I would rate this book 3.5 stars. Despite enjoying the story, I noticed numerous errors throughout the book which impacted my rating. If these errors had not been present, I would have given it a higher rating.

Man Nek is giving me life this weekend! When Bash told Tiana “Welcome to Death Row” I was DONE! That man said he does not care if she likes it or not they locked in! They were unconventional for sure but I liked them! Gram and Pop were hilarious! The spice was.. whew chillay.. it was spicy! Really good novella!

This was a quick read but a great story. I wanted to be mad at both Tiana for not being honest and Bash for what he said but I understood. Bash and Tiana was so NASTY had me fanning myself 🤣. Granny and Pops was everything and more in this story they are my favorite beside Bash saying exactly what’s on his mind 🤣🤦🏾♀️🤣. Melanie and Michael were both delusional I actually felt a little sorry for them 🤦🏾♀️. Easy Read
I loved this story. Really easy read. Tiana was my favorite because she was relatable. I know what it's like to be judged and misunderstood. I honestly thought someone was going to have to take out Michael because she was doing the most. I am glad everything worked out.

Crazy that ppl find this behavior attractive
I love a good strong alpha take charge guy. Bash was just mad disrespectful to everyone. The FMC started off strong and then devolved. I love a good hood story but I love to see the characters grow. There was no growth. The FMC was better off before she met the MMC. He added no value to her life. He wanted her therefore she was his, regardless to what she wanted or the fact that he disrespected her in so many ways and she needed to process that.
One review said the MMC had anger problems. He had no respect for not one female (except maybe his mom) in the whole story.

Going Tiana and Sebastian there Grandma and Grandpa and there own love story that was brewing now married... A lil one and another one on the way I like the fact Sebastian was able redemption apologize for the way he treated Tiana now I do believe that she should have said something before someone else did but it's in the past now..
Now Michael was just a stalker couldn't let go caught feelings and because she turned him down kept popping up but I see he won't pop up no more because he doesn't want them problems with Bash..

Bash was arrogant and honest. His energy was so strong and he went after what he wanted. Tiana was confident and headstrong. Them two together was something else. They sex life was spicyyy. They was two nasty freaky people and I was here for it lol. Them together was lit but Tiana really should’ve been honest from the jump but the way Bash disrespected her was not cool either. I get he was mad but to embarrass her like that made me want to slap him three times lol. This was a quick read and a wild ride! Tiana and Bash met because their grandparents are sweet on each other (yes I'm using some country slang!). There's an instant attraction between them and everything is all good until Tiana's profession as a escort is exposed by Bash's jealous ex. I can't lie I was really turned off by how judged Tiana was about her profession but I loved how confident she was in herself and also how granny backed her up every step of the way. I respect Tiana for doing what she had to do to take care of her grandmother. Personally, I wouldn't have forgiven Bash and his family but they're bonded for life now. Just shows that Tiana is better than me! LOL. Also, I would be remiss to not mention how fire the sexy times were, the underlying simmer of attraction was top notch.

I really like this book. It’s funny, heavy in some parts but overall just a great read for me. Sebastian is hilarious and his cousin Shane is too. I haven’t looked but I wonder if it’s a book for him because I would enjoy reading it.
I really liked Tianna and how she takes care of her grandmother because I can relate very well. I do the same only thing that’s different is our occupation. This was my intro to Nek, so it’s safe to say you have a lifetime reader now. I enjoyed this book. A quick read and page turner for sure.
