This is a sad beginning for this story. Kayla’s husband come home, wants a divorce, wants her out of the house & all he gives her is a little cash. What is she going to do? All she had ever done was have parties for her husband & take care of him. Now he wants her gone, like yesterday’s news! She is wondering what she is going to do. She remembers the house her mother left them, which her sister is staying in. So she calls her sister to see if she can come stay. Her sister is off somewhere, but she tells her where the spare key is & that she can stay as long as she wants. She decides to go for a walk & falls & hits her head. She is found, but she doesn’t have any memory at all. She just came to town, her sister is gone, so no one knows who she is. She can’t stay at the hospital, so Dr. Moss’s mother (she volunteers at the hospital, so she has met Kayla.) thinks they should they should take her home with them. She seems to fit in, but nobody seems to know her, but some feel like they know her. The thing is Dr. Moss & Kayla used to be an item, so how can they no have any idea who each other is? Kayla feels like she should know Dr. Moss & his mother, but nothing clicks. What will happen to her now? She just can’t remember….

I received this ARC book for free & I am giving my review for free & in my own words without any help from the author or her editor. I think you will enjoy book, it’s a change up from most of the books I’ve been reading. It puts a new twist on everything!

Kayla,thrown out by her goes HOME to her deceased Mom's house, to stay with her sister (a first class hoarder).
She goes for a walk to clear her head, falls and hits her head on a rock,and bang, "No Memory".

A great start to a new series. It starts off really well and I hope it stays at the same great pace with an interesting storyline that pulls you in. This is not a standalone.
