This continues from where book 1 left off- Autumn finding out Ryder has a 7 year old music prodigy 👀. He keeps sending her away to protect her because there are always things happening in his life that are dangerous 😬.
And Autumn wants to try to get out of of his life 😅 but Ryder won’t let her🫣.
You see, he’s been wanting her for a while now 👀 she just didn’t know it 👀.
Meanwhile, there’s a mystery surrounding the death of all of his family members, hence why there’s a lot of danger in his life 😬.
And then, we have an FBI agent, who sneaking around Autumn to try to find answers 👀.
What I liked: — the mysteries 👀. Just when we think we know what’s happening, a curve ball is thrown in 👀
—the 🔥. Finally we get some full (albeit short) complete 🔥. So. Much. Tension 🥵. Ryder wants Autumn 😅 and he’s gonna get her 😉. We start seeing their 🔥 scenes at about 25% 💦 and they keep coming 😮💨 YES. PUN INTENDED 👏🏻🫠😅💦🔥🤣🤣🤣🤣
—Kylie 👀. I like her! I hope she’s being genuine
—Ryder being JP, possessive AND protective 👀👏🏻. Yes. Please
—Ryder really did say “Autumn is mine” 😮💨
—the truths and lies game 👀. I’ve always enjoyed playing games 😅
—the banter 👏🏻
What I needed more of: — obviously, there’s another book after this, but I want more answers 🤣
— more complete scenes 👀. Sometimes, things just end abruptly. But I wanna know what happens right after a scene happens; meaning, I want clear transitions 🤣
Overall, I can’t wait to dive into book 3!

This series is turning out to be far more layered than I expected, and I’m loving every twist! With each reveal, the stakes get higher, the danger sharper, and the pull between Ryder and Autumn even more irresistible.
Ryder is a true morally gray anti-hero. Possibly even a villain. But the rare flashes of tenderness he showed? I gobbled them up. Autumn, on the other hand, was written in a way that constantly surprised me. I kept learning something new about her, and every layer added to my fascination. The chemistry between them was explosive! Equal parts temptation, mistrust, and need.
Whitney G. balances that heat with tension, suspense, and a constant edge of danger that kept me bracing for what might happen next. The stakes are high, and every new twist feels like it could change everything in an instant. With so many secrets and unexpected turns, I was hooked, desperate to see how it all unravels.
Be prepared for the cliffhanger. It is absolutely teeth grinding, but thankfully the final book is almost here, and I am ready. This is not a standalone. Start with Wasted Love With You and let Ryder ruin you in the best way possible.
While the first book in this series kept me intrigued this one was meh. Nothing really happens at all. I don't feel no connection by the MCs at all just sex the MFC is starting to feel like a bimbo doormat.. again even the violent parts were so lackluster.
ARC review provided by wildfire marketing all opinions are my own
Continuing where the huge cliffhanger left us in book one, Autumn is now working with Ryder after one of his big secrets was revealed but what else is he hiding? Not too much happens in this as more questions are left as this trilogy ends on yet another cliffhanger setting us up for the final ending. It is a quick read. Told if first person and dual POV.
I had to give myself a minute to try and remember what happened in the first book, as it’s been a while since it was published. It came back to me quite quickly as I got stuck into the second instalment. As questions are answered, more appear. I found Autumn and Ryder’s storyline gripping as I moved onto the final book.
Wow... This one is a read that you will quickly gobble up so fast because it's so delicious and enticing and seductive and with so many heart racing moments as Mr. Ryder and Autumn together are just something else.
Their chemistry and passion... Oh my... But what made my heart race was the Enigma that is Mr. Ryder, the way he doesn't show but is possessive about Autumn, the way he takes charge with no room for negotiation... 𝙏𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙢𝙖𝙣 𝙞𝙨 𝙨𝙬𝙚𝙚𝙩 𝙨𝙚𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙠𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙙 𝙞𝙣 𝘿𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙧 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙚𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙩𝙨 𝙮𝙚𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪'𝙙 𝙙𝙤 𝙖𝙣𝙮𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙖 𝙩𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙩'𝙨 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙝𝙞𝙢. 🥵🔥💋
So we continue from where we left off in the previous book and as this second one released almost years later, I loved obsessing all over again over how it all began as I re-read book 1 and loved it again oh so much.
We have more deep secrets, more danger and yet there's a side of Ryder that comes in glimpses when we see him with his daughter, when we see him thinking about the past and also with how he is towards autumn, he doesn't show a speck of emotion... But all that intensity comes out in moments that had me swooning over the mystery and hotness that is Mr. Rochester.
We get to know a bit more of Ryder’s mysterious past and along with that more questions that had me wanting to know who he is actually and what happened to him.
Autumn is understandly doing her best by one minute being complaint and the next drowning in doubts and thoughts about what is she doing and how can she get out of this... But how she can't leave Ryder inspite of the many glaring red flags she's witnessed.
I loved the sweet moments we get to see with Ryder with his daughter and also his daughter with Autumn. It really melted my heart.
I seriously can't get enough of this addictive series and Mr. Rochester has definitely made me obsessed with him. Ahhh.. I'm loving the whole secrecy vibe with the twists when they hit you, you don't know what to expect the next moment. Can't wait to dive into the finale. Abso-freaking-lutely loved loved this one. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
What can’t Whitney G write? Billionaire Romance? Love hers! Rom-Coms? So funny and bantery! Forbidden stepbrother or high school English teacher? Full of spicy angst! Romantic Thriller? Twisty cleverness! And with the Wasted Love Trilogy, readers are introduced to a mysterious Morally Grey MMC, so many twists and turns, a ton of suspense with each chapter, and an FMC that may have secrets of her own, too!
I got Book 1, Wasted Love with You, when it was available for zero pennies. A 182-page suspenseful story that more than sets everything up, but it does leave on a whopper of a cliffhanger. There were so many questions, I wanted to roar! Yes, roar when I got to the end. I disliked Autumn’s husband and everything he was and did to her, which was the intent. And with Ryder—did I trust him? Should I trust him? And then we find something out—AHHH!!! This is what Whitney G does.
But Book 2, Fated Love with You, delivers more than I anticipated. Who am I kidding? I didn’t even know what to expect. And that is what I loved. Autumn’s role, and how her character developed and unpacked more, but still not enough. Along with Ryder’s back story. I need more. Fortunately, I won’t have to wait long. Book 3, Awaited with You, will be released on August 11th. I know what I’ll be doing.
Second in the trilogy, this season has provided additional details about Ryder and his daughter. She’s only seven but she’s a music prodigy, and was sent to boarding school in London to both keep her safe, and provide the best teachers possible. Her mother, a woman named Taylor, dropped her at the gates of the estate when she was an infant.
Ryder is apparently avenging the deaths of his entire family. A man named Rush Banks is the main culprit, and he is apparently after Ryder too. We also have Grace Poole, FBI, poking around.
Autumn is an interesting character. She’s a real rule breaker but it looks like she does it because she’s bored. She likes the adventure and the dangers, and it looks like she doesn’t like authority much.
The third book should drop shortly, and hopefully all of this will be tied together in a way that makes sense. A lot needs to happen. Banks needs to be dealt with, along with the ex husband. The FBI chick needs to be dealt with too. And Autumn has left him and gone home…
KU read, better than the first one. You need to be able to connect the dots to figure out what’s happening.
The second book in this trilogy felt almost like whiplash. So much suspense and then once it’s a little calm again, boom the next thing. I was glued to my kindle for this one. I can’t wait to dive into season 3.
Whitney G. wrote this story as a weekly blog series, starting with Wasted Love with You, and continuing with the second book, Fated Love. To fully grasp the story and appreciate the character development, it's essential to start or reread Wasted Love before diving into Fated Love. Autumn Jane, now divorced from financier Nataniel Taylor, was working part-time in a craft store, and her side hustle was a luther, someone who repairs musical instruments, is now working for Ryder Rochester, aka, Mister R, setting the stage for more intriguing developments. It appears that Ryder has a secret daughter, Adeline Ivy, who attends Thornfield Boarding School in London, England. Adele is a first-chair violinist. Adele is talented but unruly; she belittles her teachers, but she is resourceful, always runs away, and returns to the United States to be with her father. Her mother, Taylor, named her after Ryder's mother, who perished in a fire, leaving Adele as an infant never to be heard from again. "Do you think you can dance with the devil and walk away without getting burned?" "Every person who is unlucky enough to stumble into Edward Rochester's world--every single person--falls off the place of plant or finds themselves in a grave!" Don't be confused thinking that you're reading a Brontë novel; Mr. Rochester is much more dangerous, and Ms. Jane has hidden talents; however, will they find true love that lasts a lifetime, or will Ms. Jane find herself in a grave? I'm looking forward to reading Awaited Love for You, coming soon.
Drugi tom trylogii Whitney G. niespecjalnie dużo nowego wnosi do historii Autumn Jane i Rydera Rochestera.
Trochę to wszystko przebiegało poniżej moich oczekiwań. Ale oczywiście dokończę trylogię, zwłaszcza że lektura specjalnych poświęceń nie wymaga.
I'd give Book 2 in the Wasted Love trilogy 4.5 stars but definitely worth being rounded up. I've been eagerly awaiting the release of this book since enjoying the first book in this series and it didn't disappoint. If you haven't read Wasted Love, you need to start here as Fated Love With You picks straight up from where the first installment ends. This was another quick but satisfying read. Ryder continued to chase Autumn who's in over her head. He's given her limited options and manipulated her enough that she's where he wants her - namely under his roof. There are a lot more questions brought up through the book about Ryder's history and family with only a few answers scattered around and Autumn's secret is finally revealed (this was a great twist, by the way). Adele, Ryder's daughter, features a lot in this book and I enjoyed her character as well. Ryder continued to be a dominant lead with a bit of a bad-boy vibe and I love how he chases Autumn. I think the latter gives in too easily to some extent but that's a minor thing and a personal preference. A couple of new threats are thrown in for good measure; enough that I'm really looking forward to the last book. Thank goodness the wait time is minimal :)
To note- this is part of a trilogy. This is book two and must be read in order and they end on a cliffhanger. That being said, if you haven’t read the first book, there will probably be spoilers.
Actually, this is impossible to explain without spoilers. At the end of book 1, we find out a secret that Ryder has been hiding from almost everyone, his greatest asset. And now Autumn finds herself in charge of that. Meanwhile, Autumn reaches out to a friend and she has nothing to say but negative things about Ryder. All she does is warn Autumn. At this point, we are a good ways in so these details need to be told..but it is vague information. Also, Autumn has an ATF agent following her and wants her to flip on Ryder.
Never a dull moment. I do feel like, with as short as book 3 is, we should have a lot more details by now. I’ve loved the story so far, very mysterious and fast paced read but with less than 100 pages left, something has to miss the mark as far as details. But I’m still intrigued and look forward to the conclusion tomorrow!
I'm giving this whole series an almost 3. I don't know why the story had to be in 3 books, one compilation would've sufficed - especially since the 3rd part was so short. THe story was good, suspenseful, but I found it too rushed. I think in the process is of trying to keep the reader engaged, the author brushes over parts that could've used more storytelling. For eg, were told about the h's ban from Canada, but when we find out why, there isn't enough backstory about the incident. We're just told that it happened, and that the H then engaged her skills, and we're supposed to believe she's "badass" or "genius?" I'm unsure which, why or how. And we also never learn what was the purpose of her separating the real from fake money for the H. The romance between the main leads lacks dept, or rather the author doesn't build it up. There's no meaningful exchange between them. Even when the H finally tells her s story, we're told that he told her, we don't get to experience their interaction. The ending (of the series) was also abrupt, no epilogue.

This is book 2 in the series so make sure you’ve read Wasted Love With You first.
I’ve been waiting for this story ever since I finished Wasted Love last year! Autumn is now working for Mr. R. She’s starting to learn a few things about him but he mostly remains a mystery. We also learn someone about Autumn that we didn’t know before.
Ryder is possessive & controlling & dangerous. Autumn is a little defiant when it comes to him which I love! I actually enjoy the guards & men working for Ryder. Ryder’s daughter, Adeline is funny! She’s so smart & talented & I loved the interactions between her & Ryder & her & Autumn.
Secrets, danger, twists, suspense, attraction to one another. This story has it all! I loved the ending so I’m so glad we don’t have to wait long for the next one because I can’t wait to see how this all plays out!
I’m loving this series so much! Can’t wait to dive right into the next one!
I am enamored with the characters and with all the secrecy going around. For as much as Autumn wants things to work with Mr. Rochester, he keeps keeping her in the dark, but the one thing he never goes back on is his word that he will protect her at all costs.
Ms. Autumn Jane is in danger, or so that's what it looks like and she's tired of being a pawn to Mr. Rochester and she has told him so. She finally had the courage to confront him and tell him that she is done ... but is she really??
I am baffled by how this is going. Ryder is hiding too much and I am eager to find out what he's hiding or what he does for a living. Why is he so infatuated with Autumn??
Gahhhh, I can't get enough. The books aren't long enough to keep me entranced for hours on end. But I still am enjoying this story to the fullest!
After Autumn discovers Ryder has a daughter she wants to learn more about him and contacts her former best friend Kylie to help her discover the truth of his past. Ryder can't walk away from Autumn even when he discovers her dark secrets from her past and he enlists her in uncovering counterfeit money and then as a nanny for his daughter Adeline. After an attempt on her life and being approached by the FBI it becomes too much for Autumn to handle and she leaves him still not knowing the truth of how he knew he but Ryder is determined to bring her back to him. I love this series by Whitney G. There is so much going on and so many twists and turns without it becoming too confusing. It's the perfect blend of suspense and romance. I can't wait to start the conclusion. Ryder is so mysterious and morally grey and I absolutely love his and Autumn's relationship

Ok if you have not gotten on the Whitney H train yet then I’m sorry to tell you that you are seriously missing out and you should jump on like immediately. She is such a great writer and if you can start with this book. I mean Wow you guys the chemistry and passion between Mr. Ryder and Autumn it is explosive. Mr. Ryder he is in little words an enigma and he will definitely make your heart race for sure. If you read the first then you know we start right where we left off. I was obsessed with these two all over again like no time had passed. There is so much more secrets and new danger to discover. We also get to see this new side of Mr. Ryder with his daughter. I seriously loved everything about this series and couldn’t put it down. Definitely a highly recommended read for sure.
Fated Love with You picks up where Wasted Love with You left off. You need to read the books in order to understand the story.
Autumn is now divorced from her husband Nate. She had met Ryder through her part-time job working with musical instruments. Autumn learns that Ryder has a secret daughter, Adele, who has been away at boarding school. She is a very talented violinist who has a hard time at school and runs away a lot. Her mother died in a fire so Ryder has been forced to care for her. We learn more about Ryder in this story but we still don't really understand who he is or what he does.
This story also leaves off on a cliffhanger but this time we don't have to wait long for the next story.
Thank you to the author for an advanced copy for an honest review.
OMG! I've been waiting for this story for a long time and it did not disappoint! Whitney G has done it again! This the season two for Wasted Love series and a continuous of Autumn and Ryder's story. You must read Wasted Love With You season one before you dive into this baby. This story is crazy, suspenseful, action packed and all of that. Autumn is even more in deep with Ryder. She still trying figure things out when jumped out. She is still a force and sassy. Ryder has open up a little tiny bit and I'm here for it. We get to see inside his mind for a bit. He is not to be messed with. The writing in this story will pulled you in and having you pulled an all-nighter which I did. Whitney G this is your most amazing work yet and definitely keep it up. Amazing work again Whitney G!💐💐🥵❤️🥰
Book 1 kept me intrigues. Couldn't wait to get to book 2. Continuing where the huge cliffhanger left off in book one, Autumn and Ryker are now working together and we get to find out what else he is hiding. While some questions get answered, more are quick to appear. Ryder is the terrific morally grey character. Perhaps even a true villain. There are so many twists and turns and a ton of suspense with each chapter. This series is layered with suspense and action packed twists. Book 2 leaves us on a cliffy as we wait to get book 3. The series as a whole is thrilling and enticing, keeping the reader engaged the whole series. These books did not need to be broken up into 3 novellas. Could have been one full-length novel.
In the second book of the series Autumn has started a very well paid new job working for Ryder. She's learning more about him every day but he still remains largely a mystery.
“Every person who is unlucky enough to stumble into Edward Rochester’s world— every single person— falls off the face of the planet or finds themselves in a grave.”
Despite her misgivings, she's more and more drawn to Ryder. He's equally as drawn to her. The question is, has she passed the point of no return?
This installment was equally as thrilling as the first. I really can't wait for the final book which should be released very soon.
It's been a hot minute since Book 1 of this series dropped. It must be read before diving into this one. The world of Autumn Jane and Ryder Rochester gets even more intriguing and mysterious. Autumn is now divorced. She's agreed to work for Ryder. We meet his secret daughter, the precocious Adeline Ivy, a seven-year old violin prodigy. She is defiant and has a real problem with authority. But really, Adele is just bored. Her interactions with her father show a much softer side of Ryder, but don't let that fool you. He and Autumn are like fire and ice. She has her own defiant personality, a woman with a mind of her own and a stubborn streak just as tough as his. Aside from Adele, Autumn may just turn out to be his Achille's heel. We shall find out how far both Autumn and Ryder are willing to take things to exact the revenge Ryder needs.
I received an advance copy of this book at my request and voluntarily left this review.
The second book in the series picks up with Autumn learning more about Ryder’s past but finding more questions as well. No matter what she feels for him, does she think a real future is an option with him. As the FBI agent is getting closer, Autumn is torn in two between being with Ryder and working for him as she begins to love Ryder’s daughter. But soon enough a decision will be made. Learning how Ryder knew who she was to learning more about Autumn’s past had me chomping at the bit for more! Sprinkles of spice give you a glimmer of why Autumn can’t say no to him and I don’t blame her.
Thank you to the author for this ARC, this is my honest review.
Ryder and Autumn's story continues to be a mystery in the this book. Which is the second book of a trilogy. I didn’t want to put it down and couldn’t stop reading. Autumn has left her husband and meets Ryder through her job. And then is offered a job to work for him. And when she finds out that divorcing her husband is harder then she thought she accepts Ryders offer to help. And she agrees to work for him, even though his description of her job is vague. Autumn doesn’t know what she’s getting herself into. And it’s clear that Ryder has know Autumn longer then when they first meet. This book continues to keep you guessing. I can’t wait to read the finale book.
Autumn and Ryder pick up where they left off! “Jobs” with no explanation and a few passionate moments but nothing seems to change!
Ryder appears to want an employee and Autumn personally and is torn between his revenge plot and her! Chester finds out some interesting background on Autumn and as she begins to pull back and try to run away she stays involved in these secret missions!
Autumn wants more but Ryder is unable to give her more or at least that is what he is saying!
Complicated, dark and mysterious, but is it really love?
Ryder is a very good dad to his daughter, Adeline. She is stubborn like Ryder but at the same time she knows just how to butter him up. She has Ryder wrapped around her finger.
Autumn is feisty. I love a strong FMC. When she went out to the bar and got drunk and then Ryder tracked her down. What happened next between them. Give me all the spice! It was not just the physical aspect of the relationship between Ryder and Autumn that I liked but the emotional one as well.
As the story progressed, I got closer to them. The story does end on a bit of a cliffhanger. I will continue with the third book in this trilogy.
Ryder is a man who guards his secrets from his need to vengeance to the fact that he is a single father to his precocious seven-year-old daughter Adele whose musical skills extends far beyond her age. He is intrigued by his new employee however he wants her for much more than work.
Autumn’s life has undergone many changes both when it comes to her divorce and the emergence of Ryder in her life. He is a man of mystery that has us needing to know more about him and what his true intentions are.
This is the second book in a trilogy so there is still a lot to be revealed about Ryder and Autumn as this installment provides some answers but raises more questions as well.
