Fire

Rate this book
A sensual and lyrical collection of poems that mediate on the element of fire; the element that heats and aches with desire.

Fire explores obsession, surrender, intimacy and the beauty of destruction through lust, in a flame-licked language and striking emotional clarity. This is meant to be a collection to warm the heart that desires to surrender to the flame.

This is poetry for readers who do not fear depth or ornament, who delight in musicality and metaphors.

A short but deliciously decadent poetry volume built around the theme of fire. My favourite poems were Slit and Tin Soldier & Ballerina!
