Every human is blessed with some power within them called talent. But most of us doesn't know it. We are not aware of what quality we have. Our inbuilt talent is always not valued by us itself. This book helps us to identify our power. It will uplift us in all forms. It is a practical guide to break through our self-doubt and helps us to rediscover our inner strength to unlock our true potential. The book has three parts as a trilogy. Part one is to unlock unleash and uplift which focuses on personal and internal transformation. Part two is connect collaborate conquer that explores powers like empathy, collaboration, and influence. Part three is Integrate innovate and inspire which brings together inner and interpersonal strengths to unlock integrated leadership and legacy.
By exploring these powers, you will not only uncover hidden facets of your personality but also gain the tools to maximize their impact. The book is divided into two distinct but interconnected sections, each addressing a fundamental dimension of these powers.
Human Superpowers is the culmination of my efforts to mend the divide between our internal capabilities and the external world. The book delves into the unique potential inherent in every individual and explores how societal norms and environments can obscure these abilities.
The author has crafted deeply into the power of our inbuilt quality that how to trigger it to attain our goal. The stories, examples and many legends life history that the author shared in between the pages are really made the read more interesting. It gives motivation and encourage to know more and more to get inspired. Also the author had expressed his life experience to get in touch with the readers connecting them together. His perspective also played a great role in this book.
Every chapter begins with a quote which encourages to start our reading journey very enthusiastically. The questionaries' that takes places will kindly our thoughts to think analyse the readers thought process to take action in their day to day life which is very helpful and impactful. The illustrations are very impressive and attractive to add the flavour to the book.
The Chapter which speaks about the resilience is my favourite and it shares all resilience is very helpful. The strategies that the author explained and the seven dimensions mentioned are really brilliant ideas and deep understanding that gives a clarity. The psychology behind it with the physical, mental and spiritual perspective gave a clarity to move around.
So the choice is ours. We can choose to awaken our superpowers and unleash them into the world or We can choose to settle for less that what we are capable of becoming. The author has left the choice to the readers.
The language is easy to comprehend. The title and the cover is a good choice. The storytelling is authentic and interesting. The alignments of the index, the chapters and in between the pages could have been better. The key takeaways in every chapter is a highlight to keep us remember what we learnt so far. It's a great idea and it will create an impact definitely. Highly recommended for those who want to ignite their inner power. A must-read for anyone ready to take ownership of their life.
A well crafted read that talks about gratitude, achievement, the subconscious mind, and, honestly, so much of what we need in life. The power of everything is being established in a well structured manner like look at these lines ,it can very well reflect the ideas. And that was picked up by author to simply establish the ideas...
🍃“Resilience ṁ very different than being numb. Resilience means you experience, you feel, you fail, you hurt. You fall. But, you keep going.” - Yasmin Mogahed
🍃Resilience is the driving force behind success and fulfillment – It is not just about survival but about thriving despite adversity, transforming challenges into opportunities.
What it makes difference is that this book explores the reality of the subconscious mind ,how it works, how it gets shaped, and how we can consciously influence it. What else do we need? Like let me quote some lines
🍃The subconscious mind doesn’t differentiate between what is “real” and what is “imagined.” It absorbs everything, whether we consciously register it or not
🍃The limbic system, often called the “emotional brain,” plays a central role in the subconscious mind.
🍃By understanding how our subconscious mind works, we can take steps to reprogram it consciously.
The author makes these ideas easier to understand through real life examples, including Malala Yousafzai, J.K. Rowling, and many others. And being a Potterhead, I literally got excited when J.K. Rowling’s story came up! 🪄
The explanations are really good, but the “Key Takeaways” were what truly won me over. They beautifully sum up everything discussed in each chapter, making the lessons easier to remember and apply. Every ideas owns a uniqueness,...
🍃we realize that the root of procrastination is often fear — fear of failure, fear of success, or fear of judgment.
🍃Because in the end, creativity is not something that fades away it is something we choose to let go of. And maybe, just maybe, we can choose to take it back.
I also loved how the book brings in the science behind these ideas. it makes everything feel more realistic and, somehow, more likely to stick in your mind. All the models introduced here were interesting, but the RISE-UP model especially made me rethink some of my own prejudices and assumptions.
More than anything, this book reminded me of the importance of taking that first, small step.
👉🏻“Taking small steps to achieve big dreams is a fundamental approach to success that is applicable across various aspects of life.” I bet for everyone reading this book, these words will become their own little “Key Takeaway” for life. 🫰🏻.
Human Superpower serves as a powerful reminder that inner happiness, not happiness obtained outside, is what matters most. By guiding readers to explore their inner selves, Nihit Mohan skilfully demonstrates how transforming ourselves into our own superpowers can be achieved by connecting with the divine Superpower within.
The book emphasises that although material prosperity and achievement may provide momentary joy, self-realisation and alignment with the Creator—who bestows upon us life, oxygen, water, and other necessities—are the paths to long-term fulfilment.
Its methodical and patient approach, which leads readers through introspection and culminates in the motivational vision of "The Quiver of Human Potential," is what really sets this book apart.
Each chapter skilfully combines insightful scientific information with moving anecdotes to create a trip that is truly inspiring, enlightening, and feels personal. Readers can truly relate to the lessons being taught because of Nihit's genuineness, which is evident when he shares personal anecdotes about his challenges and victories.
He assists you in becoming the version of yourself you've always dreamed of but never knew how to achieve through incisive narrative, relatable analogies, and chapter after chapter of unambiguous counsel.
This book helped me, as a teacher, transform burnout into clarity, hesitancy into habit, and anxiety into action. Mr. Nihit Mohan discusses the superpower of thankfulness in this masterwork, and I feel compelled to share mine as well.
This book is a gift not just to me, but to the world and people from all walks of life - a knight in shining armour for anyone striving to rise, grow, and lead with purpose.
This is an inspiring self-help book that explores the idea that every human being already possesses the power to shape their life meaningfully. The author beautifully conveys that true strength come from mastering one’s own mind, emotions, and attitude. The book consists of 9 chapters about gratitude, vision, resilience, imagination, and the subconscious mind, showing how these inner tools can transform everyday living into a purposeful journey.
In this book, you’ll discover how to reclaim your inner authority, rewire your responses to adversity, and realign your life with your deepest values and visions. Whether you’re a leader, creator, seeker, or someone simply navigating change, this book offers you a compass to turn inward and unlock the extraordinary potential that lies within.
Being a Lost Soul is not a permanent state but a phase you can overcome. I liked this whole concept in the book, uplifting the thoughts and mind while reading. In life’s journey, we all need a guiding light to help us navigate challenges, overcome doubts, and keep moving toward our goals.According to author, knowledge alone is not enough; it is action that will unlock your true potential. Commit to recognizing your inner dialogue, inspiring it with affirmations, and clearly visualizing your goals. Embrace mindfulness as a daily practice, and surround yourself with positive triggers to anchor your aspirations.
The book is focused on internal transformation. The book encourages mindfulness, self-awareness, and positive thinking — qualities that feel especially relevant in today’s fast-paced, stressful world. It reads like a motivational companion, reminding readers to pause, realign their thoughts, and trust the inner wisdom they often overlook.
Nihit Mohan’s Human Superpowers: Unlock, Unleash, Uplift functions as a structured roadmap for personal growth, distinguishing itself by bridging the gap between high-level mindset philosophy and practical daily application. The text operates on a core tripartite thesis—Unlock, Unleash, and Uplift—which organizes the complex process of self-improvement into sequential, manageable phases. By systematically moving from foundational self-awareness to external impact, the author provides a framework designed to dismantle internal barriers like self-doubt, cognitive friction, and reactive habits.
What gives the book its analytical weight is its focus on the mechanisms behind behavioral change rather than simple motivational re-framing. Mohan examines topics such as subconscious reprogramming, resilience building, and active gratitude not as passive ideals, but as skill sets that require deliberate practice and habituation. The narrative structure reinforces this methodical intent: theoretical explanations are paired with real-world examples, and each chapter concludes with precise summaries and key takeaways that isolate actionable principles.
While readers well-versed in personal development literature may recognize familiar foundational concepts regarding visualization and belief systems, the book's value lies in its synthesis and clarity of presentation. It offers an organized, execution-oriented methodology for anyone looking to build cognitive resilience, refine their focus, and establish sustainable habits for long-term personal mastery.
Human Superpowers by Nihit Mohan This was a really nice and insightful read. ❤️ The book starts with gratitude, which immediately caught my attention because I have already read about gratitude in The Secret by Rhonda Byrne and I try to practise it in my own life too. But I loved how this book looked at gratitude from a different perspective. It explains how gratitude has evolved, what it gives us, how we can practise it, and the different things that come along with it. What I especially loved was that almost every concept was supported with real-life examples. The author brings in stories and experiences from well-known personalities like J.K. Rowling, Steve Jobs and many others. Seeing how these ideas actually appeared in their lives made the chapters much more interesting and relatable. The book talks about gratitude, faith, vision, self-belief, perspective, creativity, resilience and many other qualities that we often forget are actually our own strengths. I also loved the idea of calling these qualities "human superpowers." It made me look at some ordinary things in a completely different way. There were quite a few lines and ideas I highlighted while reading, especially the ones about gratitude, believing beyond limitations and changing our inner dialogue. Overall, this was a thought-provoking and motivating read, and I genuinely enjoyed discovering these "superpowers" within the ordinary parts of being human.
The enlightening and empowering book Human Superpowers by Nihit Mohan is a thought-provoking and motivating book that serves as a reminder that our greatest abilities are inside us. The book, which is the first in a planned trilogy, combines ancient wisdom with useful techniques for rewiring the subconscious, gratitude, creativity, and attitude mastery. It's more of a personal arsenal for inner transformation than a standard self-help booklet.
I thought Mohan's examination of pain as a gateway for growth was the most fascinating. Rather from depicting difficulties as failures, he demonstrates how they can cultivate fortitude and guide us toward genuineness and meaning. This struck a deep chord with me and caused me to stop and consider how difficulties might truly strengthen one.
One of Mohan's strongest points is his casual yet effective writing style, which is devoid of jargon and packed with practical activities that go beyond theory. Every chapter is like taking a stroll with a considerate friend who enables you to uncover your inner self.
Anyone who is feeling stuck, trying to find clarity, or wants to strengthen their inner foundation should read this book, in my opinion. It is encouraging, relatable, and equips you with the means to change not only your perspective but also your daily existence.
Reading Human Superpowers: Unlock, Unleash, Uplift by Nihit Mohan felt less like reading another motivational book and more like having a conversation with someone reminding you of the potential you often forget you have.
What I really liked about the book is that it doesn’t just throw generic motivational quotes at you. Mohan focuses on the things that actually hold us back—our mindset, limiting beliefs, emotional blocks, lack of discipline, and the stories we keep telling ourselves. The three-part approach of Unlock, Unleash, and Uplift gives the book a simple structure and makes the ideas easy to follow.
The sections on the subconscious mind, neuroplasticity, discipline, gratitude, and building better habits were especially interesting to me. I also appreciated that the concepts are explained through everyday examples and practical exercises instead of being buried under complicated theory. It makes you stop and reflect on your own habits and choices.
Overall, Human Superpowers is a thoughtful and practical read for anyone who feels they have more potential but sometimes struggles to bring it out. It reminded me that personal growth isn’t always about becoming a completely different person—it can simply be about understanding yourself better and consistently working on the person you already have the potential to become.

The writing is clear and relatable, and the exercises helped me reflect on habits and beliefs I didn’t even know were holding me back. It feels like having a coach walk beside you, encouraging you to take control of your thoughts and choose better every day.
Together, resilience and the subconscious mind create a powerful combination that enables ordinary people to achieve the extraordinary. This is not just about pushing through, it is about how the mind learns, adapts to suffering, and transforms pain into power. It is about fighting the darkest battles and emerging with a light so bright that it illuminates the path for others.

While reading Human Superpowers, I felt as if someone was gently holding a mirror in front of me, showing me the parts of myself I had ignored for years. The chapters on faith, gratitude, and vision especially made me pause. They felt very real and very human, like the author was speaking from lived experience rather than theory. It made me reflect on my own life, like the times I doubted myself yet still somehow kept moving, not knowing that this “moving forward” was actually my inner strength guiding me.
What touched me the most was how the book doesn’t push you; it guides you. It doesn’t claim to fix you; it simply reminds you of what you already carry. While reading, I remembered a small moment from my life a night when I felt completely lost, yet a tiny thought inside whispered, “Keep going, things will make sense someday.” This book brought back that same feeling of quiet confidence and inner clarity.
