Clarissa Wild is a New York Times & USA Today Bestselling author with ASD, who was born and raised in the Netherlands. She loves to write Dark Romance and Contemporary Romance novels featuring dangerous men and feisty women. DNF 70%, I just couldn’t do it anymore. I loved the idea but the actual story is not what I wanted or is good. They are obsessed with her but she really couldn’t care about them outside of controlling them. As a dom she is a horrible one. no aftercare, no feelings or safe play, just abuse that’s allowed because they want to worship the ground she walks on. Her obsession with the cop and the way she tied him up and made him fuck her is rape whether his body responded or not. We still don’t know why she is hunting the men down and we don’t have a genuine connection with her men outside of lust and blind loyalty and this whole book just gives me the ick. This book is hot, and has some scenes that are definitely brain porn material but it couldn’t redeem the story as a whole.
Being Lana's daughter I knew Sunny was going to be a unhinged baddie. This girl is laying down bodies like they are seeds. AND NOT ONE IS UNJUSTIFIED!!
Xavier and Orion are simps for Sunny they way she bends them to her will and they naturally fall submissive for her was hot as hell.
“This is all I’ll ever need,” he says. “And maybe your heel on my chest.”
Atreus is the cop who finds her in the beginning amd he quickly becomes obsessed with Sunny giving us some cat and mouse action while both battling for dominance.
“Told you I’d make you mine.” “Fuck y—” She slaps me again. “Don’t insult me, Foley. I will make you pay for it.” “I’m already chained up,” I scoff.
They way this book ended had me begging and screaming for the next book.
Sadly I was very disappointed with this book. I struggled to finish. I loved the first 3 books in the series and devoured them quickly. I did not know there were 2 other books before this one so I read the review copy without realizing. Boys Who Crave is a second generation story and I found it really hard trying to work out all the characters and who their parents were. It was confusing for me. I also didn’t like how some of the characters are referred to as their half brother or half sister. I find that so disrespectful. These characters seem to get along and it’s not like they’re estranged or didn’t know one another. Why can’t they be called sister or brother? I know they don’t share the same set of parents but surely it could have just been stated that their father was different to theirs. I didn’t like the FMC being alpha. Certain situations gave me the ick . I also don’t find it believable that the main characters fell for one another. The story is actually well written and I love Clarissa Wild as an author. I still plan on reading the next book when it comes out
First I want to say thank you to the author. I received a advanced reader copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions expressed are my own.
This is my first time stepping into a story where the woman is in this type of role. At first I was not sure if this book would be right for me but I love this author's other books so decided to keep going. It was definitely worth it. I love the domination from the fmc. She was walking those men like a dog and they were eating it up!!! They yearned for her in such a way that was beautiful. They saw and liked everything about her. Just for who she is. She is a killer and really a psychopath but in a woman burning down the world type of female rage. I loved it!! The spice was top notch, with a little something for everyone. This was such a nice change up from the usual type of books you get recommended through booktok.
I really wanted to love this one because I've read every book in this series, but unfortunately Boys Who Crave just wasn't for me.
I pushed through to the end, hoping things would click, but I never connected with the FMC. Her decisions and personality made it difficult for me to root for her, and the relationships felt like they were built more on obsession and attraction than on the characters actually getting to know one another.
Without getting into spoilers, there were several moments that genuinely made me cringe or stop and ask, *"Why?"* The biggest issue for me was the pacing after one of the FMC's traumatic experiences. It was hard to believe that only a matter of weeks later she was emotionally ready to jump into romantic and intimate situations. That progression didn't feel authentic and pulled me out of the story.
I know this series has never shied away from dark themes, so definitely check the trigger warnings before picking this one up. Like, there is a lot of Pe*$ing. While this installment didn't work for me, I'm still glad I gave it a chance and appreciate the overall series for taking risks.
Not the best of the series. It was interesting having the FMC be the deranged one but it just wasn’t that great. Sunny- I get some shit happened but if she would have just talked, a lot of the issues wouldn’t have happened
Xavier- I swung between hating and liking him. He went from screaming murderous intent to a sniveling simp
Orion- yeah I didn’t really get him at all. I feel like author was trying too hard to channel Blaine but make him “different” and it just fell flat
Arteus- I actually loved him. He was unique and I loved his chapters. Didn’t really get the angle on his dad, I guess I don’t remember that plot?
Thank you to the author and Cani Kane PR for the gifted e-copy.
“Don’t you get it yet? You’re my boy toy now.”
This was incredibly dark and murdery. Sunny was unhinged in the best of ways and I loved how empowered she was. This is set in the Spine Ridge Universe - I really think you need to read all of the earlier books to get the references. This is second generation as her mom is Lana from the Evil Boys.
Vibes: dark, cat and mouse, 🩸
Tropes: Why Choose Feminine Rage Touch Her & Perish Serial 💀 Revenge Obsessed MMCs
This book is a wild ride from the start… a Serial Killer, a couple of Simps and a cop out for justice. Sunny is nothing short of badass and out for vengeance. Xavier and Orion are willing to do anything for Sunny, even murder. And Agent Foley… well he wants to be an upstanding officer of the law but a Persistent Bunny keeps getting in his way causing him to rethink everything he thought he knew. This book was fantastic. I can’t ever get enough of this ragtag world of misfits and murderers and this story fits in perfect. I also loved seeing a women in the driver seat of her harem this time. Now the cliffhanger about Melody… I don’t know if I can wait for the next book.
This book is a no from me. I read many books from this author and this is the first one I’ve been turned off by. The FMC is the unhinged one, instead of the usual MMC’s being nuts.. but that’s probably the only positive I can say about this book. The book gave ick cringy rapey vibes tbh and I wasn’t there for it.
Thank you to Clarissa's team for having me as part of the team!!!
I have loved this series since the first book!! I keep getting surprised on how much I'm going to love the characters!! This book hands down chef's kiss 💋. All I gotta say " I NEED MORE!!!"
This one just didn’t hit like the other Spine Ridge books. The chemistry between the mains seemed forced and even by the end of the book, the quartet didn’t gel. I will totally keep reading the series but this is my least favorite so far.
Sick Boys was my very first bully romance. It has stayed as my top bully romance. Until Boys Who Crave came along. They are now in a locked first place position with each other!
This book was fantastic. It had everything that Clarissa does so incredibly well. Spice, intertwined stories, character depth and a great plot ( in amongst the smut).
Sunny is found broken and bleeding to death in a forest by Agent Foley.
Once she is healed and well again, she decides to take revenge on the men who hurt her. Now, when I say this girl was a bad bitch, I mean she was a BAD bitch. Morally black. Kills men. Broken. And I loved her.
The way she treated her boys, was not ever disrespectful, but through her strong character, and their submissive natures, she really had them wrapped around her proverbial finger.
In comes Xavier, her good boy. He has been in love with her since they became friends as children and all he wants is her attention. If she so much even breaths on him he falls apart and it was so funny. He was a total whimpering submissive mess for her, and in amongst that, he finds out there’s more to his sexuality than he thought.
Orion. I couldn’t choose between these two boys. I loved them both equally. The beautiful Orion, a young man obsessed with death and all he wants is to die by Sunny’s hands. The only thing that nearly kills him though, is Sunny’s 😺🤣
Atreus, oh Atreus. He thought he had the upper hand with Sunny, but I’m not really sure there was any point in the book where he actually did. It did not take long for him to fall under her spell, and while she wanted him submissive, he wasn’t quite as submissive as the other two.
The plot was great, and I definitely had a tear in my eye when I read my favourite quote. Sick Boys was my very first bully romance. It has stayed as my top bully romance. Until Boys Who Crave came along. They are now in a locked first place position with each other!

Even if you think of yourself as broken, you’re not. You’re more than the sum of your organs, more than what you are able to do. Your body doesn’t define who you are, your actions do.
This was a story of fighting back in the face of injustice, love, revenge and acceptance. Such a fantastic book all round, and I encourage you to read this as soon as you can!
The third book of the second generation of the Spine Ridge U series is here and Clarissa absolutely smashed it once again👏🏼
Now our main characters for this one is Sunny Reed (Daughter of Lana & Nathan), Xavier Caruso (Son of Penelope & Dylan), Orion Navarro (Son of Crystal & Blaine) and Atreus Foley (he is an FBI agent and the son of Jason Foley, if you’ve read the first generation that name will be familiar to you), and what a line up these four are.
Our story begins where Sunny is found in the woods by Agent Foley who rushes her to hospital. While she is receiving medical attention she receives news which only puts her revenge plan into motion. She lost something that she will never get back and those who had an involvement must pay the price. Sunny she probably has to be my favourite FMC of the second generation so far and honestly no surprise there as her mother Lana is my favourite FMC of the first generation. Sunny is every bit as cunning and ruthless as her mother is and I was absolutely here for it. She commands every room she enters just like her men.
Xavier and Orion were cut from the same cloth as both of these men certainly take after their fathers as they are complete and utter simps when it comes to their woman. There is no length to great that these two would go for Sunny. Xavier had a crush on Sunny for as long as he could remember and in his mind it would be Sunny or no one and he was completely happy for any scrap of attention Sunny would bestow on him. Orion is how would you describe a poet and he is in a similar boat where Sunny has always captured his attention and long story short she makes him feel alive.
Now our third MMC is quite different from our other two. After a series of unalivings and his determination to catch the one who is responsible he turns his focus toward Spine Ridge U. Sunny is quite captivated with Agent Foley and she makes it quite clear to him that he has an admirer and similar to her previous two men she casts her spell of getting into Atreus head until his thoughts are her and only her, despite that she is the person he is looking for in the first place. The tension between these two was on a whole different level, honestly the build up and cat & mouse game between these two was impeccable.
For the last two books in the second generation we saw the men mostly dominate the show and while our MMCs have a certain influence in this story, Sunny is definitely the one who comes out on top.
Overall I absolutely loved this book, the tension, the banter, the chemistry, the spice, the simping and yearning? Yeah it ticked all my boxes. While Sunny and her men’s story might be complete Clarissa has opened up the door for a new story but that cliffhanger.. I need the next book like now.
Thank you so much to the author who provided this e-arc for my honest thoughts
Firstly, I’d like to Thank Clarissa for this wonderful Opportunity to read this! I have loved every single one of The Spine Ridge Universe! 🫶🏻 and I have done multiple re-reads’!
I rated this one 4.5 🌟🌟🌟🌟 I had such a fun time reading.. 📖
I just adore our FMC Sunny Reed I mean she’s Lana’s Daughter so of course she’s gonna be a serial killer just like her Mom. She’s so powerful and strong even after everything she went through.. following her through the story and the character development throughout. She wouldn’t let anyone stand in her way of Revenge, and quite rightly so on what happened to her.
“Turn that Pain into Power.”💓 ^ I love how the men, didn’t intervene in the killings. Some they delivered to her/ tortured but she dealt the final blow.. they knew it was she that had to do it. She needed that closure on that part of her life and they took something so very precious from her.
I loved the domination over the Men in this one.. that was a nice change with this Book. She made them kneel, at one point made one crawl to her. The toys IYKYK 😳🤭 She punished them, yeah the spice was spicing 🌶️
My favourite part of this book had to be Atreus the Detective who has been a pain in everyone’s butts throughout this universe, interlinked and turning out to be one of Sunny’s lovers and how she stalked him and went after what she wanted. It was definitely an Enemies to lovers relationship!
“Atreus Foley, you’ve just become my favourite target”- 🐰 🔪
Yet, he definitely likes to be the one in control and Sunny took that from him but he got his revenge. Chapter 29 had alot of highlights 🤭🌶️ The tension of those two.. switching to Atreus’s POV I was on the edge of my seat.
We have Xavier Caruso and Orion Navarro our other MMC’s I loved these two! The tension, the chemistry it all just clicked into place so lovely.
Xavier was full on obsessed with Sunny and I mean it was extreme, he would do anything and I mean anything for that woman! The devotion was intense!
Orion, is this mellow poet writer who was honoured to be in her presence. He observed her from afar and when he noticed Xavier taking an interest he felt he had to be apart of it too just like this dad and I loved his dad Blaine in Vile Boys. Anything she asked, he did it no question.
“So.. you two thought it was a good idea to murder a cop just because I kissed him on the cheek?”- 🐰 🔪
P.S. That ending.. I can’t wait for the next book and I think I can guess who the MMC’s are gonna be 🤭

♥️ Dark Romance ♥️ Revenge ♥️ Spice 🌶️🔥 ♥️ Why Choose ♥️ Prey X Predator ♥️ Stalker ♥️ Virgin MC ♥️ Detective X Serial Killer ♥️ Female Rage
Wow what an absolute WILD ride this was!!! Boys Who Crave is exactly what the title is. Orion and Xavier hot, obsessive, submissive to the wild, fierce, unhinged Sunny. They will do anything for her. Their crave for her has no boundaries they will not cross. Sunny is out for revenge. She wants to serve her own intimate justice. Nothing, and no one is going to get in her way to act out her rightful and gruesome revenge to those who have harmed but also taken from her. A serial killer is on the loose, and on the lead investigation is agent Foley. What binds them all is a devotion to a women that holds them all in the palm of her hand. A suspenseful trail of revengeful blood and an erotic pleasure that needs to be fully sated. I had a good time reading this, the action and suspense was great. Loved the dynamic and banter between these characters. The level of spice in this read, O my 🥵 was not expecting at all. Thoroughly enjoyed this can't wait for the next one!!

Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned…
The day I was found in the woods covered in blood, I decided the world would know my wrath. I was betrayed by the people I trusted the most, so I crafted a plan. During the daylight, I attend college, but at night, I have my vengeance.
Spine Ridge University is my playground, and I can make any student bend to my will with the snap of a finger to get my way. Until two depraved boys of the Tartarus House, a secret society filled with debauchery, discover the trail of bodies I left behind … and decide to help me.
I don’t play by the rules, but my twisted games only make Xavier and Orion that much more possessive of me. They yearn so badly it haunts me, and their filthy proposition soon becomes irresistible. We’re a perfect macabre match and a killer’s dream come true.
But time is ticking… Because Atreus, an obsessive cop, is hunting me down. His righteousness is just the right amount of unhinged for my kind of crazy, and we can’t stay away from each other.
A thrilling game of cat and mouse was just what I needed to stay on my toes … Let the carnage begin.
This book throws you straight back into the chaos, picking up immediately after the previous book, where you see Sunny disappears. With Sunny is crawling away from the attack that changed everything, Xavier is desperately searching for her the only way he knows how, Orion is… well, perfectly Orion, and Arteus is the one who finally finds her.
Watching Sunny try to exist after everything she’s endured is absolutely heartbreaking. Her quiet admission of “Okay? I’m not okay. I exist. That’s about it.” hit me right in the chest. You don’t know the full extent of what happened straight away, but you know it’s devastating. The mystery surrounding her trauma keeps you turning the pages, desperate for answers.
The brothers are all worried about her in their own way, but Sunny refuses to let anyone in. Instead, she channels everything into anger and revenge, and you can practically feel it radiating from the pages.
Xavier completely stole my heart. That man absolutely worships Sunny. The way he looks at her, the patience he has, and the way he just wants to help her heal… swoon.
Then there’s Orion. I think I’m a little bit in love with him. His banter, his softness hidden beneath all the chaos, and “Pretty Prince”… I melted.
Arteus is all frustration and fire. Every interaction between him and Sunny crackles with tension. You can feel his anger, but underneath it all is an undeniable pull neither of them can ignore.
And Sunny? She’s absolutely feral in the best possible way. Watching her take control of these three boys had me fanning myself more than once.
The chemistry between all four characters is off the charts. It’s intense, addictive and impossible to look away from. At the same time, Orion and Xavier’s constant bickering had me smiling throughout—they’re like boys pulling a girl’s hair because they don’t know how else to show they like her. It was ridiculously entertaining.
This story balances scorching chemistry with raw emotion so well. It’s painful. Brutal. Beautiful. There were moments that had me crying, moments that had me laughing, and moments where I couldn’t turn the pages fast enough.
And that ending…
Melody. 😭
Now I need the next book immediately because I am nowhere near ready to leave these characters behind.
Dark romance? Why-Choose? Vengeance tendencies? This is right up your alley. Boys Who Crave by Clarissa Wilde the second generation from the Spine Ridge University series, one that is a darkish romance with trigger warnings you should definitely check before reading, but that just makes you want to read it more. 😏
There is so much to unpack with this book, Sunny is nothing less than feral and unhinged. With Lan (Evil Boys) it doesn’t surprise me. I would highly recommend reading the first gen series to get the most out of it, but it can be read as a standalone as well. It is rare that we get an FMC that is as….chaoticly unhinged as Sunny, she’s a freaking serial killer and wouldn’t have any other way. Throw in her two submissive simps, Orion and Xavier and you have a threesome from hell. But it’s not just them that is obsessed with Sunny, oh no, good ole Agent Foley wants her too. The good-two-shoes, man of law, but for Sunny, well let’s just say the law has no bounds on the things he wants from her. Now the four together make grouping that is just crazy enough to make it through the night. Maybe…
Sunny wants revenge and she is going to stop at nothing to get it, even if it means doing things that she…well she does like frankly….she lost something that night that she can’t ever get back, even if that night brought her Foley, the people that hurt her will feel her pain and then some. There is so much that goes into her character, yes she is a total nut job, but she is the way she is for a reason, just like Orion and Xavier are and Foley as well. Each of the guys has a different dynamic with Sunny that works for them, and works in the group as well. Foley is different, the tension between him and Sunny is thick, their game of cat and mouse is one that neither of them want to end…but they also can’t wait for the catch as well.
This was a great read. It's been a while since I have found an author that can dig into characters, make them amazing and then still leave us longing for more. I really hope to see more from this series!
This book was an absolute chaos filled ride from the very first page 😮🔥
We’ve got a serial killer storyline, morally questionable obsession, a woman on a mission for revenge, and a cop trying (and failing) to stay on the right side of the law while getting completely pulled into something he cannot control. It was dark, addictive, and impossible to put down.
Sunny completely stole the show for me. She is fierce, calculating, and absolutely unforgettable. Everything she goes through only sharpens her need for revenge, and watching her step into that power was incredible. She’s not just strong; she commands everything around her, including the three men completely obsessed with her.
Xavier and Orion? Down BAD in the best way 😭🔥 Both of them have been drawn to Sunny for years, and it shows in every interaction. Xavier’s devotion feels almost instinctive; like he’s always known it would be her or no one. Orion is softer in a poetic, emotional way that makes his obsession feel just as intense but more vulnerable. Together, they both completely revolve around her, and I loved that dynamic.
Then there’s Atreus Foley 😩 The FBI agent who thinks he’s investigating a case… while slowly getting completely tangled up in Sunny herself. Their cat and mouse energy was EVERYTHING. The tension, the mind games, the slow pull between duty and obsession; it was so good I couldn’t look away. He didn’t stand a chance once Sunny decided she wanted his attention.
What I loved most is that even though the men are deeply involved, this is absolutely Sunny’s story. She is the center of everything. Powerful, messy, emotional, and driven by something much deeper than just revenge.
The chemistry between all of them was insane, the tension never let up, and the spice mixed with the darker plot made it even more addictive 😮🔥 The banter, the obsession, the betrayal, the twists; it all just worked.
And that ending?? That cliffhanger has me stressed. I NEED the next book immediately.
Clarissa Wild really created a world full of chaos, obsession, and emotional damage in the best possible way. I was hooked the entire time and honestly not ready to let these characters go.
In typical Clarissa wild fashion there’s one girl and 3 guys. Sunny is dumped in the woods and left for dead and is found by Atreus foley, a cop. She’s near death. Turns out she was drugged by her boyfriend when she told him she was pregnant and refused to get an abortion. Not only does the boyfriend make sure the abortion happens, shit goes wrong and she almost bleeds to death and they dump her in the woods. She ends up having a hysterectomy. When she wakes up in the hospital, they tell her what happened and she decides it’s revenge time. So she remembers every single person who had a part in her botched surgery and struggling, even the taxi driver who dumped her in the woods. And one by one she makes them suffer and kills them. She leaves their bodies to be found with a lipstick calling card. But Xavier and Orion are obsessed with her and become her little boy toys and then she gets the cop on board too. She’s got one bastard left to kill when foley arrests her. See he’s mad because she keeps tying him up and doing things to him then leaving him and he’s already obsessed with her too. So the boyfriend Sam is the only one left to get but she’s in the slammer. The three boys get together and figure out the whole story because she has a hit list that they found and they know Sam is the only one left. When foley questions her she comes clean about what they all did to her. So foley concocts a plan to get a different criminal to confess so she gets off Scott free. Then they find Sam and watch her kill him and then have a raunchy orgy in front of his corpse. After, they tell the families (all with one mom and 3 dads because that’s how they do) and everyone is sad about sunny not being able to have kids and are glad she got her revenge and now they have a dirty cop amongst them. And while they’re all having family dinner, one of the girls collapses and they end the book doing cpr on her.

Boys Who Crave is hot, brutal, and so addictive. I literally devoured this book in just a few hours because I could not put it down. Clarissa Wild delivers a dark romance packed with suspense, revenge, and twists that kept me hooked the entire time.
Sunny is such a badass and delightfully unhinged in the best way. You could feel her anger, pain, and rage through every page, and after everything she endured, I couldn't help but root for her and her revenge. I loved her strength, resilience, determination, and the way she refused to let anyone break her.
Xavier, Orion, and Atreus... whew. 😮💨
Each of these men brought something different to the story. Xavier and Orion were so possessive, obsessed, and completely devoted to Sunny. Then there's Atreus... the detective who's supposed to be hunting her but somehow has just the right amount of crazy to match her. He adds a whole new level of tension with their dangerous cat-and-mouse dynamic, and I loved how they just couldn't stay away from each other.
I loved watching Sunny completely take control while these three men would do absolutely anything to protect her. I couldn't get enough of them together. Their chemistry was EVERYTHING. The banter? Amazing. The yearning? Chef's kiss. The tension? Off the charts. And don't even get me started on the spice... it was absolutely scorching. 🥵
I highly recommend this one if you love dark romance with morally gray characters, female rage, obsessive men, and a revenge-driven plot. Just be sure to check the trigger warnings before diving in because this book definitely doesn't hold back.
Thank you so much to Clarissa Wild for the ARC! ❤️ All opinions are my own.
Welcome back to Spine Ridge University! Boys Who Crave brings us back to the world I loved, this time following the second generation—and what a way to return.
This book was incredibly dark, twisted, and "murdery". From the very first chapter, Clarissa Wild throws you into absolute chaos, and it never lets up. Sunny was an unforgettable FMC—completely unhinged in the best possible way. She kept me guessing, and I couldn't get enough of her unpredictable energy.
This wasn't my favorite book in the Spine Ridge University world, but I was still completely here for it. This story had everything I've come to love from Clarissa Wild. The spice was off the charts, the interconnected storylines kept me hooked, the characters had so much depth, and the plot delivered twist after twist. It was intense, addictive, and impossible to put down.
If you're looking for a dark romance packed with morally gray characters, danger, secrets, and plenty of heat, Boys Who Crave absolutely delivers. I can't wait to see where the Spine Ridge University world goes next.

Boys Who Crave by Clarissa Wild is part of the Spine Ridge series. This one focuses on the characters Sunny, Orion, Xavier and Artreus and boy are you not going to want to put it down. As we know from previous books, something has happened to Sunny which has put her on the rampage, and she is looking for revenge! Along the way she attracts the attention of Orion and Xavier who are obsessed with her and will do anything for her whilst at the beginning being a competition with each other for who will get her main attention. Now in Xavier, we have a different type of character, he is a cop who is determined to bring down a killer, stopping at nothing to get his person.
This book has a lot of darkness, twist and turns and suspense. It isn't for the faint of heart. There is also a flip where we see the FMC as the alpha woman and boys does she dominate her men (it may or may not be your thing!) As with previous books in the series there is a lot of spicy times thrown in for good measure as well as previous characters popping up.
It does help to read the other books in this series, so you get a feel for what is going on as well as who is who. I will say that this is a dark read in many aspects and there is a lot of blood and gore, especially coming from Sunny who is like a Valkyrie on a rampage, she has definitely let her darkness free at this point! Let's see what the next book brings as there was a teeny tiny cliffhanger at the end!
ARC received for a fair, honest and sometimes long review. All opinions are my own. 😊
This book had me completely hooked from page one. There was no easing into it. It grabbed me by the throat and refused to let go.
Sunny is exactly the kind of unhinged FMC I live for. She’s fueled by rage, fearless, and the type of woman who could bring any man to their knees. And honestly… being Lana’s daughter, I expected nothing less. She absolutely owned every scene she was in.
Now let’s talk about Xavier and Orion because these two are down astronomically for Sunny.
Xavier has been in love with her for what feels like forever, and every little thing he did for her had me melting. The missing posters he plastered all over campus while she was missing... my heart.
Orion is just as gone and it’s amusing. From the very beginning, Sunny fascinated him in a way no one else ever could. She makes him feel alive, and he’d gladly take even the smallest piece of her attention. These two are the definition of hopelessly obsessed, and I ate up every second of it.
Then there’s Atreus. Finding Sunny injured in the woods while also leading the investigation into the serial unaliver immediately threw them into each other’s orbit. The chemistry between them was absolutely electric. Every interaction was a perfectly executed game of detectice and bunny😉. The tension, secrets, and enough slow-burn anticipation to keep me flipping pages long past my bedtime.
I genuinely loved this book. It was dark, addictive, and impossible to put down. Huge thank you to Clarissa Wild for the ARC. This one completely consumed me, and I already know I’ll be thinking about these characters for a long time.
When I tell you I dropped EVERYTHING, to read this book I'm not even kidding. The minute this landed in my inbox I prioritized it right away.
I'm going to make it. I have to... So I can rain hell on the motherfuckers that betrayed me.
I was so happy to see Sunny being such a bad ass, and really changing the narrative and patterns in the relationships we've come to know. She is my idol (please don't call the cops) and I get where all three of her men are coming from; cause I too would follow her into hell.
The brotherhood is back - and Sunny our fave little serial killer is making it her business to get her revenge for what THEY have done to her. As independent as ever, she find herself struggling with Orion and Xavier who crave nothing more than to earn her attention and love by trying to help - but will our girl be able to let go of the reigns and let them into her darkness? Not to mention the game of cat an mouse with detective Atreus, who's intrigued her to no end.
Can morals, secrets, and inner darkness be put aside to find your true self, healing, and the possibility of love?
If you're ready for bloodshed, secrets, and a dominant female, it's time to go back to Spine Ridge and unlock a whole new level of debauchery.
This book is not for the faint of heart, and can be very triggering if you are not familiar with Clarissa's writing. Please make sure you take the time to look at the warnings, and are in a safe place to read this.
Dark , Steamy , emotionally charged and 100 % Addictive!! Settle in grab on tight and prepare yourself for one heck of a ride !! Sunny , Xavier , Orion and Atreus !! Where do I even start !! No really I genuinely don’t think any words could clearly express how captivated I found myself by each of these characters . Sunny was such a great heroine - I think what I loved about her was her strength, her resilience- the fact that she’s been through some terrible things in her life and not once did she let it hold her back . I also really loved how multi layered she was - because underneath the tough facade is something softer - something that stems from the pain she’s been through- a side not many people get to see . I also loved the dynamic between her and each and the guys . They really are so different/ each has a different connection with her , each brings something different to the relationship they have with her . I loved how protective they were of her / I loved all the morally gray tendencies . This story has it all intrigue and suspense, drama , obstacles and secrets , dark and steamy moments, love , passion, heartbreak, revenge , unhinged MMC’s , a heroine who gives as good as she gets , cat and mouse and so much more . As per usual all my expectations were once again exceeded and I was completely blown away in all the best ways
I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie's Book Reports.
This is the story of Sunny, Orion, Atreus and Xavier. Sunny is a girl who is on a mission for revenge. A revenge that she will not be denied. She is currently at Spine Ridge University, and this is where she meets Orion and Xavier. These two are let's say slightly obsessed with her and they would do anything they could for her and to help her. They belong to a secret society, and I am a girl who loves a good secret society. When it comes to Sunny, they have a proposition for he and she soon find that proposition impossible to ignore. There is a serial killer on the loose running around too. Agent Atreus Foley is a man who is obsessed with solving things. But I would say is equally unhinged as some of the other characters in this book and that draws Sunny to him like a moth to a flame. Soon, these two cannot stay away from each other. I have to be quiet because I cannot give a thing away about this book. I think that you need to go in it with as little knowledge of what is going to happen as you possibly can. If you have read Clarissa Wild before then you know what a wild and crazy ride you are about to go on. If you have not, my best advice is to buckle up and get comfy. You will not be able to lay this book down.

She tilts her head, eyes glimmering with mischief. “Hi.” My butt cheeks instantly clench. She spoke to me. She actually spoke to me. This is a dream. It has to be. Her sparkling eyes narrow. “I said ‘hi.’” There’s no way she’s talking to me right now. She. The object of all of my desires. She is talking to me like I exist in her world. ———————————— im just gonna go out and say it, this has been my favourite read from Clarissa Wild & the Spine Ridge University / Legacy, is my favourite series, but in terms of characters and plots? This one takes the highest cherry on a cake. Clarissa delivered a well thought out plot, a revenge one at that. And then to add in a very dominant FMC? And not just a brat, with attitude who’s pushy, but an actual dominant woman, inside and outside. Xavier & Orion, HAHA. WOW. I highlighted so much of this read, that if I had done this to a physical book, it would’ve lit up like a Christmas tree. It was absolutely, hilarious! I loved how it all balanced out everything/everyone, and Mr Detective? Delicious. i feel honoured that I got to read one of my favourite authors as an ARC, so thank you so much for the opportunity!
What a crazy and wild ride! Sunny was the best- plus she was Lana’s (who I loved so much too) daughter! Damn I loved how crazy, ruthless and completely unhinged Sunny was. She’s gotta be the most bad ass, kick ass female I’ve seen in a book. I loved how strong willed she was and didn’t take shit from anyone. She had 3 guys bowing to her, kissing her feet, and literally crawling to her. I was instantly drawn to Xavier. But I was loving Atreus and Orion too. Orion thoughts and character had me laughing. And that scene with Sunny tying him up in the beginning was hot as shit! Both of these guys ended up being just as crazy as Sunny and there was nothing they wouldn’t do to protect her. Sunny was determined to get her revenge on the men who hurt her and took something from her in a horrific way, and she had 3 guys standing beside her, allowing her to seek her revenge in her way. I think one thing that kinda surprised me- in a good way- was Atreus. He’s been around throughout the series as the detective. But here Sunny has set her sights on him and he became the hot, sexy detective standing beside her! The spice in this book was very spicy! The suspense had me hooked on every page. Everything about this book was excellent and had me excited for what was going to happen. And that freaking ending?!! It’s got me anxious and excited for the next book.
