“Emily, I’m on my knees, begging you. Can’t you give me just one more chance?”
Lucas didn’t realize when he lost Emily. He thought it was just a small fight, that her blind love would bring her back.
Now, regret consumes him. The past resurfaces, and his desperation reaches unbearable heights.
Sebastian’s walls grow higher. His possessiveness intensifies with every threat to his wife. “Come near her, and I will ruin everything you love,” he warns.
Lucas will burn to fix what he broke—write a million letters, line streets with flowers, even beg her to divorce—anything to have her back.
But will it be enough to reclaim the woman he lost?

OMG! This book was even worse than the other 2. Multiple paragraphs were repeating themselves (nobody proofed read this before publishing it?), the dialogues between characters sounded childish.
The author put Multiple plots into one story, the famous billionaire who was kidnapped while he was young and the FMC saw him... FMC being kidnapped, the ex clinging to her because apparently no means yes to all of those men. And I thought Dillon disappeared, did he magically came back? Pick a plot...
The spice scene? 27 times? Really? Where are we? In a p**n movie? Come on how realistic is that? I'm so happy I am done with this story, I hate not finishing a story and it took everything in me to continue.
This was a pretty good read for what it was. The way it was written the way it reads. It’s very much written like a K-pop drama. But I enjoy it more than I thought I would. Although half time I wanna smack the woman for being so weak. This time, though she didn’t go back to her abusive guy she got a new one so I like it.
Where do I start? Lucas is al right idiot. Amelia needs a good snap preferably with a spade. I have read both series by this author and that’s a week of my life. I’m not gonna get back. It’s we ever got published do not know it’s like a rip-off from one app reading apps that you get when we when it goes on forever, error is unbelievable. Halfway to a paragraph the character change his name there’s a character called Harold one minute it’s the main lead cousin then his brother then his cousin then his brother then his cousin again who knows. In the first book we know that she’s separated from her parents we don’t find out till the second book that that you got a brother as well and the way The way her brother reacted I thought he liked Sebastian. And as for the intimate scenes I like a bit of spice but in sometimes you have two full chapters of them in bed half a chapter or maybe even just sufficient in the end I ended up skipping he just dragged on. Editing was obviously bad because some paragraphs were repeated. Also, the writing is a bit bad messaged him to say I won’t be in tonight. I’m gonna eat outside.,?? Outside where that’s not how you told you say I won’t be to know I’m eating out.? She spent the night on the sofa, but on the next scene, she was getting out of bed, another time Amelia went to meet the men at her house with them. Also, what happened to Amelia? She just finished into thin air as did Dillon? Tell to waste of my time I’m gonna buy this author at all cost
Emily Crawford is spurned one too many times. She had her life's work and the man she loved claimed by another woman. The man she loved and lived with for five years never believed her truths. Finally, she just gave up and quit trying. Immediately, Sebastian Graves waltzed into her life. He claimed her. He worshiped her. He was a hard, successful man who had waited for Emily since when they were children, when she saved his life. He was not letting another minute go by without her. The story contains love lost, pathos, danger and steamy scenes.
This book could’ve been really short, and I wouldn't have been disappointed if it did. The additional scenes of kidnapping, the repetitive paragraphs, also the again mention how Emily and Sebastian had met when they were younger, suddenly seemed like Emily’s got amnesia, and 6 chapters of shmex- is just not it.
I’m kinky & I like some anatomical education in my fictions. But this is a lot longer than an average 1-hour shmex education from school.
Long story short, Emily is definitely happy with Sebastian, as she should. Amelia forks out revenge to kill and make her suffer but that’s covered in one chapter & *snip* she’s gone cause Sebastian saves the day. But Lucas can’t give up, can’t move on, and so he becomes delusional. Can’t believe he needed Emily’s friend aka business partner to force him see the light of the event. Then next page, it’s the end.
This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.
When all she wanted was for Lucas to notice her and love her as fiercely as she loved him, all he did was break her even as she laid dying.
Emily completely lost herself but an attempt on her life changed everything. Amelia wanted everything Emily had, especially Lucas. Lucas was wrapped up in his business and Amelia to actually care about Emily until amnesia and cruelty set her free. Emily left him and had a night of passion with Sebastian. A night that she found her independence but also the night Sebastian vowed to never let her go.
Sebastian Graves, who was basically untouchable had waited for Emily in the background for over ten years finally got his chance. He showed Emily love that was greater than material wealth and protected her every step of the way. Friends and family that Lucas had made Emily push away, Sebastian embraced, while he held a secret.
Sebastian and Emily got married. Lucas lost his mind and became completely obsessed with Emily thinking she would come back to him. Amelia made another attempt on Emily’s life thinking that it would stop Lucas’s obsession and make him want her, but she heavily underestimated Sebastian.
The plot was repetitive and ridiculous. The characters were one dimensional and delusional throughout. I wondered if this was supposed to be a parody. It became comical. How many times can a character yell, fall out, embarrass themselves, and have a coronary because he lost his girlfriend and refused to believe she married someone else? That’s the recurring theme.
I wouldn’t recommend this book unless you’re interested in research on writing unrealistic, one note, and ridiculously inept characters.
It was so over the top that I started laughing every time Lucas, Dillon, Taylor, or Amelia were on a page. The repetitive rants were comical in this book. Emily was a doormat with a penchant for long rants and Sebastian was a stalker who needs a chapter or more for sex in each instance.
I did finish it (it took me forever to read it, but I came back to it in sections) so I gave it two stars instead of one. Never again though. I recognize that I am not the target audience for this author.
I still don't enjoy the writing technique. I finished the trilogy just because I don't like starting something and not finishing it. Please keep the sexy times shorter. You don't have to put all possible positions into one scene. Rather do 1 descent scene and position, and please work on the dirty talk / sex noise. I rolled my eyes so many times I started skimping over the sexy times as it just did not work for me. I would have loved to read the next trilogy as the intro was intriguing, but not sure if I will be able to survive another 3 books written like this. It is just too frustrating and takes you out of the story completely.
All three of the novels in his favorite series are excellent, although the third one has some pretty frustrating technical problems. Since Emily didn't go back to Lucas and he got a taste of his own medicine, I have been captivated by the first book. I was looking forward to the second book. The second one is likewise excellent since it demonstrated the development of Emily and Sebastian's bond as well as Lucas's remorse and grovling. I don't know why, but I find the third book to be a little dull even though Lucas and Amelia eventually receive what they deserve. 🌶️ Spice level -4/5
I really hoped this third book would be best if the three. I realize its fiction but so far fetched its crazy. Her having over 40 orgasms?? Yeah right. No explanation as to what happened to Amelia. Things that didn't make sense, like Sebastian getting out of shower naked, but a page later he ripping his shirt off?? So disjointed. Not sure who proofread these books, but there's so much stuff they could upgrade caught and didn't. Still never figured out if Harold was actually his brother or his cousin since he was referred to as both between 2 and 3 book. Could have been good series.
This is the last book in Sebastian and Emily’s story, which is a trilogy. Emily has finally left her boyfriend Lucas and is now married to Sebastian. She is becoming more self confident and standing up for herself against all the bullies in her past. Lucas can’t seem to take no for an answer which creates turmoil.
While I did overall enjoy the series, it needs much more editing. It’s a steamy read, that doesn’t need much attention. That being said it’s not a series I would say is a must read. I did find it hard to stop reading because I wanted to see what would happen next, but I also feel certain parts were rushed and most of the book itself, and series, were way over the top.
This is the third book in the trilogy, and it was such an awesome satisfying ending! Lucas had Emily for five years. She was truly devoted to him but he gave her nothing of himself. Now she's married to his rival Sebastian Graves. Sebastian has loved her forever and gives her all the devotion, love, security and adoration she could ever want. This was a riveting read. It kept my attention throughout. And the smexy scenes between Emily and Sebastian are so spicy and there's plenty of them. Ava's stories keep getting better and better and I can't wait for the next billionaire trilogy.
I kept seeing the reels for this series on FB and yes, I thought it sounded like something I would enjoy. So I grabbed the entire series and read all of it in 2 days.
Author: Ava Selwyn Triggers: yes, please check each book for the warnings Spice level: 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ Character Development: ✨✨ ✨✨ ✨ When I just want to yell at the characters, the series gets 5 stars. Plot: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The plot was fast moving and well put together. As it moved from book to book, there was giant change and flowed well. Will I reread? YES Would I change anything? NO
Here we get the HEA. Luca regrets everything and Emily has an impossible amount of orgasms in a night. (Seriously it was almost 30, she be dead). Amelia gets an ending and we finally find out about her getting hit in the first book with the car. The conclusion to that. Also wtf is with the brother-in-law calling her Ms. Emily. You're related you can drop the Ms. Also Jeremy shines a bit in this one.
Some parts are very satisfying as Sebastian punishes those who hurt Emily. Emily stood up for herself against Lucas. Seeing Lucas groveling and suffering for how he treated Emily was nice. There is repetition in the writing. How many times can Emily say "Ahhhhhh" during steamy scenes. I don't know why Harold kept calling her Miss Emily after he found out she was his sister-in-law. I liked most of this series to give it an overall 3 stars.
5 stars for plot I am rating this based on all 3 books in this trilogy as if they were one book. Plot was interesting, snagged me right away. And it held my interest. Different from anything I have read in a long time. For me, there was too much sex in books 2 and 3. Not a deal breaker, but there was a lot. The writing in book one -grammar, scene awareness, repeating sentences- was not good. BUT that got better and better with each successive book. I will read this author again.
This story in three sections was at first about emotional abuse of a strong love, the evolved into escape of that abuse into an unexpected relationship. When the abusive chacteres finally get what they deserved the hero and heroine blaze with glory of their love! Brilliant, absolutely brilliant writing!
Wao. Well, Sebastian is not messing around with retribution for those that harmed his beloved. In this final book of the trilogy, we finally see the villains finally getting what they deserved and Lucas going slightly crazy in my opinion trying to get Emily back to no avail. Everything he tries is just a little to late. Highly recommended
Le 2e et le 3e livres sont sur le fait que Lucas est obsédé par la femme de l'autre. C'est tellement répétitif que je ne me souviens plus des noms des personnages.
The only reason this was a trilogy was because the author kept copying and pasting essentially the same scenarios over and over and over. It’s insane. I finished it anyways mostly by skimming a lot to see if anything new or not recycled would happen (spoiler: it did not), but never again.
I do believe this could have been a little shorter but the storyline was on point and the ending was spectacular! It’s never to one’s advantage to take someone’s love and devotion for granted.
Idk why I kept reading this series 😂 this series is a hot mess. There is no depth to any character, not even a back story of any kind. Characters pop out of thin air and some scenes just don’t make sense.. the potential is there though.
The final book in Emily and Sebastian's story was perfect. It had a lot of steamy sceens and just enough drama to wrap up all of the loose ends that were trailing after Emily.
2.5 ⭐ Ok I am kind of disappointed in this one because the plot points are confusing and looping themselves, and also some paragraphs were repeated... this needed professional proofreading I am sorry
This is the third book in the Possessive Billionaires, Precious Sweethearts series. Emily’s story continues. So much drama! This was a well written, entertaining trilogy.
