A Happy Ending for All!
One of my very favorite of all the many types of series by Aven Ellis is the Modern Royals.
I have followed along closely as the lives of the young royals and their friends intertwined over the past few years.
As part of a group known as “the squad,” the three couples highlighted in this book all have standalone novels that tell each of their love stories. I highly, highly recommend reading those prior to reading this.
In Modern Royal Weddings, you will get a 3-part book that is the story of each of the couple¬– one a prince and the other two are princesses– and their royal weddings. Here is a quick recap of the couples and who they are:
Clementine and Christian (a prince and the spare to the crown) found love anonymously in the old-fashioned way…through the internet. Clementine had no idea she was courting a prince and Christian loved the thought of someone loving him for being just “him.” -A Royal Shade of Blue
Princess Liz was a fan favorite and Roman was the gardener for the royal estate. She was introduced to him, but knew they could never be together due to their differences in life. (Read the book for the happily ever after!) -The Princess Pose
Princess Bella was always the “reluctant princess” who would rather have her nose in a book than shake hands and kiss babies. Not a prolific dater, she thought Camden was gorgeous but out of her league. A rugged football player, he could have anyone. But it’s Bella he wants. -From Pitch to Palace
For me, this book was like the bow on a neatly wrapped present. I was so content to have each of the couples finally have the wedding they’d planned and sail off into the sunset. I am really hoping it’s not the last we hear of them (it did say “Volume 1) and I know we still have the really big wedding coming up- that of the Crown Prince Alexander (Xander) and Poppy.
I do hope you will read the other books first so that this one will bring you more joy and understanding of the characters. It will be worth it!

The Modern Royals book series by Aven Ellis is my favorite series that she has written. It’s the one I always return to time after time as my comfort read. It’s probably why I own multiple copies of each book.When she announced, she was going to do a novella featuring the weddings of the Modern Royals, I couldn’t have been more excited.
I am thrilled to say this novella does not disappoint. It picks up where the end of Clementine, Liz, and Bella’s stories ended. I had a giant smile on my face the entire time I was reading the book.
It was a pleasure to be part of their big day and I can’t wait to go back and reread how each of their stories began.
If you are a fan of royals, this is a book you don’t want to miss. It can be read as the stand on however you will absolutely appreciate it more if you’ve read the Modern Royals series. 5/5 stars.

This book is the happy ever after stories of Clementine, Liz and Bella. Aven has already written their love stories and this focuses on their weddings.
The book is split into 3 stories and each one focused on different aspects of planning a wedding meaning you didn't get the same story 3 times.
I really enjoyed seeing different aspects of planning a Royal Wedding. It made me feel nostalgic for my own wedding which was on a much smaller scale. It is quite clear how much research Aven has done on royal weddings.
If you are looking for an escape from your day to day life to cake tasting, hen does and dress shopping then grab this today!

Modern Royals Weddings is such a treat for anyone who loved the original series. These three novellas feel like being invited back into the lives of old and dear friends.
What I loved most is how each story adds a new layer to what we already knew. The writing sparkles with the same wit and heart that made the full-length novels so addictive, and made me wish there more Modern Royals to follow.
It’s romantic, funny, and surprisingly moving—everything I wanted from a return to the Modern Royals world. A perfect little gift for longtime fans. 💕

These are the Novellas you have been waiting for!!!
Ever since the last book of the Modern Royals, which are soo very amazing and I absolutely recommend to read them time and again, was published, I have eagerly been waiting for more and how the author delivered.
I love how Aven Ellis describes these 3 royal weddings perfect to each couple and with all the qualities we came to love about the characters. Absolute perfection!

What a joy it was to revisit Clementine, Bella and Liz, and on the happiest days of their lives! These characters are forever favorites of mine. Getting to go along on the journey to saying yes with them was such a treat. Aven's usual fantastic research was on full display here, and I loved getting peeks into the pageantry of a royal wedding. This was the perfect follow up, and I loved every second.

What an absolutely joyful book. I loved catching up with Clementine, Liz and Bella to hear all about their weddings. This was such an incredible book. We got to read about each couples special day. This book brought me so much joy. What an incredible book. This book truly felt like Catching up with old friends. 5 Stars all the way!

I absolutely loved getting to reconnect with Clementine, Liz and Bella for their weddings! The Modern Royals is one of my favorite Aven Ellis series and it was so great to get a glimpse into the future lives of these three couples. I love rereading favorite books and now there is new material for some of my favorite couples!

As a little girl, I always dreamed of being a princess. Wearing a beautiful dress, walking down a long aisle. I love how this book let us imagine how it is to pick out a tiara, got party in a castle, be surrounded by your squad.

This was such a fun novella. I love that we got this window of those special moments that led up to each of these wonderful everything and more couples' fairy tales happily ever afters.
