect in his drive to succeed.
There were moment where I shook my head, moments of laughter, and moments of tears and heartbreak. I really loved the evolution of them all and will continue to read the other books in this series. Great writing by Melissa!

What an amazing compilation of writers! Here's a quick review of two of my favorite books!

Escaping You by Elizabeth Lee was AMAZING!! I can't believe I waited so long to read it! I am seriously kicking myself right now! I loved it!

Girl With Guitar by Caisey Quinn was another fantastic read! I love books with musical elements and this did not disappoint. Caisey Quinn gave me everything I was looking for and more. This book had angst, romance, drama and of course music!

If you love romance, angst, smart/witty writing, with amazing characters, this is a box set you won't want to pass up! I highly recommend checking this out!

Awesome set of authors with amazing books! Mt fav is Draw Me In by Megan Squires! Amazing book!! First let me say that I've never felt so connected or loved a female role as I loved Julie!! She's strong, smart, independent, confident, funny, clumsy, and real! I'm so glad this book wasn't another "damsel in distress" story!!! Leo is OMG a dream!! At some point, the story takes an unexpected turn that left me holding me breathe, tears flooding my eyes! A story of true love at first sight, trials, tribulations, family, exes, prestige, heartache, hope, trust, sickness, and most of all empathy! I can't wait for this release so everyone can be drawn in!!! Love you Megan!!

Review for Fever....
Cole doesn't want love! He can't miss what he has never had or sought after. He likes his freedom, enjoys easy hookups means no mess, no one to disappoint or hurt. Cole has one dream he intends on making come true and that is to open his very own pub like the one he works at for his guardians.

Ella craves security! She needs plans set in place in order to feel safe. Ella gets this and more with her boyfriend of 3 years David. Ella follows her boyfriend all the way to Chicago in order to follow his dreams and thinking they are also hers or are they??? Ella is fine to go along and make David happy because in turn it makes her happy or so she thinks...

Something is starting a change in Ella ever since this one morning she got caught singing in the shower by none other than a fellow crooner with a voice that oozes sexy. Both can not get the other out of their heads, always wondering who the other person is, what they look like or if they will run into each other again.

Ella has a passion for singing old classics. A love she got from her parents as well as dancing. Cole has the same love of music and dancing growing up with the likes of Ella Fitzgerald and such. He learned to dance and sing as a child.

When they find out who the "songbird from the shower" is they are in a heap of Trouble! Cole is none other than David's best friend/roomate. They are both torn to pieces on what to do and Ella refuses to hurt David after being her rock for most of her high school life. They try their darnest to keep their distance but alas they can not resist the pull they have for each other or the love that is growing between them.

Their love of music is what brings these two together but what will make Ella decide Cole is her future and David is her past?!?! Find out TODAY and GRAB a copy!!!!

Review for Finding My Forever...
I Loved & Enjoyed this entire series! Liam made me feel like a Gooey mess. Harrison made me Swoooooon like ca-razy. Jimmy made my heart pitter-patter and weak in the knees. I truly enjoyed Jimmy's story and seeing how he evolved from a Sexy rocker who slept with anyone to a one woman kind of guy hell bent on proving he was worthy and capable of loving like no other. He is fierce, sweet, respectful, and fun. He is a prince charming just hiding beneath a few layers of armor. This book is a Must Read & Must Buy!!! Grab a coy Today and fall in Loooove with Jimmy!!!!!!!
