This is one of my favorite ADD books. It gives simple solutions that people with ADD have used to get through school, work, relationships and cleaning! I recommend this to many of my friends who come to me, (often crying and upset) when they find that one of their loved ones has ADD or ADHD. Thom Hartmann writes with a flair of ADD success stories that will make my non ADD friends jealous, of how fast we think, and how well we multitask! Ha! Love you Thom Hartmann!

This book does indeed have a lot of information on many of the aspects of ADD, and many sections are useful. But there are also many sections based on the CompuServe's Attentions Deficit Disorder Forum, and I found those disconcerting.
