This was the perfect silly lil palette cleanser between my heavier fantasy and enemies-to-lovers reads. Maybe i liked it because it was soft and sweet, or maybe i just needed some goofy love with a little smut sprinkled in (ya know, for that time of the month) — something light to make me smile without thinking too hard. 4 stars for the vibes. Can’t wait for the next book!

I devoured this book in one sitting!
The story flowed effortlessly for me. The world building was so easygoing that it just merged with the plot brilliantly. I loved the characters (although for a demon she wasn't very spunky, would have loved to have seen her darker side!) but Gideon was the perfect gent and I really wanted him to get everything he wanted bless him. Their banter had me giggling like a girl in some places. They are just too cute!!!
Then there's the ending, including the sneak preview of book 2 👀 it left me right on the edge of my seat, begging for more!x

Honestly a wild read and i’m so here for it😂
Obsessed with the insta love of all of this, literally one conversation and he’s already thinking she’s it for him😂
The way he realises magic must be real and she’s not from earth and just seems to think it makes sense???? Like not even surprised?? I love it😂
