This is a volume full of illustrations and short stories more than a continuation of the actual series, but I loved it so very much! It was genuinely perfect in every way and I feel it is a STRONG must-read for any fan of this series, though I admit I've only read the manga, but this MADE me want to read the light novels because…
I know it was mentioned in the manga VERY briefly, but It made my heart happy and was definitely a big win!
Backing up to the first short story though, I LOVEEEEEEEDDDDD that it was about Issac and from his point-of-view!! He is one of my favorite characters and I remember when reading the manga and feeling strongly that I would have been okay if Aileen had pursued him because I loved his character so much! (Granted I LOVE Claude and Aileen, but I'm just saying this is one time I was on board for either one of them winning, which is VERY rare for me to feel. LOL!) I loved seeing his friendship grow with Aileen and how it led to him getting angry on her behalf. It was a really heartfelt scene and one that left me extremely happy in getting to know more about him as a character.
The second short story was hilarious!!! Claude really takes Aileen's family in stride and had to laugh SOOOOO much at how he handled each challenge! He's going to be right at home with them! LOL!
The third story was equally a delight and had to laugh at the artwork and the implications of what Claude was asking!! I laughed just as hard as Keith!!! LOL!!
The last few mini-comics were funny as well and honestly surprised that my face didn't hurt when reading because of how much I smiled reading this entire volume!
I know I gushed a lot about Issac, but I had to keep my words to a minimum about the other stories because I didn't want to accidentally spoil anything else that wasn't hidden spoilers! Please know though this was one of my favorite things I've read this month and EAGERLY look forward to rereading it because of how much joy it brought me!! HIGHLY recommended!
This one was a surprise since I was pretty sure it ended on the last volume. Binge read recap and it did say final on the third book. This one was more extras, bios and a last obstacle for Claude. Made sense why the brothers were given a 4 koma at the end of the third book. I liked Lucas' story. He's a good guy and damn loyal. The prince and his cronies still got off lightly. Rounded off with little extras.

Bit of a waste of paper. I thought volume 4 would bring us a bigger conclusion...maybe a bit like the anime, but all it was was basically a random series of short stories about the couple. The only part you could argue was part of the actual story is maybe the bit with Aileen's family testing Claude to see if he is truly suited to being Aileen's husband.
Final volume of the series. This is more like a series of short stories that happens after the main story arc finished in volume 3 but it's a lot of extra goodness that I appreciate as a fan. The first half of the book is a story that introduces the heroine's family and her they all turns out to be...unique. There are also stories from the viewpoint of the side characters which fills in the main story even more. And finally, we get the wedding! Every rom-com needs a happy ending and the last scene is exactly that.
While cute, I don't think it really adds that much more to the original 3 volumes personally, aside perhaps one story which deals with the proposal itself.
Knowing the content now, I would say I wouldn't have felt I had missed out if I hadn't read this additional volume. This usually happens when I read most anthologies/additional short stories for series. Fun fan service, no not that kind of fan service!, but nothing more than a quick enjoyable bonus read.
Me he reído leyendo este tomo.
this one was so cute. I love getting to meet her whole family and it really gave each of her brothers unique personalities. It also gave more backstory on why Prince Claude had to give up being crown Prince when he was younger. the hard part is seeing how much Cedric clearly loved his older brother when they were little.
cute but didn't grab me as much as I'd hoped for. I think it's been so long since I read the main story that the happy ever after chapters/short stories weren't as compelling....I'll need to read them all in short succession again.

This is a good read, but it isn't a continuation in the series, but instead a collection of short stories that happen between the main story. So don't expect all that much more plot from these characters.
I absolutely loved this manga. I loved it specifically for the chapter with Issac, believe it is the first chapter in the volume. Showing how they met and how their relationship works was nice. I also loved the fact that he admitted to himself that he wasn't enough for her and he accepted that, instead of going evil and wanting to own her.
