Surprisingly good and informative for aa freebie. The first 40% is nothing but an intro/marketing packet for the authors' works. After that, the book gives us short chapters on negative thinking and how to overcome it. For the most part, the authors didn't really give me anything new, a lot of their advice and methods are commonly found in similar books.
The last two or three chapters are what had me nodding my head in gratitude. Usually these self-help books don't really help us get from point A to C, step B is usually skipped. Common advices are exercising, meditating, listening to music, etc. making anxiety, depression, fear, worry seem so simple that you can basically wish it away. I liked how this one gives us tips on how to deal with turning shit around right away and by rephrasing affirmations in a more realistic way.
Not bad for a freebie, worth the download and its a quick read too. I got some useful tips and tricks here that's easy and simple to follow through.
