Sean and Vicki housemates and some times lovers live right next door to these three sorority girls. The girls are just loud and rude really horrible neighbors. So one day Vicki convinces one of the girls Erin that she needs to fuck Sean to get over a cheating boyfriend. And no surprise here Erin went balls deep with Sean even using Vicki's sex toys gross. No communal toys please!!

Good enough
The beginning served it's purpuse but wasn't that interesting tbh. First time I read erotica so I don't know how it's "supposed to be", but I guess that the things "around the sex" isn't that interesting.
The sex scenes were good though.

Probably the best written piece of self-pubbed erotic fiction I've read.

I like the story . I was a little put off with the no condom thing and using someone else toys but the story was good.
