The ending was really satisfying. The conflict was neatly finished and we got a very cute conclusion to this manhwa. I wish we got more special chapters about them just being a family because I fear this manhwa gave me too many heart attacks for an ending like that. It’s not ENOUGH 😭

Theor, my adorable little sunshine, carries the whole plot. He’s so adorable and I love how he’s surrounded by a lot of people who adore and love him. He’d be the perfect crown prince without a doubt.
I kinda like the FL, Astell, such a loving mother but don’t expect her to be cunning, badass or politically savvy because she is not in my opinion. Her character is being portrayed more as this loving mother who will do anything to protect her beloved child.
The ML, prince Kaizen, might not be the worst male lead but he’s not one of the best either. He’s pathetic and stupid. What do you mean you refused to grand Astell her ultimate wish because you’re afraid she’d run away again and leave your azz. What do you mean you still want her to stay by your side after you divorced her six years ago and gave her the humiliating title as the “disposed empress”. Don’t make me laugh. Also when he told her the reason why he divorced her I wanna give Kaizen the stinky eyes. It’s so questionable and how obvious that this ridiculous separation only happened for the sake of the plot and some mid azz drama. They were only married for a whole damn night. They exchanged vows, he slept with her—which resulted to unplanned pregnancy—and the next morning he divorced her when he took over the throne as the new emperor. His reason is so ridiculous. He thinks Astell doesnt want to be the empress of their kingdom and the title of crown princess has been such a huge burden to her (the first reason he told her was that he no longer have any reason to marry her since it was the late emperor’s wishes to have Astell as his wife). Dude, if you think Astell was having a hard time being the crown princess, then you shouldn’t have married her in the first place and worse, your marriage didn’t even last for 24 hours. She took all the humiliation by herself. She was ridiculed, stripped off her title she worked hard for her entire life (you as the man never shared this kind of disgrace) and was disowned by her greedy father. Kaizen tends to run away instead of confronting his real feelings for Astell. No wonder it took 100+ chapters for him to clear the misunderstanding between him and Astell and then the last chapter for them to finally confess. So annoying and Astell is no better. She tells Kaizen the opposite of what she truly feels and always gives him the impression that she doesn’t give a fvk about him. Though I would say that he’s not totally the selfish type, he actually cares about Astell’s thoughts, opinions and feelings. He even lets her decide for the future of their second marriage life. You couldnt help but sigh in relief when they finally reunited as a family and Theor is the cutest little marshmallow kid you wanna adopt.
I think the villains get what they deserved. It’s satisfying coz theyre so infuriating. I also think lady marian has the best character development and she deserves her own side story

Hace años me había encontrado la novela y la deje a la mitad, no recuerdo porque 😅 pero si recuerdo que habían avisado que iba haber adaptación y me emocione, y ahora me lei de un tirón la historia principal, todo porque no quería estudiar 😂. Mientras lei sentía que en si dejaron un par de cositas o creo que es idea mía, este Kaizen no es tan bulleable como lo recordaba que hacia en la novela con una amiga, tal vez más adelante relea y termine la novela pero en si esta historia es muy bella. Si la llegan a traducir al español y me la compro 💖 Astelle y Theor son un amor 💖 ya más adelante el emperador paga su karma 😂 definitivamente este manhwa va a mi secciónenles favoritos de por vida 💖🐈
