maybe I just have a different understanding of what it means to “wait”
In MY opinion, waiting for someone doesn’t constitute sleeping with “half of the women in Europe,” as Byron once eloquently said in the first book Shattering when he was first introduced. I think that’s why I don’t feel bad that Ana opted to keep him and their relationship a secret for five years. The title “Only Ever You” meant less than nothing considering it wasn’t actually only ever Ana. Also, Byron mentioned something about not being used to wrapping it up which one can concluded that he’s just been barebacking all the trollops he’d been bedding while “waiting” for Ana. That reality alone made me want to boke. Even more so after he declared that he was gonna be “ready” for Ana all the while not giving up on the revolving door of harlots that he hooked up with.
Nevertheless, I enjoyed the story. Ana was definitely a highlight for me. Honestly she deserved better than who she got, but you get what you get. The whole ABC naming convention they had was cute as heck and the journey to kids had me choked up there in the end. 4 stars for Ana no star for Byron. Formatting and editing is needing for better clarity.

I really don’t want to be negative but this book was a bit of a hot mess. It time jumps so much it made me dizzy. The h kinda drove me nuts and I’m sorry but 5 years of hiding a relationship - that was just Crazy surely no one would wait that long being a secret…. Her reason lame IMO if you can’t trust the man after 5 years you need help woman, sh!t or get off the pot yeah?

I read this one when it was on Wattpad and can't wait for her to publish it so I can buy it! I loved Ana and Byron. The way they loved each other all along, even through the heartache, was so wonderful! The last few chapters had me sobbing like a baby! - the markings of a fabulous author! So good!

1. Another book where the H supposedly “loves” the h but while he’s waiting for her to forgive him for a massive betrayal, he f*cks every woman who crosses his path.
2. For someone who is supposed to be a professional rugby player, Byron didn’t seem to train or play much rugby.

Only Ever You Ana and Byron
We first meet Ana and Byron in Shattering, Gray and Cadi’s story. They were the friends supporting Cadi and Gray through the years. It was obvious Gray and Cadi were each other’s loves. The relationship between Ana and Byron was a little less straight forward. Personality wise, Ana was quieter and studious, thoughtful and strong! Byron was athletic, loud, and outgoing.
Ana and Byron’s love story was never smooth. They had roadblocks(often of their own making) that kept them apart. Byron betrayed Ana in high school after taking her virginity, however, there was more sinister things at work here, and Ana handled it like the boss she is. However, this fractured their burgeoning relationship making them enemies. She went on to become a journalist traveling the world and he went on to be a successful rugby player! Underneath it all, were a whole bunch of unrequited feelings. Their paths would cross due to Gray and Cadi through the years, and eventually they became lovers. However, they kept their relationship on the down low, Ana being the one who insisted upon it. Byron wasn’t happy being Ana’s dirty little secret, and she wasn’t happy with the constant attention he received from “adoring fans”. But once again, Raegan writes a story with more layers to it. Layers that the reader is intent on peeling back! So even though the surface appears to be one way, there is so much more at play. I am not spoiling it here! I will say that Ana is keeping her own secrets and it is not one to easily reveal! There will be heartbreak on the way to the happy ending, but there is also so much love!
I am happy to say that although it took over 20 years(childhood to adult) for our couple to finally be “official”, the beautiful story telling and heartache to get us there was worth the time! The author doesn’t disappoint with her wrap ups and epilogues! I was able to read this story ahead of time on Wattpad, but once it released to Amazon, I was able to permanently add this to my library! The cleaned up version with the extras, was perfection!

No sé que decir. Tenía muchas ganas de conocer la historia de estos dos después de sus interacciones en el libro de sus amigos. Me gustó mucho. Reí, y sobre todo sufrí. Ana & Byron se conocían desde niños. Byron le confesó su amor cuando Ana tenía 8 y lo rechazó jajajaj, eran muy chiquitos. Byron siempre estaba buscando pretextos para estar con Ana, pero ella, que era muy centrada en sus asuntos, no lo tomó en serio. Vamos viendo su historia en partes de años y como fue que llegaron a la situación que nos muestran en el libro anterior. Byron la quería, pero como ella no le hacía caso, ¿qué hacía? ah, sí meterse con otras.🙄 Tenía 16 años y juzgaban a Ana por no haber dado su primer beso.
Me gustó mucho que realmente le tocó sufrir, Ana no se dejaba y le tocó verla seguir adelante. Una historia entretenida, buena, que esperaba algo más de ella, creo que lo tenía todo para ser 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟, pero la autora no lo supo aprovechar al máximo. Aún así, si lo recomendaría y volvería a leer.

Another winner!
There are certain authors that I know I can count on to give me that feeling. That sick to my stomach feeling after the delivery a devastating gut punch. But the best thing about that is the redemption/groveling that follows. Raegan ALWAYS delivers. And this book, this book was just amazing because the banter between Ana and Byron was laugh out loud funny. I love all of Raegan's characters, But Byron's owns my heart.

Heartbreak and growing up
This was a great read. Raegan comes at you with all the feels and never fails to get you hooked. I loved Byron, even when at times I wanted to smack.him. I was frustrated at Ana a cpl of times even though I totally understand where she was coming from. I loved how they worked thru their issues, after finally using their words they got to where they were always meant to be.

Overheard and betrayed
The h and H are part of the same childhood friend group. The story starts when they're kids and upto their teenage years culminatingin the two sleeping together for the first time and the h overhearing the H and his friends which destroys their friendship and blossoming romance.
By the end of this book i was in love with both characters and their banter.

I've question..like they started sleeping around 26 27...and Byron said he slept last time with some 1 around a year ago before they started ...so what about Ana ,did she sleep with anyone other than her boyfriend Harvey????

Great Story
Yet another thought provoking story. Unspoken words leading to misunderstanding and miscommunication. This book is written with, it seems great understanding and empathy. I don’t give spoilers but recommend you buy both books.

I normally really enjoy this authors writing- but this was a miss for me. Too choppy, big time jumps and not much character development - other than the FMC and was so near the end. Also- really hard to believe that after five years no one figured out they were together!

Amazing storyteller…so glad I found her!

The banter is the best. And I like how the FMC took her time, and if you really read it you'll know that Byron did not f*ck around too much while waiting for Ana. I wont spoil it too much but let's just say Ana enjoyed her love life and had serious long term relationships while Byron had none.

I really like this author’s books but this one I don’t know.
At 65% I started disliking the FMC a lot. I know she had issues and whatever but what she was doing to Byron was cruel and I couldn’t get past it.

I really enjoyed the banter between the main characters. Their story was great! They both made mistakes but I thought their love was really sweet and felt natural.
Byron is a total simp and I am here for it!!
