Incredibly enjoyed!!

While this book is short and to the point, it gives you many ways to create this process towards positive thinking. It wasn't full of needless facts or words in order to make them sound super scholarly, which makes it easy for anyone to read.

Surprisingly good and informative for aa freebie. The first 40% is nothing but an intro/marketing packet for the authors' works. After that, the book gives us short chapters on negative thinking and how to overcome it. For the most part, the authors didn't really give me anything new, a lot of their advice and methods are commonly found in similar books.

The last two or three chapters are what had me nodding my head in gratitude. Usually these self-help books don't really help us get from point A to C, step B is usually skipped. Common advices are exercising, meditating, listening to music, etc. making anxiety, depression, fear, worry seem so simple that you can basically wish it away. I liked how this one gives us tips on how to deal with turning shit around right away and by rephrasing affirmations in a more realistic way.

Not bad for a freebie, worth the download and its a quick read too. I got some useful tips and tricks here that's easy and simple to follow through.

One third of the book is the story of the authors and why they wrote the book. It is the first of a series and extremely short. The advice included is nothing special or new, general stuff like, keep track of your negative thought and then don't think them.

You won't find anything life changing here, could perfectly pass on it. Then again, I found it for free on amazon kindle, and it is a fast read, so if you decide to read it, it won't be much lost time if at the end you don't like it.

I'm not entirely sure how this book by itself is capable of helping the reader to think positively to further (or kickstart,) their careers. There is some interesting material however it is barely explored with rather too much 'this is HOW you should think,' rather than gainful information about the steps to actually get you to that mindset and remain there. It's a little too preach and not enough teach in my opinion.

It's worth reading. I am habitual negative thinker. Though there are lots of positive things around me, but my attention gets attracted towards negative ones. I

By reading this book, it has guided me to be more positive and creating positive wives around me. As I am very much prone to negative thinking, this book has given new insight of improving myself from negative thinker to positive thinker.

Quick read

This book was a quick read and gave some very good tips. The exercise to track my thinking was worth it’s weight in gold. The example it gave for the exercise made me think. Didn’t think I was negative but now I have areas to work on.

The writing style is not very interesting but the content is accurate. The tips are useful. Though, they coulduld have been more descriptive.

It’s superficial. Direct and short straight to point but not so effective for people have deep negative thinking.
Easy and fast to read, faster to forget.

Think you can be successful and motivating and you will! Be kind to yourself, find your passion and purpose. Focus on success from within and live for today. Helga had a stressed out job which began to take physical and emotional stress on her body. KC the other writer had severe allergies, that and stress lead to severe physical ailments. They both realized they needed a change. Together they developed Girlbizmind. Educating women entrepreneurs to stay focused and positive and to succeed and be fulfilled. By using passion, tools, journalizing and surrounding yourself with positive people and positive thinking your future will be positive and productive. I give this book three stars. The tools are great, but it is up to us to do the work. I received this book in exchange for an honest review.

It was a free book and reads like a free book.

The first third of the book is explaining other books in the series and a bizarre story of the author being ill because of her work and then changing career completely. It's was a confusing story which didn't explain the actions or thought process.

The book is aim towards females and seems to indicate an usual amount of negative thinking and some of it odd. At one point the book suggest successful people will eventually succumb to negative thinking and become worse.

Towards the end of the book there is a few snippets of useful advice but little explanation and a couple of pages long for each point isn't really enough.

I learnt little from reading this small ebook

When it is time to clear your mind with clutter and head down a path of positive thinking, this is the book to read. The author, Helga Klopcic, helps the reader through steps to take and affirmations to say in order to train the brain to think positively. After reading this book, I realized that even though I always felt like I was a positive thinker, the truth is there were some things I needed to change in order to set myself on a more positive track. I highly recommend, “Remove Negative Thinking: How to Instantly Harness Mindfulness and The Power of Positive Thinking” to anyone who wants to remove negative thinking by replacing it with positive, healthy thinking.

This book was based more on the business & work world than improving yourself as a whole

It wasn't what I expected from this book & the author even "branded" this business model she's trying to sell.

The title is deceiving, since you think she's really going to be writing about how to be more mindful & change your thoughts to being more positive. She briefly touched upon the topic so you buy her other books. After being deceived once, I won't be looking to buy others

Not at all what I expected or what the title suggests
