Sinead is in a precarious situation when she learns of Laird Magnus's desperate search for a healer.

She sets out to do her duty and collect the advertised fee that she hopes will buy her time to deal with the chaos that her mother is creating in her life.

Laird Magnus is skeptical that this bonnie woman is the healer she claims as those before her lied just to collect the fee.

He intends to watch her carefully but from a distance because she presents a distraction he doesn't need or want. Especially after he watched his parents marriage implode with horrific consequences.

Sinead is confident in her healing skills but less confident with her attraction to Magnus. After her disastrous betrothal, she's avoiding men at all cost.

Will their mutual attraction be enough to overcome their reservations about marriage or will they stay stuck in their ways?

Let me prove it to ye just how desirable ye are.”

This was a good ending to the series.

As two hearts begin reaching out to the other, an unknown and unexpected evil is lurking. Can Magnus realize that love can concur?
Was a truly enjoyable read.

Awesome adventure

I loved how you wrote this adventure as the heroine was not perfectly shaped, I was always skinny growing up and heard every joke and ugly comment you could think of. Don't get me wrong I loved being skinny! But it still hurt. The adventure was really well written! The characters were amazing. Love characters like Aunt Helen!!! Thanks for sharing your story.

Enjoyable

The story was a change from the typical slim beauty and tall, dark, handsome hero.
It was refreshing to have characters who were not perfect body types. They were much more interesting and realistic. It demonstrated that internal beauty has a lot to offer. The story itself and the character development were good. An enjoyable read.

Determined to survive

This book is such a touching story of a daughter who is stuck under her mothers thumb. Breaking away to be a healer is a comfort. Laird Magnus is seeking healing for his sister and along the way he just may end up forgetting the past exceptionally written

A story to get lost in!

Senead & Magnus are characters to fall in love with! Bethany is a cute addition. I had such fun getting caught up in process of healing Bethany. What a blessing Sinead was as a healer!

Good story, but too long. Do not like having to sign up for another Bonnie Kimmons newsletter ib order to get the extended epilogue.

Sinead's relationship with Bethany and Janet is sweet. The archery competition is great. She is not a helpless lass. Magnus has his own demons to overcome. Her mother is horrible. This is a great story that you don't want to miss.
