Quail are fascinating birds and once you get started you will wonder how you ever lived without them. This book is here to help you every step of the way, from first encounters to issues you might need to tackle later on.
There are lots of false and misleading information in this book. For instance they are recommending feeding chicken layer feed which is not as good a game bird layer feed would be. They also reccomend 1 bird per 2 square feet. While this is fine quail will do fine at 3 per square foot. Also they recommend no less than 2 hens per cock. Correct ratio is at least 4 hens per cock. Otherwise hens will likely be bald and overbred. The list goes on. I would not recommend
