Erwin is, just as in The Jesus Style and The Father's Style, solidly Biblical and still gently engaging. There's enough stubborn adherence to the whole counsel of the Bible to irritate charismatic and firm traditionalist alike, but the author's attitude is such that his points will turn many readers to investigate in the Book rather than take umbrage at him as the messenger.

If there's a downside, there is less of the author in this book. In previous ones, he would share more of his progression and struggles.
