Exciting story with tons of twists and turns!

Hailey is working as an armored car driver when she walks into a bank being robbed. Caleb had been in love with Hailey but left after being told that her child was not his by a close friend. He is in town for his cousin's wedding with his K-9 in training Sheb. Sheb alerts to the bank situation and Caleb goes to help. The bank robbers get away. As Hailey is on her way home with her son Ferris, she gets very sleepy and crashes. Can Caleb and Sheb save them? Can they figure out who is behind this string of robberies?

The pace is breakneck and the tone is intense with an action and character oriented storyline that has a few kisses only. The characters are vibrant and engaging. Sheb is a great dog character. The Christian ideals are a part of the story. This is book 5. It can be read on its own or I would read the series in order. Enjoy this exciting story with tons of twists and turns.

I read these Harlaquin books for 3 reasons.
1. The stories are light and I can leave them in the car and use them when I am waiting.
2. I have a shoulder problem and the books are light enough for me to hold.
3. The Larger print with the greater black against white contrast are easy to read.

Crime Spree Secrets was so exciting. Hailey is a former cop now a security guard. When she's ambushed by robbers she is surprised to see it's by her former boyfriend, Caleb. He's back in town because he wants answer into the unsolved murder of his cousin. Soon it becomes apparent that Hailey has a target on her back and it takes both of them to figure out why and who is after her.

A fast to slow pace story with a lot happening. Two main characters with secondary ones, also. Some proofreading errors that were a little jarring. The Christian aspects were good. I liked the dog.
