Heart broken by BLAZE's cold words, PEACHES must decide if he is the right one for her or if she should turn and walk away. Blaze is not easy to let go. His bad boy demeanor is almost impossible for Peaches to resist. His touch ignites a fire inside of her that sets her soul ablaze. His arrogance is what she loves and hates. And Blaze knows this! When circumstances lead Peaches to contemplate permanently kicking Blaze out of her life and starting all over, will he allow her to walk away? Will Peaches be strong enough to ignore the Undeniable Desire that burns between them or will she find herself in Blaze's arms again, still caught up in A DANGEROUS LOVE?
Love Blaze and Peaches but then mfs was getting on my nerves with the back and forth. I see krystal one of them dumb chicks, but I wonder who recorded them.
After Blaze almost got himself killed and Peaches saved his life, he proceeds to verbally attack her so viciously that it lacerated her soul and left her heartbroken. Determined not to be like her mother and Ebony who have taken so much from the men in their lives that it left them stripped of themselves, Peaches pulls back. Blaze, being who he is, throws tantrums and uses violence to intimidate her and everyone else to do what he wants. Although Peaches stands her ground, her life is not left untouched by his choices. She loses her home and her job, even as she fights to maintain her self-respect.
Blaze doesn’t stop trying to have his way and literally forces Peaches into a corner where she’s left with no choice but to come out fighting. Realizing how he treated her was wrong, he’s willing to apologize, but thinks she should just ‘get over it.’ But how does a woman’s heart just ‘get over it’ when the one it loves rips it out and stomps on it with steel-toed boots? He accuses her of being caught up in her feelings and doesn’t want to accept responsibility for what he has done.
Problem is, Peaches is in love and her heart wants what is wants, despite the pain she’s going through. Time away has helped her see how close she was to losing herself in him. After all, Blaze never takes no for an answer and forces his way into whatever he wants, and never cares at whose expense he’s done it. She says “no we can’t have sex now, I’ve got to get to work,” he slaps her around and/or keeps going until she has missed her shift. The time apart has been good for her and has given her a chance to extricate herself from the intoxication being around him has on her sensibilities. Can she stay away from this verbally and sometimes physically abusive man, despite what her heart yearns for?
JPeach has done it again. I enjoyed the first two books and this one did not disappoint. Blaze is that character I love to hate. She pens their story with such precision it’s like the reader gets to spend a moment as a thought in the heads of the characters. Even in such a short period of time, her writing skills have improved (not that she wasn’t a great writer in books one and two), but in this book if felt like she found her literary ‘voice.’ This is another page turner that sends readers on a rollercoaster ride of emotions. Looking forward to finding out what happens with Blaze and Peaches in the next book.

What craziness! What else is to be expected with this cast of crazy characters. Peaches is still her indecisive self through most of the book. Blaze is still his crazy self. King is just as overprotective and ratchet as ever. Ebony is still Ebony. The drama continues on and on. Peaches finally comes to her senses only to have more drama. Blaze still thinks playing the field won't back fire on his dumb behind. Wrong, and we are left wondering yet again what happens next.
I read this book in a day. It only took that long cause I had to sleep. I was in anticipation for this book. Of course blazes & peaches was at it again. I see another book coming for kimmy or maybe king & ebony's story. I can honestly say blaze get it from his momma. Can't wait in part 4.
I would give it a higher mark, however, once again too much going on... and I'm so sick of these authors with breaking down work to making all these DAMN can you just finish the story already...
Each part just gets better and better. I am definitely hooked on to this series. I can't wait for part four to come out. Please grab this whole series of you haven't already
J peach was able to do the damn thing again!! I love how Blazes and peaches relationship goes thru some real shut! This is a 10 star book!! Don't forget to get 1 & 2 first though
Great read. I read the original story before starting this re-release of the series and I'm enjoying the journey of all of the characters like it's my first time reading about them. Can't wait for part IV!! Outstanding work, J. Peach.
The series started off good, but the books seem repetitive. They fight each other, break up, fight again, have sex, then make up. Hopefully in part 4 the book comes together, but in all honest the book could've been over at book one or two.
Ok this story line is a little there. But I can honestly say I like it. I'm just waiting for book four to come out to see how it all ends. I hope it's one of those book with a jacked up ending. I guess I have wait and see.
I love this series! Team Blaze &Peaches. Like I said of book 2 everything was smooth until that Ratchet chick Krystal showed up. She proves some chick like being treated like trash.
Peaches and Blaze finally got the self together. Now all he has to do is leave Krystal alone. It something about that girl that isn't right. King needs to let Peaches grow up and start treating Ebony right.
I am so ready for them to get to the relationship part and stop fighting but you can definitely see growth in Peaches this time. She is resisting King's possessive ways and when faced with choosing between her brother and Blaze, she does the right thing.
