She was Mozart. He was Metallica. She was silk and soft lace. He was granite and hard edges. She was light. He was darkness. She was his salvation. He was her forever.
Meeting him was accidental. Loving him was inevitable.
Cynthia Ann is a writer of Just Right Romance - not too sweet, not too spicy. Her books are infused with humor, suspense, music and of course, toe-curling love stories. Music is her most reliable muse, kicking off her preferred writing method: Plantsing with a Playlist. From Mozart to Metallica, an inspired soundtrack (available for your listening pleasure on Spotify) keeps the plot, and the romance, dynamic.
Inevitable by Cynthia Ann was a slow burn romance between a MMC biker and a FMC teacher. They met by accident (literally), but little did they know it was almost like they were destined. This book takes you on a the journey Savanna and Brax go through to get to their HEA. The book definitely kept me engaged with the struggles Brac goes through to be what he deemed worthy of Savanna. If you want spicy content this is not the book for you, there are moments where things are implied but nothing really happens on page. I really enjoyed the story and the dynamics that Brax works through with his family. I love the idea of how Savanna and Brax were really what each other needed without knowing it immediately. The relationship described in this book between FMC and MMC truly fits with the title.
Inevitable is the first book in The Blue Bloods series by Cynthia Ann. She’s also a first time author for me. I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Brad and Savanna. They are the true epitome of Love at First Sight.
I’m so impressed by the way Brax fights his past demons for Savannah. This story kept me completely intrigued throughout. If I hadn’t had prior life commitments I wouldn’t have been able to put this book down. I can’t wait to see what the rest of the series has in store.
Meeting him was accidental, loving him was inevitable, such a perfect quote for this book! The love of my life was a chance meeting, so this books blurb said this book was right up my alley. Accidents and Love always sucker punch me. Brax and Savanna are opposites in every way. As this story unfolds and they become more intertwined you just don't want the story to end! Highly recommend!
This author did not disappoint again! I loved the very grumpy and sunshine personality. The book was so great I had to force myself to put the book down so I wouldn’t stay up too late reading it. I am defiantly going to read more books my this author.
This is one of the first times I read a novel and I'm praying for the best between Brax and Savanna. Cynthia has done it again keeping me on the edge of my bed of this opposites attract romance. From Savanna’s safety and Brax's redemption, I have one word for the entire novel: impactful! As much as they want to be together, it could be dangerous. Their first meeting was fiery and accidental since they met when Savanna witnessed a motorcycle accident of Brax. My MMC crushes continue to grow, Brax was trying so hard not to love Savanna but her drive and insistence brings him closer. He's protective, stubborn, and beautiful. Knowing that they both have way different lives and personalities, they clash in a good way. Savanna wanted to help, seeing a broken man that pushed her away because he believed she might get hurt not only from him but because of who he knew. When he said “it's beating for you, only you,” it hurts so good!! Four stars!!!
This is my first book by Cynthia Ann and I enjoyed it tremendously! The attraction between Savannah and Brax was so strong, right from the start. It was so readable and easy to enjoy that I just found myself following along through all the twists and turns, rooting for them the whole way. If you're looking for a fun, closed-door read, I'd totally recommend!
2 Points of view Brax Savanna Feel good romance between brax and savanna, brax has been through so much but they both work through it to make the relationship work, was a good book. Sad in parts, but all worked out in the end
Cynthia Ann’s Inevitable is a compelling romance that blends vulnerability and passion with enough tension to keep the pages turning. While it isn’t flawless, it delivers a satisfying emotional journey with characters who linger in your mind long after the last page.
I really enjoyed Inevitable! Cynthia Ann’s writing style immediately pulled me in—it’s emotional, smooth, and makes you truly feel connected to the characters. I loved how we get to really know Brax and the main character, and how their personalities grow and change, even within a short period of time.
What I appreciated most is how this book shows the motorcycle club world in a much more realistic way than most stories do. It doesn’t glamorize or turn the characters into perfect “bad boys,” but instead gives a raw, believable look at that world while still keeping you invested in their story.
A great read—emotional, well-written, and refreshingly real. I’ll definitely be reading more from Cynthia Ann!
Plot was great kept me reading, imagining the images of Brax and Savanna love story build. As this is not my typical read I was a little skeptical of if I would enjoy it or not. But I found myself cheering Brax and Savanna on as the story line built up. Beautiful plot, strangers to lovers with a slow burn.
I found this book to have a slow start before things really started moving and it had a lot of inner dialogue. I would have loved it to be faster paced but all up, it was a nice story. It took me a long time to warm up to Brax but once I did, I found him to be a very loveable character. I loved the dynamic between Jen and Savannah. I'd love to find out more about Jen and her story.
Inevitable is a great title. Savanna and Brax couldn't be more different but were meant to meet and be together. I always enjoy reading author Cynthia Ann's books and do recommend reading this story. I received an ARC of this book and am leaving an honest review.
The Plot was amazing and immersive. The Characters were developed and well adjusted. The Spice is 5 out of 5 and the MMC is Highly protective. Loved it!!!!
Inevitable was just the kind of sweet read I needed. Brax and Savanna’s love story was full of separation and ups and downs but ended in the best way possible. Read this book, you won’t regret it.
