Tell me why I got so excited to get to this book, only for it to end 20% early 😑 (well, 19%, but same ish), and it’s already a short book! 😒. It ends on page 87 😐. I feel like we got gypped 😐.
This could’ve easily just been a duet 🤷🏻♀️ with a proper epilogue 😭.
So this continues from where the second book left off.
We get more answers to questions we’ve been having since first book
And, we get to see how into each other both Ryder and Autumn are 👀.
And then we get their HEA 👏🏻.
What I liked: —some loose ends being tied👏🏻
—the 🔥. I will always appreciate this 😅. It starts at about 30%, and because his book is so short, it’s OK that we don’t get too many scenes lol (and some are FTB)
— Autumn standing in as Adeline’s mom 🫶🏻. I love how supportive she is.
—figuring out who you can actually trust 🤷🏻♀️. Sometimes you just can’t trust blindly 😅
—Ryder becoming so strong after everything he witnessed when he was little 🫶🏻☹️
—Autumn cutting out people that don’t need to be in her life 💁🏻♀️
— a peek into their HEA
What I didn’t like/wanted more of:SPOILERS —how fast everything moves 😒. We don’t even get the angsty pull we SHOULD be feeling because of how fast it all moves 😐 and this is literally because it’s so short 😐. Maybe this had been a duet, I wouldn’t be so frustrated, but I expected it so much more from this last book. It could’ve literally just been added to book 2, since that was also on the short side. 🤷🏻♀️
— although it’s the last book, I still would’ve appreciated some more tension 😅
— a better epilogue 😅. While we get something in a few months later in the last chapter, it’s not labeled as an epilogue, but it feels like it’s one 😅. I really wish we had more closure on many things.
— whatever happened to her “friend” and the FBI agent? What about her parents? What about the bad guys? We get some information and we can probably guess what happened to some of these people, but there wasn’t anything specifically stated 😐. This is where a proper epilogue would come in
Overall, I was frustrated with how fast it ended 🤷🏻♀️. This really needed at least 50 pages more to feel complete 🤷🏻♀️, but it just felt like boxes were being ticked in then, tada, it ended 😒😒😒😐😐😐😐
⚠️safety squad⚠️ -no cheating/sharing/owd/omd -deaths of family recounted/smells/decomposition -trauma/mental health -violence -no condoms get mentioned even since the first time they had sex in book 2 (or any safety talk) -HEA/not a TRUE epilogue but the last chapter takes place months later
Picking up with the last book left off, will Autumn Jane finally figure out who Ryder Rochester truly is and why he wants her in his life? What part will his daughter play in getting Autumn to come back? A short and fast read that probably could have been made into a duet but still a great ending for this couple. A someone retelling on Jane Eyre. Told in first person and dual POV.
I feel like this storyline had a lot of potential. However, it just seems a bit disjointed and rushed. Almost like the author lost her mojo and just decided to finish the series.
I can't believe we are at the finale... This series has been an obsession for me and especially Mr. Rochester is an obsession for me. That man... He's my new book husband💋 and I know I'm so gonna miss him after this book.
So we do continue where we left off in the previous book and even though this one was a quick read, yet it's packed with back to back things that happen leaving absolutely not a single moment that's not action packed or emotionally intense.
I loved that finally we get to see a side of Ryder in terms of emotions that we never got before. Even though it's brief, but it's power packed because that man can't do anything simple as he's an Intense and Strong and dangerous man.
Autumn has come a long way for sure from the woman she was. She's not afraid to ask questions and also drawing the line of what's acceptable and what's not.
My heart melted seeing the special bond Autumn has with Ryder’s daughter, Adeline. How they bond over their shared love of violins and music and the way Autumn rushes at one request from Adeline... Ahhh... Love them together.
We also get to finally see what happened in the past and how it shaped Ryder into the man that he is today. My heart absolutely went out to the man who at a young age had to not only bear such massive loss but also take on the responsibility of an empire.
I would say this finale was a power-packed, action filled ride with loads of gasping hot scenes, intense moments and twists that shocked me especially the one I didn't see coming at all. Ahhh... I love the whole aura and personality that is Mr. Rochester... He's Dangerous... He's powerful... But for his family and the woman he loves, He's the softest and the sweetest.... Abso-freaking-lutely loved loved this one. ♥️♥️♥️♥️
Autumn podejmuje decyzję o rozstaniu z Ryderem i powraca do rodziców w Buffalo.
Wszystko przebiega w sposób banalny do bólu i mocno rozczarowujący.
Autumn and Ryder's story picks up right where it was left off at the end of Book 2. She is going home to stay with her parents in Buffalo, NY. Autumn simply cannot deal with anymore violence or attacks on Ryder's, Adeline's, or her own life! Ryder can't believe she's gone and hasn't reached out to him! Autumn loses a little bit of hope every day. With the realization that Kelysie is not the friend she thought she was, but an undercover junior FBI agent, Autumn understands that she's totally lacking any friends! Except Ryder and Adele. They are friends, and also so much more!
I loved the back and forth with Ryder and Autumn, the way the relationship grew between them, and the motherly love Autumn showered on Adele. She treated her more like a kid sister, which is what Adele really needed at this time, more like a friend, a confidant! I was so excited to finally find out what happened to Ryder's family! Ryder and Autumn finally get their HEA!
Overall the 3 short stories that made up the Wasted Love series was a solid 4 star read for me. Because I’m me, and I like to preach to the choir, most of these duets and series can just be a one booker even though they push it out to more, but author noted a beginning of book she had posted this on her blog originally, so makes sense. Ryder was a walking red flag…and in our universe I’d kidnap Autumn to keep her away. But since we’re in La La Land…I get why Autumn couldn’t stay away. He had multiple sides to him and his vulnerable one was what drew me in. So much back and forth throughout, but they were laced with humor as Autumn ran away time and time, yet Ryder just poof, showed up. Author had some beautiful paragraphs I highlighted the hell out of. Checking out her other work is a must for me!

A gripping conclusion to Ryder and Autumn’s story. Intense, passionate, and impossible to put down. Ryder remains that maddeningly magnetic hero, while Autumn refuses to stay in the dark, pushing back with fire and determination. Their battles ignite, their chemistry sizzles, and the secrets finally unravel. Suspenseful, fast-paced, and brimming with raw emotion, this finale is a dark, thrilling love story that lingers well beyond the last page.
Awaited Love with You by Whitney G. is the conclusion of Edward Ryder Rochester and Autumn Jones' story. Picking right up after Fated Love with You, Adele Ivy, now eight years old, is attending Montlake Music Academy for the Gifted. This school is only thirty minutes away from home, instead of London, England. Adele is still upset that Autumn left without saying goodbye. Autumn Jane is back home with her parents in Buffalo, New York, broken-hearted, trying to make sense of things. Should she believe in Ryder or her best friend, Kylie? When a strange beeping sound has her searching her room for the culprit, she finds tracking devices that Kylie has given her. Now she has even more questions than answers? Why? Who is Kylie? What is happening?
Adele has shown her resilience and commitment by reaching out to Autumn to ask her to attend a mother-daughter symposium at her school, even purchasing her a ticket. Autumn cannot deny the child and shows up, knowing that Ryder will most likely be there too. Will their story have a happy ending? Will Ryder get his revenge against the person responsible for wiping out his family?
ARC provided by author in exchange for an honest review.
This picks right up where the second book left off.
Ryder still has some serious business to handle that is dangerous. Despite this, he does allow Adele to stay home & attend Montlake Musical Academy for the gifted instead of returning to London. Adele isn’t happy with him though because she misses Autumn & she blames Ryder for her leaving. Meanwhile, Autumn is back home in Buffalo with her parents. She’s torn because she loves Ryder but she also believes her best friend, Kylie when she keeps telling Autumn to stay away from Ryder. But something’s off & it doesn’t take Autumn long to figure it out. Can Kylie even be trusted? Can Ryder?
So much going on! First off, Autumn & Adeline melted my heart. Autumn really had a soft spot for Adeline. Adeline is so smart for her age. I loved her little attitude. She was definitely Ryder’s daughter. Ryder is the same as always. Mysterious, protective, possessive & hard not to love.
That was quite a series! Slow burn romance with lovable characters & some pretty great twists! I absolutely loved it!
What an amazing end to the trilogy! Autumn and Ryders story was wicked, hot, and you never knew which direction it was going to take!
Secrets, odd jobs, sex, FBI, best friend betrayal, all of this in a single series!
I started reading their story as part of Mocha Monday blogs WG would send out to her FLY team. And now there is a full story! No more waiting, no further suspense!
In this story you will find out what happened to Ryders family, the people who are chasing him, and the relationship that has formed from a new family!
Autumn returns home to mend the broken fences with her family, while attempting to heal a broken heart!
Ryder continues he path of revenge risking everything that he could have with Autumn!
And then we have a little girl who believes Miss Jane is her only friend and is heartbroken when she leaves them!
The moment we’ve been waiting for has finally arrived and book 3 is a page turner! If you don’t finish it in one afternoon you are not vested in the story!
Autumn is heartbroken and has left Ryder, returning to her parents. She also misses Adeline, Ryder's violin prodigy daughter.
"My childhood bedroom is now my refuge, and my mattress is the safe place. My phone is tucked away in my desk drawer— powered off and trapped in a steel case so I won’t be tempted to check it."
Ryder had to let her go as he's gearing up for revenge.
"I’ve always been good at separating things— emotions, people, pain. Filing them into mental drawers I never open twice. But Autumn is everywhere now. Lingering in the taste of my coffee, in the quiet aftermath of my shower, in the way I reach for her without realizing I’m doing it. She’s bled into my routines like a watermark— proof of something I can’t erase."
There's no question that there is love between Autumn and Ryder. Autumn feels that a relationship with him would be too dangerous.
In this third and final installment of the Wasted Love trilogy, betrayal, revenge and love all come to a head and the story comes to a very satisfying conclusion. I enjoyed this series tremendously.

I'd rate this 4.5 stars. It was a great final book in this series bringing Autumn and Ryder's story to an end. If you haven't read the two previous books, you need to start there before diving into this one - they follow straight on from each other so Awaited Love picks up from where Fated Love finished. Autumn and Ryder are apart with the former being in pieces over their split. The story ties up the lose ends from the previous books and it was relatively angst free, which I loved. I would have liked a few more details into what Ryder was up to with his nemesis and what he had Autumn involved in, but overall it was a satisfying wrap-up to the story. It finished pretty quickly but to be fair, it's designed to be a quick read. Ryder continued to be edible and I loved the role his daughter, Adeline, played across the story. This has been one of my favourite series from this author and I hope she does bonus chapters here and there on her blog because the steam and chemistry between the two main characters in this series was fab.
📚📚📚 This was such a great fast paced read!! I absolutely binged it in one sitting! It’s full of suspense, drama and just needing to know. I’m completely ate this up! Ryder I can say is definitely a favorite book boyfriend after this one because ohhh he is hot!! Autumn stole my heart as well. This is book 3 in the trilogy and you definitely need to read them in order to understand. I recommend adding this one to your tbr!
📚📚📚 If you like to read: - Romantic suspense - Sexy trilogy - Morally grey hero - Erotic … You should definitely check this out

Thank you so much for sending me a copy for an honest review in my own words. #giftedcopy
✨what’s a trilogy you’ve loved? Or what’s your favorite drink?
Awaited Love with You is the conclusion of the story between Autumn and Ryder. The series is very captivating and emotional as well as suspenseful. It must be read in order to understand the full story.
Autumn has decided to leave Ryder. She is completely heartbroken. She returns home to rebuild her life and rebuild the relationships with her parents. Adeline, Ryder's daughter, finds out that she has left without telling her goodbye. Since Adeline has been a music prodigy she hasn't made many friends. Autumn was the one true friend she felt like she had. Adeline asks Autumn to come and see her perform. Autumn can't say no and decides to go see Adeline. There she sees Ryder.
I was glad that this story tied up all the loose ends from the previous books. There is so much going on. I was in suspense to see what would happen. There is even betrayal which surprised me. You will love this story if you enjoy suspense and a lot of action. Highly recommended.
Thank you to the author for an advanced copy for an honest review.
I'm giving this whole series an almost 3. I don't know why the story had to be in 3 books, one compilation would've sufficed - especially since the 3rd part was so short. THe story was good, suspenseful, but I found it too rushed. I think in the process is of trying to keep the reader engaged, the author brushes over parts that could've used more storytelling. For eg, were told about the h's ban from Canada, but when we find out why, there isn't enough backstory about the incident. We're just told that it happened, and that the H then engaged her skills, and we're supposed to believe she's "badass" or "genius?" I'm unsure which, why or how. And we also never learn what was the purpose of her separating the real from fake money for the H. The romance between the main leads lacks dept, or rather the author doesn't build it up. There's no meaningful exchange between them. Even when the H finally tells her s story, we're told that he told her, we don't get to experience their interaction. The ending (of the series) was also abrupt, no epilogue.
Finally!!! The final book to trilogy to Ryder and Autumn's story! The book picks up right where the 2nd book ends. There's so much going on this series I was a little worried that there would be some unaddressed loose ends. However, THAT WAS NOT THE CASE! Whitney G did such a great job! It was such a satisfying ending to the trilogy! This last book was definitely a page turner, i couldn't wait to find out what happens with everything. There was definitely a surprise element to the end. Don't want to give too much away but this is definitely a great trilogy. This is the first trilogy I've read in a long time and it did not disappoint. This might be the best trilogy I've read in the past couple of years. I really love Ryder and Autumn and I noticed myself reading slower and slower because I didn't want the book to end. This is definitely a series i would read again.
The latest book in the series brings us back to Autumn and her choice of leaving Ryder behind in order protecting herself- physically and her heart. We learn a lot about Ryder, his family and what’s been happening behind the scenes with the FBI and a pretend BFF! (That girl doesn’t know girl code and faithful friendships BTW). It has that sprinkle of spice and you see how much Ryder truly loves and cares about Autumn … I was smiling from ear to ear! I really enjoy the multiple POVs because I love to know what each character is thinking in a situation and Whitney gives us that! This story keeps you on the edge of your seat…If you are a fan of the ruthless man that gets flipped upside down for the girl, this story is for you!
Thank you to the author for the ARC, this is my honest review.
Well ... this was certainly one entertaining and great series. The only thing I could say that was disappointing was the fact that the books weren't long enough -- but otherwise this last book was just as fabulous as the other two.
We finally get all our questions answered by Ryder and it went exceptionally well for both of them. I could never have imagined what exactly happened to the estate all those years ago and why he was being held responsible, but after reading the book, it was all clear as day.
I loved how devoted of a man he was to all the people he cared about. He would go over and beyond to protect them. The jobs he would give Ms. Jane always felt mysterious and dangerous but I could see why he would send her on those jobs for him, and she was always safe, but not knowing it yourself can be a bit nerve wracking.
This is the last book of the Wasted Love With You trilogy. Disclaimer: Please read Wasted Love With You and Fated Love With You before this one! This is the conclusion of Autumn and Ryder's suspenseful story. It starts off where the story left in the second book. Autumn is heartbroken and trying to get back to her life before him. Ryder is in new territory of his feelings. Everything is starts to unravel and unexpected then it's twist and turns that keep us readers engaged. The writing was done beautifully and flows throughout the book flawlessly. Whitney G had me hooked on this story to see how it ends and she did not disappoint me. The story was captivating. emotions are high, action and love. Amazing work again Whitney G!💐👏🏾❤️🎉🥵🥰
The final book in this addictive, suspenseful, trilogy. The suspense of this trilogy starts in the very first book and keeps you turning those pages until the very end. It's a fast paced quick read that doesn't disappoint. I loved this whole trilogy from beginning to end and honestly didn't want it to end. Ryder and Autumn's story sadly comes to an end in this book and we get all the answers that the we are seeking. Although, I loved this book and the ending somewhat.....I really need more of their story. Whitney G. does hint that we may get more of their story. Not only is this her favorite couple, but mine as well. If you are looking for a read that will keep you glued to those pages, this is a trilogy that you will want to dive into.
The story of Ryder and Autumn continues however our captivating couple is not together. Autumn has grown weary of the secrets between them and believes the only solution is to distance herself from him even if it means hurting not only her and Ryder but Adeline as well. As events unfold she now questions everything including who can be trusted.
Ryder knows that the best place for Autumn is far away from him until he can finish what he has started. His matchmaking daughter doesn’t agree and is determined to bring Autumn back to her and her father where she belongs.
Secrets, surprises, suspense and steam as Ryder, Autumn and Adeline fight for the happiness they deserve despite all the challenges and obstacles they must overcome.
Awaited Love with You was the perfect way to wrap up this series. After being hooked by Wasted Love by You and Fated Love with You, I couldn’t wait to see how everything would come together—and Whitney G did not disappoint.
This book has all the things I love—secrets, drama, tension, and so many twists. It’s fast-paced and addictive, the kind of story that keeps you flipping pages because you just have to know what happens next.
The emotions ran high in this book, and the characters kept me invested from start to finish. The twists, the tension, and the way the story came together had me turning pages like crazy right up until the end.
Whitney G delivered such a satisfying, thrilling, and unforgettable ending.
So excited for this novel! I have read the other novels in this series and really enjoyed them. This novel did not disappoint. I was so excited to jump back into this final novel in the series. From the first chapter this novel grabbed my attention and held on tight until the very last page. I was so excited to jump back into Ryder and Autumn's story. I was on the edge of my seat waiting to see if Ryder was going to open up to Autumn and win her over. Their chemistry was intense. I was on the edge of my seat reading waiting to see what was coming next. So good! I loved watching their walls and defenses and open their hearts to each other. I can hardly wait to see what this author has coming next. So so good!
If you haven't read books 1 and 2, go do that first. They must be read in order! Finally! The conclusion to Autumn and Ryder's story. While we didn't have to wait as long as we did between books 1 and 2, the wait was still a doozy! Could the author have put the entire series in one book? Yes. But also, this series started as episodes on her blog. It was just that good. The suspense of waiting for the next "season" of episodes lent itself to the mystery behind Ryder's revenge plot, Adeline's existence, and Autumn's involvement. This book ties it all up.
I received an advance copy of this book at my request and voluntarily left this review.
The Wasted Love Trilogy has ended with the final book, Awaited Love with You, which picks up right where it left off in Book 2, Fated with You. I love it when that happens. It is such a smooth transition. And while I shouted to Autumn to “go on and live your life” and hoped Ryder would suffer without her, I didn’t expect that Awaited Love with You to have so many surprises to unfold. Each few pages had something. I just loved that Autumn built up some ballz too. There were touching moments that were quite sweet and spicy, too. All in all, I liked how everything came together. I highly recommend binge-reading this series. It’s short and a page-turner.
